Arboviral diseases are viral infections transmitted to humans through the bites of arthropods,such as mosquitoes,often causing a variety of pathologies associated with high levels of morbidity and *** the past decades,these infections have proven to be a significant challenge to health systems worldwide,particularly following the considerable geographic expansion of the dengue virus(dENV)and its most recent outbreak in Latin America as well as the difficult-tocontrol outbreaks of yellow fever virus(YFV),chikungunya virus(CHIKV),and Zika virus(ZIKV),leaving behind a substantial portion of the population with complications related to these ***,the world is experiencing a period of intense globalization,which,combined with global warming,directly contributes to wider dissemination of arbovirus vectors across the ***,all continents remain on high alert for potential new ***,this review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of the four main arboviruses today(dENV,ZIKV,YFV,and CHIKV)discussing their viral characteristics,immune responses,and mechanisms of viral evasion,as well as important clinical aspects for patient *** includes associated symptoms,laboratory tests,treatments,existing or developing vaccines and the main associated complications,thus integrating a broad historical,scientific and clinical approach.

Background: The activities carried out by soldiers in the army involve great physical demands and require intense trainings to perform combat-specific tasks. Musculoskeletal injury is a potential threat to the health and physical integrity of the soldier. This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of lower limb musculoskeletal injuries among soldiers and to propose a training protocol to prevent the most frequent ***: This observational(cross-sectional) study recruited a sample of 103 soldiers who required medical attention,from a total 202 new battalion soldiers. The medical records(paper and online) had a form of running text. All data collected were recorded by the registered physicians of the battalion medical post. The records were analyzed by the following variables: medical diagnosis, injury site, mechanism, type of treatment, time loss, existence of previous injury,and recurring ***: A total of 112 musculoskeletal injuries were diagnosed in 71 soldiers, and other types of diseases/injuries were diagnosed in the other soldiers. Joint pain accounted for 55.4% of the diagnoses. The knee was the most affected site, while trauma and overload were the most common mechanisms of injury. drug treatment was used most frequently, accounting for 58% of the cases. The majority of the sample obtained a temporary leave of absence for1 to 6 days or not at all. Previous injuries and recurrence were not presented as risk factors for injury. With the data received, a protocol for the prevention of injuries to the lower limbs was ***: This study indicated that the most frequent site of injury is the knee, and joint pain is the most common diagnosis. These results may support the necessity to develop a neuromuscular training protocol to prevent lower limb injuries, which we suggest to be applied in future studies.

Ecosystem services(ES)delivery in quantity and quality are essential to improve human ***,often a considerable part of ES provisioning depends on the use of private land(e.g.,flood retention,carbon sequestration,water purification).In this context,the operationalization and implementation of ES concept may collide with legal property ***,it is essential to find constructive mechanisms to engage and encour-age private owners to implement sustainable land uses to reduce the onsite and offsite impacts of their *** paper aims to identify if ES delivery can be constrained by legal private land and how it can be *** is undeniable that land-use changes(e.g.,urbanization,agriculture intensification,and land abandonment)affect the territory’s capacity to deliver ES in quality and *** changes,especially land abandonment,are in-creasing the tradeoffs among ES(e.g.,between carbon sequestration and water yield).Land-use planning should consider these ***,incorporating ES into spatial plans is crucial for stakeholders to understand the impacts of land-use change in the loss of ES *** information can be transmitted through maps that communicate the message in a simplified *** owners can easily perceive the ES relevance that their land can provide if an understandable message is *** this can be a good solution,conflicts can appear even with the implementation of schemes such as Payment for ES(PES).PES is not always effective and can im-pose losses to farmers,disregard their cultural traditions,or not prevent poverty *** this context,it is crucial to consider local specificities to safeguard PES’s success,create a“win-win”and transform a problem into a *** owners’active participation in implementing sustainable practices or a determined land-use in their properties is vital to achieving global targets such as sustainable development goals.

In the presented short clinical case of depression, the constructs of Research domain Criteria (RdoC) of loss (negative valence systems) and cognitive control (cognitive systems) have been operationalized. It has been concluded that a normal cognitive control of emotion, requiring the functional and structural integrity of prefrontal cortex (PFC) and orbitofrontal cortex (OFC), is lacking in depression, but its amelioration can be achieved through the implementation of cognitive remediation/rehabilitation programs. A mini-review on neural and cognitive markers and regulation of emotion in depression is previously presented.

Perovskites as host structures of cations were used in order to generate in situ active and stable catalysts for ethanol steam reforming. For this purpose,La_(1-x)Mg_xAl_(1-y)Ni_yO_3(x = 0.1; y = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3) perovskites were synthetized by the citrate *** segregation is evident for a substitution level higher than 0. 2. The segregation of Ni as NiO generated species interacts with different metal-support after the reduction step. The y = 0.1 catalyst presents the highest H_2 yield value about 85% during reaction time,with low mean values of CH_4 and CO selectivities of 3.4% and 11%,respectively and a low carbon formation. The better performance of y = 0.1 catalyst could be attributed to the minor proportion of segregated phases,thus a controlled expulsion of Ni is successfully reached.

In this work,the impact of the doping process on the photoluminescence emission of CaWO_(4) as a function of the concentration of Eu^(3+) cation(0.01 mol%,0.02 mol%,0.04 mol%,0.06 mol%,0.08 mol%,and 0.10 mol%) is discussed in ***_(1-x)WO~4:xEu^(3+) samples were successfully synthesized by a simple coprecipitation method followed by microwave *** blue shift in the absorption edge confirms the quantum confinement effect and the band gap energy covers the range from 3.91 to 4.18 eV,as the amount of Eu^(3+) cations *** experimental results are sustained by first-principles calculations,at the density functional theory level,to decipher the geometry and electronic properties,thereby enabling a more accurate and direct comparison between theory and experiment for the Ca_(1-x)WO_(4):xEu^(3+) structure.
