介绍通用有限元代码编写的一种缺陷敏感壳单元,用于计算壳体屈曲荷载的下限值。风压下两种形状的钢储罐的稳定性较好,分别为:锥形顶式和顶部开口式。分析这两种钢储罐的一些几何关系,用于找出尺寸改变而引起的变化。折减能量法用于计算极限风压下钢储罐屈曲强度的下限值,而且将下限值与采用同一模型的静态非线性分析结果进行了比较。为优化原假设理论得到的结果,提出了实现折减能量法的另一个新思路。

Background Ovarian follicular fluid(FF)is a dynamic environment that changes with the seasons,affecting follicle development,ovulation,and oocyte *** in the follicles release tiny particles called extracellular vesicles(EVs)containing vital regulatory molecules,such as microRNAs(miRNAs).These miRNAs are pivotal in facilitating commu-nication within the follicles through diverse signaling and information transfer ***-coupled miRNA signaling is implicated to be associated with ovarian function,follicle and oocyte growth and response to various environmen-tal ***,we investigated how seasonal variations directly influence the ovulatory and anovulatory states of ovarian follicles and how are they associated with follicular fluid EV-coupled miRNA dynamics in *** Ultrasonographic monitoring and follicular fluid aspiration of preovulatory follicles in horses during the ano-vulatory(spring:non-breeding)and ovulatory(spring,summer,and fall:breeding)seasons and subsequent EV isola-tion and miRNA profiling identified significant variation in EV-miRNA cargo *** identified 97 miRNAs with dif-ferential expression among the groups and specific clusters of miRNAs involved in the spring transition(miR-149,-200b,-206,-221,-328,and-615)and peak breeding period(including miR-143,-192,-451,-302b,-100,and let-7c).Bioinformatic analyses showed enrichments in various biological functions,e.g.,transcription factor activity,transcrip-tion and transcription regulation,nucleic acid binding,sequence-specific DNA binding,p53 signaling,and post-trans-lational *** analyses revealed distinct sets of significantly up-and down-regulated miRNAs associ-ated with spring anovulatory(Cluster 1)and summer ovulation–the peak breeding season(Clusters 4 and 6).Conclusions The findings from the current study shed light on the dynamics of FF-EV-coupled miRNAs in relation to equine ovulatory and anovulatory seasons,and their roles in understanding the

We review the two-zero mass matrix textures approach for Dirac neutrinos with the most recent global fit in the oscillation *** found that three of the 15 possible textures are compatible with current experimental data,while the remaining two-zero textures were ruled *** textures are consistent with the normal hierarchy of neutrino masses and are CP-conserving,while the other is compatible with both mass orderings and allows for CP *** also present the correlations between the oscillation parameters for the allowed two-zero textures.

The objective of this study is to present a tailings recovery project in a dam located in northern Brazil;the tailings in this dam have high concentrations of iron. The sustainable recovery of mineral resources can be achieved using the dredging method. The methodology used was based on two drilling projects conducted in 2001 and 2010;these projects contained samples with information on the chemical composition and particle size fractions. The dredging system was designed to operate with four cutter suction dredgers. For operation, factors such as productivity, pumping distance and material flow were considered. The material contained in the dam was estimated using the natural neighborhood interpolation method;this resulted in approximately 192 million tons of tailings, with an average iron content of 63.37%. Based on these data, a 13-year mining plan was prepared, with the potential to maximize the use of the tailings and reduce the environmental impacts, thus contributing to a circular economy.

Co,Ni,and Zn iso-reticular coordination polymers of 2,5-dihydroxyterphthalic acid(H_(2)dot)can be rapidly obtained under room temperature and aqueous conditions using either sodium or ammonium hydroxide as the bases to deprotonate the *** use of metal bromides and tetrabutylammonium hydroxide(TBAOH)as the base allows the green synthesis of ionic metal-organic frameworks(mOFs),characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEm),thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA),H-nuclear magnetic resonance(NmR),elemental analysis,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and employed in the pressure,solvent,and additive-free CO_(2)fixation to epoxides by its cycloaddition to epichlorohydrin,exhibiting a cooperative behavior between the mOF and the ionic liquid formed within the framework,achieving TONs of the confined tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBABr)up to 700.

A parametrization of density matrices of ddimensions in terms of the raising J+and lowering J−angular momentum operators is established together with an implicit connection with the generalized Bloch-Gellmann parameters. A general expression for the density matrix of the composite system of angular momenta j1and j2is obtained. In this matrix representation violations of the Bell-Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt inequalities are established for the X-states of a qubit-qubit, pure and mixed, composite system, as well as for a qubit-qutrit density matrix. In both cases maximal violation of the Bell inequalities can be reached, i.e., the Cirel’son limit. A correlation between the entanglement measure and a strong violation of the Bell factor is also given. For the qubit-qutrit composite system a time-dependent convex combination of the density matrix of the eigenstates of a two-particle Hamiltonian system is used to determine periodic maximal violations of the Bell’s inequality.

Predictive models of drought tolerance indices based on physiological,morphological and biochemical markers for the selection of cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)varieties

The use of tolerant crop varieties is a strategy that mitigates the water deficit effect in a sustainable *** generation of these varieties is more efficient when variables associated with this tolerance have been identified,since they can facilitate the breeding *** study aimed to establish the relationships between water deficit tolerance of four cotton varieties(Nevada-123,Oasis-129,Guatapuri,and Festivalle)and morphological variables(monopodial branches,boll weight,root/shoot ratio,and leaf and root dry matter),physiological variables(relative water content,net photosynthesis,stomatal conductance,electron transport rate,photochemical quenching,photochemical efficiency of PSII,chlorophyll a/b ratio(Chl a/b),C^(12)/C^(13)isotope ratio,and electrolyte leakage),and biochemical variables(contents of sugars,proline,carotenoids,and malondialdehyde).Furthermore,calibrated predictive models of the drought tolerance indices were developed based on the key variables *** this purpose,a pot experiment was established where plants were subjected to a moderate or severe water deficit during the blooming stage for 12 *** stress tolerance index(STI)and mean productivity(mP)were *** the evaluated variables,the differences between well-watered and water deficit plants(Δ)were calculated and ANOVA,partial least squares,Pearson’s correlation,and multiple linear regression analyzes were performed.A model was generated that explained 95% of the STI and was composed of Δmalondialdehyde,Δproline,and Δboll *** mP,the model was comprised of Δstomatal conductance,Δroot/shoot ratio,and ΔChl a/b,and explained 89% of the *** analysis of the assessed variables allowed the identification of key variables and the development of calibrated predictive models that can be used in screening to obtain cotton varieties with different levels of water deficit tolerance.

In this study, rapid drawdown scenarios were analyzed by means of numerical examples as well as modeling of real cases with in situ measurements. The aim of the study was to evaluate different approaches available for calculating pore water pressure distributions during and after a drawdown. To do that, a single slope subjected to a drawdown was first analyzed under different calculation alternatives, and numerical results were discussed. Simple methods, such as undrained analysis and pure flow analysis, implicitly assuming a rigid soil skeleton, lead to significant errors in pore water pressure distributions when compared with coupled flow-deformation analysis. A similar analysis was performed for the upstream slope of the Glen Shira Dam, Scotland, and numerical results were compared with field measurements during a controlled drawdown. Field records indicate that classical undrained calculations are conservative but unrealistic. Then, a recent case of a major landslide triggered by a rapid drawdown in a reservoir was interpreted. A key aspect of the case was the correct characterization of permeability of a representative soil profile. This was achieved by combining laboratory test results and a back analysis of pore water pressure time records during a period of reservoir water level fluctuations. The results highlight the difficulty of predicting whether the pore water pressure is overestimated or underestimated when using simplified approaches, and it is concluded that predicting the pore water pressure distribution in a slope after a rapid drawdown requires a coupled flow-deformation analysis in saturated and unsaturated porous media.
