The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the population of dairy cows on milk production of dairy cows in Indonesia for the period 2009-2019 and government policies to realize the white revolution in *** research method used is a descriptive analysis approach regarding the development of the dairy cow population and its relationship to dairy cow’s milk production in *** type of data used is annual time series secondary data starting from *** on the results of the regression,the coefficient value was 0.6677752,indicating that an increase in the population of dairy cows by 1 unit will increase the production of dairy cows in Indonesia by 0.6677752 *** increase in dairy cow’s milk production is relatively low due to the lack of understanding of local breeders regarding dairy cow rearing and feeding to provide adequate nutrition for *** policies are to realize the white revolution by paying attention to the provision of fresh milk for poor children,counseling local farmers,increasing the economic value of cow waste,and making cooperatives as a place for dairy farmers.

Bogies are responsible for a significant amount of aerodynamic resistance and noise,both of which negatively affect high-speed train performance and passenger *** the present study,the passive control method is applied in designing the bogie cabins of a high-speed train to improve its aerodynamic *** passive control measures are introduced,namely,adding a spoiler and creating diversion grooves near the bogie ***,the aerodynamic and aeroacoustic characteristics of a high-speed train operating at 350 km/h under different control strategies are numerically investigated using the improved-delayed-detached-eddy simulation(IDDEs)and the acoustic finite element method(FEM).The impacts of passive control devices on drag reduction,slipstream,and aerodynamic noise are presented and *** results reveal that the passive control devices have a major effect on the slipstream around the *** amplitude of the fluctuating pressure is higher in the first half of the train than in the second *** first bogie has the maximum amplitude of the acoustic pressure for both the train with and without passive *** the far field,the spoiler installation and placement of the diversion grooves in the front of the bogie cabin can significantly reduce aerodynamic drag and ***,as shown in this study,using passive control methods to improve the aerodynamic and aeroacoustic properties of high-speed trains can be a viable option.

AIM To investigate the effects of plecanatide and dolcanatide on maintenance of paracellular permeability, integrity of tight junctions and on suppression of visceral hypersensitivity. METHODs Transport of fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)-dextran was measured to assess permeability across cell monolayers and rat colon tissues. Effects of plecanatide and dolcanatide on the integrity of tight junctions in Caco-2 and T84 monolayers and on the expression and localization of occludin and zonula occludens-1(ZO-1) were examined by immunofluorescence microscopy. Anti-nociceptive activity of these agonists was evaluated in trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBs)-induced inflammatory as well as in non-inflammatory partial restraint stress(PRs) rat models. statistical significance between the treatment groups in the permeability studies were evaluated using unpaired *** Treatment of T84 and Caco-2 monolayers with lipopolysaccharide(LPs) rapidly increased permeability, which was effectively suppressed when monolayers were also treated with plecanatide or dolcanatide. similarly, when T84 and Caco-2 monolayers were treated with LPs, cell surface localization of tight junction proteins occludin and ZO-1 was severely disrupted. When cell monolayers were treated with LPs in the presence of plecanatide or dolcanatide, occludin and ZO-1 were localized at the cell surface of adjoining cells, similar to that observed for vehicle treated cells. Treatment of cell monolayers with plecanatide or dolcanatide without LPs did not alter permeability, integrity of tight junctions and cell surface localization of either of the tight junction proteins. In rat visceral hypersensitivity models, both agonists suppressed the TNBs-induced increase in abdominal contractions in response to colorectal distension without affecting the colonic wall elasticity, and both agonists also reduced colonic hypersensitivity in the PRs model. We have imaged rock density distribution beneath Liwa fracture zone in the southern part of the the sumatran Fault Zone by modelling and inverting Bouguer gravity data in two-and three-dimensional environments, respectively. The purpose of this study is aimed to figure out the subsurface distribution of rock densities associated with subsurface basement structure representing the evidence of trans-tensional tectonic product in the sF. In the gravity modeling, to eliminate distortions to the measured gravity values before modelling and inverting the data, Bouguer anomalies obtained in field measurements are reduced to the horizontal plane of z = +800 m as a representation of the average elevation in Liwa. For the inversion, we used algorithm implementing depth-and minimum volume weighting parameters in order to obtain a smooth model with better vertical resolution. The two-dimensional models show clearly surface topography of the basement rocks and the presence of normal faults. The reduced Bouguer anomaly of +800 m elevation shows the presence of structural lineaments extending primarily in a northwest-southeast direction, parallel to sumatran Fault Zone and older graben faults showing a negative flower structure. From the three-dimensional inversion, the model illustrates an increase of density contrast, lower values being found near the surface and higher values in the deeper parts. The lower density contrast of 0.15 to 0.3 g/cmsup>3sup> found in the rock groups at depths of 2 km and less is characteristic of relatively homogeneous and poorly compacted rocks. Rocks with moderate to high density contrast (>1.0 g/cmsup>3sup>) are recognized at depths of over 2 km. This model suggests a change of basement morphology as a function of depth, and delineates structural lineaments extending in northwest-southeast direction. The comprehensive three-dimensional structures of an anti-cyclonic mesoscale eddy(AE)in the subtropical northwestern Pacific Ocean were investigated by combining the Argo floats profiles with enhanced vertical and temporal sampling and satellite altimetry *** AE originated near the Kuroshio Extension and then propagated westward with mean velocity of 8.9 cm/*** changes and evolutions during the AE’s growing stage(T1)and further growing stage(T2)were revealed through composite *** the composite eddy core,maximum temperature(T)and salinity(s)anomalies were of 1.7(1.9)℃ and 0.04(0.07)psu in T1(T2)period,*** composite T anomalies showed positive in almost whole depth,but the s anomalies exhibited a sandwich-like *** eddy’s intensification and its influence on the intermediate ocean became more significant during its *** trapping depth increased from 400×10^4 Pa to 580×10^4 Pa while it was growing up,which means more water volume,heat and salt content in deeper layers can be *** AE was strongly nonlinear in upper oceans and can yield a typical mean volume transport of 0.17×10^6 m^3/s and a mean heat and salt transport anomaly of 3.6×10^11 W and–2.1×10^3 kg/s during the observation *** Energy analysis showed that eddy potential and kinetic energy increased notably as it propagated westward and the baroclinic instability is the major energy source of the eddy *** variation of the remained Argo float trapped within the eddy indicated significant water advection during the eddy’s propagation.

We investigated the interaction between mesoscale eddies and the Kuroshio Current east of Taiwan,China,using a fine-resolution regional general circulation *** eddies are injected into a region east of Taiwan,China,according to the quasi-geostrophic theory of stratified *** eddies propagated westward at the velocity of the first baroclinic mode Rossby *** eddies collide with the Kuroshio Current east of Taiwan,China,the spatial structure and volume transport of the Kuroshio Current shows a significant *** upper 600 m of the anticyclonic eddy cannot cross the Kuroshio Current to reach the region west of the Kuroshio Current;rather,these waters flow northward along the eastern side of the Kuroshio *** upper water carried by the anticyclonic eddies cannot reach the shelf of the East China sea(ECs).In contrast,the waters in the upper layer of the cyclonic eddy reach the western side of the Kuroshio Current and then flow *** dynamic mechanism analysis shows that the interaction between the Kuroshio Current and the cyclonic(anticyclonic)eddy decrease(increase)the horizontal potential vorticity(PV)gradient,or PV barrier,whereby the cyclonic(anticyclonic)eddy can(cannot)cross the Kuroshio *** study implies that the continental shelf could potentially be influenced by cyclonic eddies in the open ocean,which can transport heat and material from the upper open ocean across the Kuroshio Current to the shelf waters.

The I48TN is one of the 60 International Monitoring system (IMs) stations of the Comprehensive nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), characterized by its location in the heart of the IMs Infrasound network. The ability of the International Monitoring system (IMs) infrasound network to detect atmospheric nuclear explosions and other signals of interest is strongly dependent on station-specific ambient noise. This ambient noise, includes both incoherent wind noise and real coherent infrasonic waves. Infrasound analysis software detects tens to hundreds of events per day which consume a lot of time for the Infrasound analysts, to define and categorize events where around 90% of the detections are coherent noise. This study analyzed the importance of the synergy between infrasound and seismic data, and provided the infrasound data analyst with the most important local coherent infrasound sources in the region as recorded by the IMs station I48TN, in order to reduce the workload of the analysts and give them a clear view on the coherent noise affecting this station for better discrimination between events of interest like nuclear explosions and coherent sources. DTK_GPMCC and DIVA software were used to perform this study. Geotool software from the International Data Centre (IDC) was used in analysing seismic data from the Tunisian IMs station KEsT. The result of this study allowed the characterization of the most important coherent local infrasound sources (Mines and Quarries) which are considered as coherent noise to I48TN station and correct parameters in some reference events in the Reference Event Database source of the International Data Centre.

基于相场法建立了流-热-质全耦合模型,模拟了真空自耗电弧重熔(VAR)过程铸锭柱状晶在强制流场中的生长。对比柱状晶在有无流场条件下的生长特征解析熔体流动对柱状晶生长的影响机制。模拟结果表明:凝固前沿流场速度大小为45μm/s,方向与枝晶生长方向垂直时,二次枝晶表现出“迎流”生长,枝晶干受冲刷作用向下游倾斜;相邻枝晶形成细小涡流,枝晶干上游侧溶质和热量随熔体带入下游侧,上游侧溶质和温度边界层厚度减小,由无流场时的51μm降至31.5μm,温度梯度大促进二次枝晶发展;下游侧边界层溶质和热量富集程度大,边界层厚度增至78μm,梯度减小明显抑制二次枝晶发展。下游溶质浓度高于无流场情况,枝晶生长缓慢增大微观偏析风险。

The Central Asian vortex (CAV) is an important synoptic-scale system that causes rainstorms, short-term heavy precipitation, hail, and sustained low temperatures in Xinjiang. This paper summarizes the current research conducted on the CAV since the 1960s. The objective definition of the CAV has been revised and a deep and shallow CAV classification proposed. Two high-frequency areas of deep CAVactivity are the Kazakhstan hills (sayan mountains) and the eastern area of the Aral sea (Tashkent); events mostly occur in summer and 40% cause strong rainfall. In addition, two high-frequency activity areas of the shallow CAV are located in the west and south of the Pamirs Plateau and mostly occur in spring; 23.2% of occurrences cause strong rainfall. The western and eastern water vapor transport relates to westerlies and a strong lowlevel easterly jet stream (LLEJ) extending from Gansu to Xinjiang, respectively, and water vapor over the Tibetan Plateau transports even more northwards and enters Xinjiang. The deep CAV has an obvious cold core structure down to 300 hPa. The conversion terms from eddy available potential energy eAET to eddy kinetic energy eKET and eddy kinetic energy inflow eBKET from the open atmospheric region boundaries are the main sources of KE which cause rapid development of the CAV. The anomalous anti-cyclone center over the northeast Atlantic is the fountain of Rossby wave energy dispersion; Rossby waves propagate from the northeast Atlantic to eastern Europe (Urals (EEU)), and then continuously propagate to Central Asia causing development of the CAV. The CAV requires further study to characterize the meso-scale system structure and evolution characteristics. In addition, physical modeling of the severe convective weather occurring under the CAV is required to determine the critical impacts of this severe convective weather and enable forecasting and early-warning indexes.

This paper presents an efficient moving problem with an optimal control constrained mesh method to solve a nonlinear singular condition. The physical problem is governed by a new model of turbulent flow in circular tubes proposed by Luo et al. using Prandtl＇s mixing-length theory. Our algorithm is formed by an outer iterative algorithm for handling the optimal control condition and an inner adaptive mesh redistribution algorithm for solving the singular governing equations. We discretize the nonlinear problem by using a upwinding approach, and the resulting nonlinear equations are solved by using the Newton- Raphson method. The mesh is generated and the grid points are moved by using the arc-length equidistribution principle. The numerical results demonstrate that proposed algorithm is effective in capturing the boundary layers associated with the turbulent model.
