Soil quality determination and estimation is an important issue not only for terrestrial ecosystems but also for sustainable management of *** this study,soil quality was determined by linear and nonlinear standard scoring function methods integrated with a neutrosophic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in the micro *** addition,soil quality values were estimated using a support vector machine(SVM)in machine learning *** order to generate spatial distribution maps of soil quality indice values,different interpolation methods were evaluated to detect the most suitable semivariogram *** the soil quality index values obtained by the linear method were determined between 0.458-0.717,the soil quality index with the nonlinear method showed variability at the levels of *** was no statistical difference between the two methods,and they were determined to be *** the estimation of soil quality with SVM,the normalized root means square error(NRMSE)values obtained in the linear and nonlinear method estimation were determined as 0.057 and 0.047,*** spherical model of simple kriging was determined as the interpolation method with the lowest RMSE value in the actual and predicted values of the linear method while,in the nonlinear method,the lowest error in the distribution maps was determined with exponential of the simple kriging.

Effect of transcatheter aortic valve replacement on P-wave duration, P-wave dispersion and left atrial size

Background P-wave dispersion （PWD）, a measure of heterogeneity of atrial refractoriness, is defined as the difference between the maximum and minimum P-wave duration. In patients with severe aortic stenosis （AS）, P-wave duration and PWD were shown to be increased, indicating atrial electrical remodeling. However, the effect of transcatheter aortic valve replacement （TAVR） on P-wave morphology has not been established yet. The aim of this study is to assess the short and long-term effects of TAVR with two types of bioprosthetic valves on P-wave duration and PWD in association with left atrial （LA） size. Methods Fifty-two （36 female） eligible patients in sinus rhythm who underwent transfemoral TAVR between June 01, 2012 and July 31, 2014 with either a Medtronic CoreValve （MCV）（n = 32） or an Edwards SAPIEN XT Valve （n = 20） were enrolled. Standard 12-lead electrocardiogram and echocardiographic evaluations were per- formed pre-procedurally, post-TAVR day one and 6 months post-TAVR. P-wave duration and PWD were measured and correlation analyses with echocardiographic variables were performed. Results P-wave duration and PWD were significantly decreased on post-TAVR day one （P 〈 0.05）. They continued to decrease during the six month follow-up period, but were not significantly different from short-term values （P 〉 0.05）. The decrease of LA diameter was found significant at the sixth-months of follow-up （P 〈 0.05）. These changes were independent from the types of bioprosthetic valves implanted （P 〉 0.05）. A positive correlation was detected between minimum P-wave duration and maximum aortic valve gradients at post-TAVR day one （r = 0.297, P = 0.032）. Conclusions P-wave duration and PWD were significantly reduced early after TAVR indicating early reverse atrial electrical remodeling. Moreover, structural reverse remodeling of atrium was detected at the 6-months of follow-up. The effects of two types of bioprosthetic valves on atrial remodeling were similar.

AIM： To determine factors related to disease severity, mortality and morbidity in acute pancreatitis.METHODS： One hundred and ninety-nine consecutive patients were admitted with the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis （AP） in a 5-year period （1998-2002）. In a prospective design, demographic data, etiology, mean hospital admission time, clinical, radiological, biochemical findings, treatment modalities, mortality and morbidity were recorded. Endocrine insufficiency was investigated with oral glucose tolerance test. The relations between these parameters, scoring systems （Ranson, Imrie and APACHE Ⅱ） and patients＇ outcome were determined by using invariable tests and the receiver operating characteristics curve.RESULTS： One hundred patients were men and 99 were women; the mean age was 55 years. Biliary pancreatitis was the most common form, followed by idiopathic pancreatitis （53% and 26%, respectively）. Sixty-three patients had severe pancreatitis and 136 had mild disease. Respiratory rate 〉 20/min, pulse rate 〉 90min, increased C-reactive protein （CRP）, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） levels, organ necrosis 〉 30% on computed tornography （CT） and leukocytosis were associated with severe disease. The rate of glucose intolerance, morbidity and mortality were 24.1%, 24.8% and 13.6%, respectively. CRP 〉 142 mg/L, BUN 〉 22 mg/dL, LDH 〉 667 U/L, base excess 〉 -5, CT severity index 〉 3 and APACHE score 〉 8 were related to morbidity and mortality.CONCLUSION： APACHE Ⅱ score, LDH, base excess and CT severity index have prognostic value and CRP is a reliable marker for predicting both mortality and morbidity.

AIM:To evaluate the effects of disease severity and necrosis on organ dysfunctions in acute pancreatitis(AP).METHODS:One hundred and nine patients treated as AP between March 2003 and September 2007 with at least 6 mo follow-up were *** were classified according to severity of the disease,necrosis ratio and *** clinical evaluation and fecal pancreatic elastase-Ⅰ(FPE-Ⅰ)were used for exocrine dysfunction evaluation,and oral glucose tolerance test was completed for endocrine *** correlation of disease severity,necrosis ratio and localization with exocrine and endocrine dysfunction were ***:There were 58 male and 51 female patients,and mean age was 56.5±*** the patients,35.8%had severe AP(SAP)and 27.5%had pancreatic *** dysfunction was identified in 13.7%of the patients[17.9%were in SAP,11.4%were in mild AP(MAP)]and 34.7%of all of the patients had endocrine dysfunction(56.4%in SAP and 23.2%in MAP).In patients with SAP and necrotizing AP(NAP),FPE-Ⅰlevels were lower than the others(P<0.05 and0.001 respectively)and in patients having pancreatic head necrosis or near total necrosis,FPE-1 levels were lower than 200μg/g *** percent of the patients who had undergone necrosectomy developed exocrine *** dysfunction was more significant in patients with SAP and NAP(P<0.001).All of the patients in the necrosectomy group had endocrine ***:Patients with SAP,NAP,pancreatic head necrosis and necrosectomy should be followed for pancreatic functions.

This study investigated the calcareous nannofossil assemblages in detail from the early Miocene aged Lice Formation outcropping in the Kahramanmara? basin. The biostratigraphy of calcareous nannofossils was outlined and paleoenvironmental features determined. In 81 samples taken from three measured sections in the region, 17 calcareous nannofossil genus and 48 nannofossil species were identified. These calcareous nannofossil genus and species identified the Lice Formation as being in the CNM4 nannofossil biozone. The abundance and diversity of early Miocene calcareous nannofossil species varied in the measured sections, with the samples generally moderate-poor, apart from a few samples. The relative abundance of individuals of Cyclicargolithus floridanus, Coccolithus pelagicus, Reticulofenestra hagii and Sphenolithus moriformis species, with paleoecological importance identified in the study region, indicate that in early Miocene times, the basin in which the Lice Formation deposited was meso-eutrophic with excess nutrient input, temperate and generally stable shallow marine conditions.

Electrostatic microelectromechanical (MEMS) switches are the basic building blocks for various radio-frequency (RF) transceivers. However, conventional cantilever-based designs of MEMS switches require a large actuation voltage, exhibit limited RF performance, and suffer from many performance tradeoffs due to their flat geometries restricted in two dimensions (2D). Here, by leveraging the residual stress in thin films, we report a novel development of three-dimensional (3D) wavy microstructures, which offer the potential to serve as high-performance RF switches. Relying on standard IC-compatible metallic materials, we devise a simple fabrication process to repeatedly manufacture out-of-plane wavy beams with controllable bending profiles and yields reaching 100%. We then demonstrate the utility of such metallic wavy beams as RF switches achieving both extremely low actuation voltage and improved RF performance owing to their unique geometry, which is tunable in three dimensions and exceeds the capabilities of current state-of-the-art flat-cantilever switches with 2D-restricted topology. As such, the wavy cantilever switch presented in this work actuates at voltages as low as 24 V while simultaneously exhibiting RF isolation and insertion loss of 20 dB and 0.75 dB, respectively, for frequencies up to 40 GHz. Wavy switch designs with 3D geometries break through the design limits set by traditional flat cantilevers and provide an additional degree of freedom or control knob in the switch design process, which could enable further optimization of switching networks used in current 5G and upcoming 6G communication scenarios.

In this paper,sub equation and (1=G’)-expansion methods are proposed to construct exact solutions of a nonlinear longitudinal wave equation(LWE)in a magneto-electro-elastic circular *** proposed methods have been used to construct hyperbolic,rational,dark soliton and trigonometric solutions of the LWE in the magnetoelectro-elastic circular *** values are given to the parameters in the solutions obtained.3D,2D and contour graphs are presented with the help of a computer package *** attained by symbolic calculations revealed that these methods are effective,reliable and simple mathematical tool for finding solutions of nonlinear evolution equations arising in physics and nonlinear dynamics.
