对GaN器件制备过程中AlN缓冲层相关的电活性缺陷进行了C-V和深能级瞬态谱(DLTS)研究。C-V研究结果表明,制备态Ni-Au/AlN/Si MIS器件中,靠近AlN/Si界面处的掺杂浓度为4.4×1017 cm-3,明显高于Si衬底的1.4×1016 cm-3,意味着制备态样品中Al原子已经向衬底硅中扩散。采用退火工艺研究了GaN器件制备过程中的热影响以及热处理前后电活性缺陷在硅衬底中的演变情况,发现退火处理后,Al原子进一步向衬底硅中更深处扩散,扩散深度由制备态的500nm左右深入到1μm附近。DLTS研究结果发现,在Si衬底中与Al原子扩散相关的缺陷为Al-O配合物点缺陷。DLTS脉冲时间扫描表明,相比于制备态样品,退火态样品中出现了部分空穴俘获时间常数更大的缺陷,退火处理造成了点缺陷聚集,缺陷类型由点缺陷逐渐向扩展态缺陷发展。

The household energy mix has significant impacts on human health and climate,as it contributes greatly to many health-and climate-relevant air *** to the well-established urban energy statistical system,the rural hous ehold energy statistical system is incomplete and is often associated with high *** a nationwide investigation,this study reve aled high contributions to energy supply from coal and biomass fuels in the rural household energy sector,while electricity comprised ～20%.Stacking(the use of multiple sources of energy) is significant,and the average number of energy types was 2.8 per *** to 2012,the consumption of biomass and coals in 2017 decreased by 45% and 12%,respectively,while the gas consumption amount increased by 204%.Increased gas and decreased coal consumptions were mainly in cooking,while decreased biomass was in both cooking(41%) and heating(59%).The time-sharing fraction of electricity and gases(E&G) for daily cooking grew,reaching 69% in 2017,but for space heating,traditional solid fuels were still dominant,with the national average shared fraction of E&G being only 20%.The non-uniform spatial distribution and the non-linear increase in the fraction of E&G indicated challenges to achieving universal access to modern cooking energy by 2030,particularly in less-developed rural and mountainous *** some non-typical heating zones,the increased share of E&G for heating was significant and largely driven by income growth,but in typical heating zones,the time-sharing fraction was <5 % and was not significantly increased,except in areas with policy *** intervention policy not only led to dramatic increases in the clean energy fraction for heating but also accelerated the clean cooking *** income,higher education,younger age,less energy/stove stacking and smaller family size positively impacted the clean energy transition.

BACKGROUND:Overwhelming hemorrhage or other intra-abdominal complications may be associated with obstetrical or gynecologic(OB/GYN) procedures and may require the surgical training of an Acute Care/Trauma *** OB Critical Assessment Team(OBCAT Alert) was developed at our institution to facilitate a multidisciplinary response to complex OB/GYN *** sought to review and characterize the Acute Care/Trauma Surgeon's role in these ***:We conducted a retrospective review of all emergency consults during an OB/GYN case at our institution from 2008 to *** OBCAT is a hospital based alert system designed to immediately notify OB/GYN,anesthesiology,Acute Care/Trauma,the intensive care unit(ICU),and the blood bank of a potential emergency during an OB/GYN ***:There were 7±3 OBCAT alerts/*** patients required Acute Care/Trauma surgery intervention for *** patients required damage control packing during their *** loss averaged 6.8±5.5 L and patients received a total of 21±14units during deliveries with *** were 17 other surgical interventions not related to hemorrhage;seven of these cases were related to adhesions or intestinal *** additional cases required evaluation post routine OB/GYN procedure;the most common reason was for severe wound *** were three deaths during this study ***:Emergency OB/GYN cases are associated with high morbidity and may require damage control or other surgical techniques in cases of overwhelming *** Care/Trauma Surgeons have a key role in the treatment of these complex cases.

Use of the scanning electron microscope (SEM) to characterize ores provides mineralogists and metallurgists with invaluable information for the optimisation of processes. Manually obtaining relevant information such as, for example, mineral coatings that may interfere with flotation, mineral separations, the location of values, mineralogical or process reasons for low recovery, etc, can be exhausting and time consuming. For this reason, automated SEM methods for mineralogical characterisation have been devised. These methods rely on qualitative analyses of the samples using EDX or BSD grey levels to classify the phases present. The non-quantitative nature of the analyses means that other techniques, such as electron microprobe analysis (EMPA), must be used in conjunction with the SEM to obtain quantitative information of the sample. To overcome this limitation, Carl Zeiss has devised a method for the quantitative analysis of the mineralogy of any ore or ore-derived processed material; allowing for the full quantitative evaluation of a resource to be performed automatically by the SEM.

提出一个新的简化方法分析了DAC生成的阶梯波频谱，包括幅值和相角。以正弦数字信号的离散值为输入，DAC将生成一个阶梯信号，其中的基波分量与输人的正弦信号之间幅值差为-1．6449／n^2，相位差为-π／n，n为一个周期内离散点的个数；而阶梯信号中的谐波位于（tn±1）阶次上，其幅值是基波分量的1／（tn±1）。设计了一个不需滤波器而仅对阶梯波中基波分量作测量的实验，实验结果证实了上述关于基波的分析结论。讨论了各种可能的应用。

A laboratory system was designed to generate bitumen fumes and expose tested samplers in a homogenised chamber. The system was also designed to condense the fumes in the form of oil that could be used as a standard for further analytical method development. The laboratory system was evaluated in terms of stability, repeatability, aging, and ranges, focusing on the quality and quantity of the fumes and their physical characteristics. The fumes generated with the laboratory system were also compared to fumes emitted at workplaces to evaluate their similarity. The results demonstrated that laboratory fume generation was stable and repeatable. Humidity ranged from 20% to 80% RH and the total fume concentration ranged from 0.01 to 9.36 mg.m-3, covering the conditions encountered for road paving worksites. The fumes generated in the laboratory were found to be similar to those of workplaces, with slight differences in light compounds equivalent to C12 and below n-alkanes. Thus, the system designed in this study is considered capable of generating bitumen fumes used to develop sampling and analysis methods.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the population of dairy cows on milk production of dairy cows in Indonesia for the period 2009-2019 and government policies to realize the white revolution in *** research method used is a descriptive analysis approach regarding the development of the dairy cow population and its relationship to dairy cow’s milk production in *** type of data used is annual time series secondary data starting from *** on the results of the regression,the coefficient value was 0.6677752,indicating that an increase in the population of dairy cows by 1 unit will increase the production of dairy cows in Indonesia by 0.6677752 *** increase in dairy cow’s milk production is relatively low due to the lack of understanding of local breeders regarding dairy cow rearing and feeding to provide adequate nutrition for *** policies are to realize the white revolution by paying attention to the provision of fresh milk for poor children,counseling local farmers,increasing the economic value of cow waste,and making cooperatives as a place for dairy farmers.

AIM To investigate the effects of plecanatide and dolcanatide on maintenance of paracellular permeability, integrity of tight junctions and on suppression of visceral hypersensitivity. METHODS Transport of fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)-dextran was measured to assess permeability across cell monolayers and rat colon tissues. Effects of plecanatide and dolcanatide on the integrity of tight junctions in Caco-2 and T84 monolayers and on the expression and localization of occludin and zonula occludens-1(ZO-1) were examined by immunofluorescence microscopy. Anti-nociceptive activity of these agonists was evaluated in trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)-induced inflammatory as well as in non-inflammatory partial restraint stress(PRS) rat models. Statistical significance between the treatment groups in the permeability studies were evaluated using unpaired *** Treatment of T84 and Caco-2 monolayers with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) rapidly increased permeability, which was effectively suppressed when monolayers were also treated with plecanatide or dolcanatide. Similarly, when T84 and Caco-2 monolayers were treated with LPS, cell surface localization of tight junction proteins occludin and ZO-1 was severely disrupted. When cell monolayers were treated with LPS in the presence of plecanatide or dolcanatide, occludin and ZO-1 were localized at the cell surface of adjoining cells, similar to that observed for vehicle treated cells. Treatment of cell monolayers with plecanatide or dolcanatide without LPS did not alter permeability, integrity of tight junctions and cell surface localization of either of the tight junction proteins. In rat visceral hypersensitivity models, both agonists suppressed the TNBS-induced increase in abdominal contractions in response to colorectal distension without affecting the colonic wall elasticity, and both agonists also reduced colonic hypersensitivity in the PRS model.
