As ever-increasing bandwidth demands as a result of the swift progress in broadband services,passive optical network（PON）provides advantages in high data capacity,low cost and energy ***,orthogonal frequency division multiplexing（OFDM）has been regarded as a promising candidate for the next-generation ***,OFDM signals suffer from the high peak-to-average power ratio（PAPR）,which leads to power saturation and nonlinear distortion at the optical ***,with respect to the broadcasting structure of PON in downstream traffic as well as the large number of subscribers in PON,the data transmission become more susceptible to malicious attacks,thus physical-layer encryption becomes desirable but *** thesis proposes chaotic precoding techniques to enhance the physical layer security by introducing a huge key space associated with chaotic permutation operations on the precoding matrix,in the meantime,the transmission performance is improved due to the effective reduction of PAPR via chaotic *** approaches are verified in terms of theories,simulations as well as experimental *** main research results in this thesis are summarized as follows:（1）Chaotic Walsh-Hadamard Transform（WHT）encryption scheme It is shown that the WHT matrix keeps its properties after independent row and column ***,the chaotic row/column permuted WHT matrix is applied as a precoder to improve the transmission through the effective reduction of PAPR of OFDM signals,jointly to enhance the physical layer confidentiality by introducing a huge key space via chaotic row/column permutation in standard WHT matrix.（2）Chaotic discrete Hartley Transform（DHT）encryption scheme Chaotic permutations are applied on the row/column of DHT matrix,chaotic subcarrier allocation and chaotic training sequence for OFDM time synchronization,as a result,a huge key space is created by the multi-fold data encryption to enhance physical layer s

钢筋混凝土由于其较多优点,被广泛应用于土木工程领域。但随着钢筋混凝土结构服役时间的增长,由于钢筋和混凝土两种材料自身特点,长期在侵蚀性环境下服役的钢筋混凝土结构容易发生钢筋锈蚀、混凝土开裂,从而导致结构承载能力不足以及耐久性差等问题,甚至导致混凝土结构发生破坏。钢筋混凝土的锈蚀问题促进了 FRP筋及FRP筋混凝土结构的研究。但是,单纯的FRP材料为线弹性,不存在类似于钢筋的屈服平台,所以FRP筋混凝土结构的破坏通常表现为脆性破坏,延性较差。在此基础上形成的钢-连续纤维复合筋(Steel-FRP Composite Bar,简称SFCB)具有强度高、延性好、稳定的二次刚度和优异的耐腐蚀性等优点。因此,可考虑将SFCB和抗压抗拉强度高、延展性好以及具有优异耐久性能的超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,简称UHPC)结合形成一种新型混凝土结构,以解决传统钢筋混凝土结构承载能力不足以及耐久性差的问题。本文采用数值模拟方法对SFCB-UHPC梁的受弯性能进行研究,从而为这两种材料结合并应用于实际工程提供一定的参考。本文主要研究内容如下:采用有限元软件ABAQUS对SFCB-UHPC梁的受弯性能进行了数值分析研究。通过对1根FRP筋-普通混凝土梁、2根SFCB-普通混凝土梁、2根钢筋-高强混凝土梁和2根钢筋-UHPC梁的四点弯曲试验进行有限元模拟,验证了模型的有效性。基于已验证的模型,对混凝土类型、SFCB内芯钢筋屈服强度、SFCB外包FRP弹性模量、内芯钢筋截面面积与SFCB截面面积比以及SFCB的配筋率对SFCB-UHPC梁的承载能力、挠度、延性和耗能等抗弯性能的影响进行了研究。模拟结果表明:(1)与SFCB-普通混凝土梁和SFCB-高强混凝土梁相比,SFCB-UHPC梁的抗弯性能提高显著,SFCB-UHPC梁的极限弯矩和总耗能能力分别是SFCB-普通混凝土梁的2.0倍和3.6倍;(2)SFCB-UHPC梁的屈服后抗弯刚度、极限弯矩和总耗能随着SFCB内芯钢筋屈服强度的增加而略有增加;(3)随着SFCB外包FRP弹性模量的增加,SFCB-UHPC梁的抗弯刚度、屈服弯矩和极限弯矩显著提高,但极限挠度、延性和总耗能能力明显降低;(4)随着内芯钢筋截面面积与SFCB截面面积比的增加,SFCB-UHPC梁的开裂后刚度、屈服弯矩和延性明显提高,但极限弯矩、极限挠度和总耗能能力都有所降低;(5)增大SFCB的配筋率可以有效提高SFCB-UHPC梁的抗弯刚度、屈服弯矩、极限弯矩。但是,SFCB-UHPC梁的延性和极限挠度随着配筋率的增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。

高盐度碱度对全球许多地区来说都是一个严重问题,它会对土壤的物理化学性质产生负面影响,例如低渗透性、通风不良和水资源可用性降低,并最终影响农业生产。为了改善土壤质量,通常需要通过淋滤降低盐分碱度;但较差的土壤性质,如低渗透性,使盐浸过程非常无效。江苏新开垦沿海地区的高盐含量限制了其农业生产作用。通常需要几年的时间通过淋滤来改善这类土壤,以释放土壤中的可溶性盐。盐分随排水的淋溶缓慢,导致土壤结构不良。为此,为了加快土壤中盐分的淋溶效率,改善土壤结构,需要将有机质和化学改良剂结合起来。在这些改良剂中,石膏是一种常见的化学改良剂,被广泛用于改善盐碱土的物理化学性质,因为它含有足够的钙来去除根区的交换性钠,而且它相对便宜、普遍可用且易于使用。许多研究发现,电导率发生了积极的变化,大部分可交换钠从土壤中去除,增加了土壤渗透性,降低了容重,改善了絮凝作用,减少了粘土分散。施用钙(Ca+2)可以改善土壤的物理化学性质,并作为土壤改良剂,防止钠(Na+)的积累,而钠(Na+)与植物生长和作物产量直接相关。利用稻草可以将农业副产品转化为水稻产区宝贵且廉价的有机资源。将稻草还田并覆盖土壤表面,可以通过溶解土壤中的Ca+2化合物来帮助恢复盐碱土。它还可以有效地减少蒸发和盐分积累,保持土壤水分,增加土壤充足的持水能力,增加土壤通气量,降低土壤容重和总孔隙度。稻草降低了盐分,增加了 K+、Ca+2,显著影响了水稻的增产。多项研究表明,在石膏中添加稻草对降低ECe、pH、SAR和ESP的影响相对较大。在沿海地区和干旱地区改良盐碱土的研究较多,但在新开垦的沿海地区快速改良重盐碱土的研究较少。一些研究是在可控的实验室条件下进行的,使用渗滤柱定量测定渗滤液中可溶阳离子的浓度。由于在现场条件下很难量化溶质运动的空间和时间量化,使用渗滤柱的实验室实验在测量渗滤液水中溶解阳离子的浓度及其时间变化方面具有优势。本研究在中国扬州市扬州大学农业水土环境与生态实验室进行了渗透柱和实验。利用渗滤柱比较和评估了石膏和稻草作为单独和联合施用对提高新开垦沿海地区重盐碱土盐分淋洗效率的效果。这项研究假设,石膏和稻草的联合施用以及随后的水浸在提高盐浸效率方面更有效。通过渗滤柱实验,评价渗滤液溶液中EC和溶解阳离子(Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+)的变化,以及土壤ECe、交换阳离子(Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+)和土壤SAR的变化,本实验研究可为新开垦沿海地区的土壤盐渍化治理提供理论依据和技术支持。本论文的主要研究内容如下:1.通过研究样本土壤,评估施用石膏和稻草堆肥及其不同组合在盐碱土复垦中的潜力和有效性。2.确定改进浸出过程的最佳修正量。1.研究方法1)研究区和土壤性质在中国江苏省东台市济钢镇(北纬32°51′ 44″,东经120° 53′ 47″)两垛河与临海高等级公路交汇处东南侧的一个农业种植园中采集表层土样品(0-30cm)。这是一个平坦的地区,地面海拔约为海平面以上3.7米。该地区平均气温为14.8℃,年平均降雨量为1052.0毫米。重盐渍土具有粉壤土质地2)实验装置及步骤实验于2020年8月至2021年3月在中国扬州市扬州大学的水力与能源动力工程实验室进行。土壤样品风干,捣碎以粉碎土块,并在填充渗透柱之前通过2 mm的筛子。然后将土壤质地划分为粉壤土质地。在渗滤柱中填充土壤后,收集8个土壤样本(柱表面0-20厘米),每个样本约50克,然后测量电导率、pH值、交换性阳离子和土壤吸附率。使用八根直径为19厘米、高85厘米的PVC柱。底部设置一层5cm粗砂,以便于流动和防止堵塞,同时在过滤层上放置一根直径为50mm的波纹管,以帮助排水。塑料管是自下而上安装的,用来测量头部压力,随着时间的推移,塑料管在一定程度上有助于去除微小的气穴。本研究采用马尔可夫瓶法维持10cm恒定地表水,防止溢流。在填充到柱中之前,将土壤均匀混合并湿润,以获得1.30(g cm-3)的均匀堆积密度,并避开任何气穴。在填充之前,使用润滑剂使柱内壁粗糙,使土壤和柱壁紧密结合。在每根柱子中,设置一层密度为1.3的60 cm填充土,每20 cm搅拌和压实一次,并刷表面以防止分层。填充柱后,土壤高度为60cm,孔隙度约为50.9%。采用随机分组设计,共设计八个渗滤柱,每个柱有两个重复。采用了四种处理方法:1)对照(不施用石膏或稻草堆肥)(CT);2)稻草;3)石膏(GPS);4)石膏加稻草(GRS+RS)。石膏和稻草被混合到表层土中。每个土柱最初用20升2mol L/-1 NaCr溶液饱和,以确保盐度分布均匀。然后用淡水(EC=0.364 dS m-1)淋洗土壤。根据孔隙体积(PV)计算浸出水量:每个柱的孔体积为8.47 dm3。渗滤液样本收集在瓶子中进行分析。在每一次孔隙体积淋洗之间都会有一段休息时间,以便盐分

Performance of low-salinity water flooding for enhanced oil recovery improved by SiO_2 nanoparticles

Low-salinity water injection has been utilized as a promising method for oil recovery in recent years. Low-salinity water flooding changes the ion composition or brine salinity for improving oil recovery. Recently, the application of nanoparticles with low-salinity water flooding has shown remarkable results in enhanced oil recovery(EOR). Many studies have been performed on the effect of nanofluids on EOR mechanisms. Their results showed that nanofluids can improve oil recovery when used in low-salinity water flooding. In this work, the effects of injection of low-salinity water and low-salinity nanofluid(prepared by adding SiO_2 nanoparticles to low-salinity water) on oil recovery were investigated. At first, the effects of ions were investigated with equal concentrations in low-salinity water flooding. The experimental results showed that the monovalent ions had better performance than the divalent ions because of them having more negative zeta potential and less ionic strength. Also, low-salinity water flooding recovered 6.1% original oil in place(OOIP) more than the high-salinity flooding. Contact angle measurements demonstrated that low-salinity water could reduce the contact angle between oil and water. Then in the second stage, experiments were continued by adding SiO_2 nanoparticles to the K+ solution which had the highest oil recovery at the first stage. The experimental results illustrated that the addition of Si02 nanoparticles up to 0.05 wt% increased oil recovery by about 4% OOIP more than the low-salinity water flooding.

Biofilm formation in clinical isolates of nosocomial Acinetobacter baumannii and its relationship with multidrug resistance

Objective: To check biofilm formation by Acinetobacter baumannii(A. baumannii)clinical isolates and show their susceptibility to different antibiotics and investigate a possible link between establishment of biofilm and multidrug ***: This study was performed on clinical samples collected from patients with nosocomial infections in three hospitals of Tehran. Samples were initially screened by culture and biochemical tests for the presence of different species of Acinetobacter. Identifications were further confirmed by PCR assays. Their susceptibilities to 11 antibiotics of different classes were determined by disc diffusion method according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute guidelines. The ability to produce biofilm was investigated using methods: culture on Congo red agar, microtiter plate, and test tube ***: From the overall clinical samples, 156 specimens were confirmed to contain A. baumannii. The bacteria were highly resistant to most antibiotics except polymyxin *** these isolates, 10.26% were able to produce biofilms as shown on Congo red ***, the percentage of bacteria with positive biofilm in test tube, standard microtiter plate, and modified microtiter plate assays were 48.72%, 66.66%, and 73.72%, respectively. At least 92% of the biofilm forming isolates were multidrug ***: Since most of the multidrug resistant strains produce biofilm, it seems necessary to provide continuous monitoring and determination of antibiotic susceptibility of clinical A. baumannii. This would help to select the most appropriate antibiotic for treatment.
