纯无机的非贵金属基双/三金属氢氧(氧)化物因其优异的析氧反应(OER)性能而得到广泛关注及研究.但这些催化剂的原子精度的结构表征较为困难,阻碍了人们对其构效关系的认识,从而影响了进一步对催化性能的精确调控.金属有机框架(MOFs)材料因具有明确的结构及化学组成可调等优点,可以作为一类结构确定的OER电催化剂,但是MOFs为有机配体和金属离子配位形成的框架材料,与金属氢氧(氧)化物结构类型不同.多酸是由高氧化态的Mo^Ⅵ/Ⅴ,W^Ⅵ/Ⅴ,V^Ⅴ/Ⅳ,Nb^Ⅴ和Ta^Ⅴ等组成的金属-氧簇.多酸尺寸介于分子与块体氧化物之间,可以被看作一种具有明确结构的分子氧化物.因此,多酸可用作模型体系从分子水平上探究金属氢氧(氧)化物催化剂的反应机理.此外,多酸已被证明是很有前景的非贵金属水氧化催化剂.对于OER,酸性介质更具优势,因为它与碱性介质相比具有高能效、低欧姆损耗、易于产物分离等优点.但是,非贵金属OER电催化剂在酸性介质中很难稳定且性能通常不如贵金属催化剂.制备酸性介质中高效和稳定的非贵金属OER电催化剂仍然是一大挑战.在本论文中,我们首先采用'原位同构取代'策略,将结构明确的[{Co4(OH)3PO4}4(SiW9O34)4]^32-(1)钴-磷多酸阴离子中的Co原子替换成Fe原子,合成了不同Fe含量的[{Fe2Co2(OH)3PO4}4(SiW9O34)4]^24-(2)和[{FeCo3(OH)3PO4}4(SiW9O34)4]^28-(3).然后通过离子交换,向1,2和3中引入Ba^2+,成功合成了不溶于水的多酸阴离子结构维持的多相催化剂Ba[1],Ba[2]和Ba[3].性能最好的Ba[3]在0.5 mol L^-1 H2SO4溶液中达到10 mA cm^-2的电流密度仅需要385 mV过电位(无iR校正),比相同条件下无Fe取代的Ba[1]和商业IrO2催化剂的过电位分别低66 mV和8 mV.经过2000圈的循环伏安测试和24 h的长时间电解测试,Ba[1],Ba[2]和Ba[3]均表现出较高的稳定性.另外,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)以及电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)等多种表征测试手段进一步确认了它们的稳定性.本文采用的'原位同构取代'策略为合成更高效的结构明确的多金属催化剂提供了新思路,同时也为进一步从分子水平上探索相关催化机理提供了难得的模型.

Nanosized metal （Pt or Pd）-decorated TiO2 nanofibers （NFs） were synthesized by a wet impregnation method. CdSe quantum dots （QDs） were then anchored onto the metal-decorated TiO2 NFs. The photocatalytic performance of these catalysts was tested for activation and reduction of CO2 under UV-B light. Gas chromatographic analysis indicated the formation of methanol, formic acid, and methyl formate as the primary products. In the absence of CdSe QDs, Pd-decorated TiO2 NFs were found to exhibit enhanced performance compared to Pt-decorated TiO2 NFs for methanol production. However, in the presence of CdSe, Pt-decorated TiO2 NFs exhibited higher selectivity for methanol, typically producing -90 ppmg^-1.h^-1 methanol. The CO2 photoreduction mechanism is proposed to take place via a hydrogenation pathway from first principles calculations, which complement the experimental observations.

The Colombian Eastern Cordillera constitutes a region with potential for finding hydrocarbon reserves that are still under-explored, despite the existence of oil and tar sand production. The intense tectonic deformation affects the petroleum systems and increases exploration challenges due to the different generation, maturation, and entrapment conditions that they produce. Diverse geochemical analysis conducted on strategic samples determines that these are likely generated by the same anoxic marine source rock type. Two source rock samples we investigated are characterized by very different biomarker signals as compared to the tar sands and oil samples. Both samples are dominated by hopanes as compared to tri-and tetracyclic terpanes, with very low(Tibasosa Formation) to no(Chipaque Formation) extended tricyclic terpanes. The Soapaga Thrust, along which the analyzed samples are located, has exercised first-rate regional structural control of the distribution of hydrocarbons in the studied area. The uplift of their Mesozoic hanging wall produces intense erosion with sediment transport towards the eastern footwall forming the present infill of the Arcabuco basin. The kitchen areas were connected with the shallower entrapment sectors where excellent reservoir levels such as the Picacho Formation before the Soapaga Thrust movement. The high degree of biodegradation observed in the Picacho Fm. tar sands support early charge before the Soapaga thrust movement, and severe biodegradation following the thrust movement when hydrocarbon supply from the kitchen was interrupted. This work aims to contribute to a better understanding of the geochemical characteristics of the petroleum systems due to the action of the Soapaga Thrust.

High penetration of renewable energy sources(RES)leads to new challenges for protection devices.Protection schemes are typically designed according to the dynamic behavior of rotating machines as generation sources,while the RES dynamic response,mainly governed by inverters,is not considered.Consequently,some relevant algorithms of transmission line protection are experiencing challenges because of the fact that magnitude and phase angle com-parison,amount of negative-sequence,and short-circuit current level are affected by the RES.Therefore,an in-depth study of this issue is necessary,one which considers the main causes and new methodological criteria solutions.This work presents an extensive literature review of the evaluation of electrical protection performance and the effects of RES connected to a power grid through inverters.Bibliographic data on many representative publications related to this topic are obtained to show the current research lines and their proposed solutions.In addition,this work identi-fies the main protection functions affected and describes the new protection schemes that consider RES.Finally,an analysis and discussion of the selected bibliography are presented.

Septic shock leads to progressive hypoperfusion and tissue hypoxia.Unfortunately,numerous uncertainties exist around the best monitoring strategy,as available techniques are mere surrogates for these phenomena.Never-theless,central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO 2),venous-to-arterial CO 2 gap,and lactate normalization have been fostered as resuscitation targets for septic shock.Moreover,recent evidence has challenged the central role of lactate.Following the ANDROMEDA-SHOCK trial,capillary refill time(CRT)has become a promissory target,considering the observed benefits in mortality,treatment intensity,and organ dysfunction.Interpretation of CRT within a multimodal approach may aid clinicians in guiding resuscitative interventions and stop resuscitation earlier,thus avoiding the risk of morbid fluid overload.Integrative assessment of a patient’s perfusion status can be easily performed using bedside clinical tools.Based on its fast kinetics and recent supporting evidence,targeting CRT(within a holistic assessment of perfusion)may improve outcomes in septic shock resuscitation.

Lung cancer is the major cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide,it has one of the lowest 5-year survival rate,mainly because it is diagnosed in the late stage of the disease.Lung cancer is classified into two groups,small cell lung cancer(SCLC)and non-SCLC(NSCLC).In turn,NSCLC is categorized into three distinct cell subtypes:Adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,and large cell carcinoma.NSCLC is the most common lung cancer,accounting for 85%of all lung cancers.Treatment for lung cancer is linked to the cell type and stage of the disease,involving chemotherapy,radiation therapy,and surgery.Despite improvements in therapeutic treatments,lung cancer patients show high rates of recurrence,metastasis,and resistance to chemotherapy.Lung stem cells(SCs)are undifferentiated cells capable of self-renewal and proliferation,are resistant to chemotherapy and radiotherapy and,due to their properties,could be involved in the development and progression of lung cancer.The presence of SCs in the lung tissue could be the reason why lung cancer is difficult to treat.The identification of lung cancer stem cells biomarkers is of interest for precision medicine using new therapeutic agents directed against these cell populations.In this review,we present the current knowledge on lung SCs and discuss their functional role in the initiation and progression of lung cancer,as well as their role in tumor resistance to chemotherapy.
