In this pa.er, a.novel gesture spotting a.d recognition technique is proposed to ha.dle ha.d gesture from continuous ha.d motion ba.ed on Conditiona. Ra.dom Fields in conjunction with Support Vector Ma.hine. Firstly, YCbCr color spa.e a.d 3D depth ma. a.e used to detect a.d segment the ha.d. The depth ma. is to neutra.ize complex ba.kground sense. Secondly, 3D spa.io-tempora. fea.ures for ha.d volume of dyna.ic a.fine-inva.ia.ts like elliptic Fourier a.d Zernike moments a.e extra.ted, in a.dition to three orienta.ions motion fea.ures. Fina.ly, the ha.d gesture is spotted a.d recognized by using the discrimina.ive Conditiona. Ra.dom Fields Model. a.cordingly, a.Support Vector Ma.hine verifies the ha.d sha.e a. the sta.t a.d the end point of mea.ingful gesture, which enforces vigorous view inva.ia.t ta.k. Experiments demonstra.e tha. the proposed method ca. successfully spot a.d recognize ha.d gesture from continuous ha.d motion da.a.with 92.50% recognition ra.e.

Objective: To study the effect of citric a.id given a.one or combined with a.ropine on bra.n oxida.ive stress, neurona. injury, liver da.a.e, a.d DNa.da.a.e of periphera. blood lymphocytes induced in the ra. by a.ute ma.a.hion exposure. Methods: Ra.s were received intra.eritonea.(i.p.) injection of ma.a.hion 150 mg/kg a.ong with citric a.id(200 or 400 mg/kg, ora.ly), a.ropine(1 mg/kg, i.p.) or citric a.id 200 mg/kg+a.ropine 1 mg/kg a.d eutha.ized 4 h la.er. Results: Ma.a.hion resulted in increa.ed lipid peroxida.ion(ma.ondia.dehyde) a.d nitric oxide concentra.ions a.compa.ied with a.decrea.e in bra.n reduced gluta.hione, gluta.hione peroxida.e(GPx) a.tivity, tota. a.tioxida.t ca.a.ity(Ta.) a.d glucose concentra.ions. Pa.a.xona.e-1, a.etylcholinestera.e(a.h E) a.d butyrylcholinestera.e a.tivities decrea.ed in bra.n a. well. Liver a.pa.ta.e a.inotra.sfera.e a.d a.a.ine a.inotra.sfera.e a.tivities were ra.sed. The Comet a.sa. showed increa.ed DNa.da.a.e of periphera. blood lymphocytes. Histologica. da.a.e a.d increa.ed expression of inducible nitric oxide syntha.e(i NOS) were observed in bra.n a.d liver. Citric a.id resulted in decrea.ed bra.n lipid peroxida.ion a.d nitric oxide. Mea.while, gluta.hione, GPx a.tivity, Ta. ca.a.ity a.d bra.n glucose level increa.ed. Bra.n a.h E increa.ed but PON1 a.d butyrylcholinestera.e a.tivities decrea.ed by citric a.id. Liver enzymes, the percenta.e of da.a.ed blood lymphocytes, histopa.hologica. a.tera.ions a.d i NOS expression in bra.n a.d liver wa. decrea.ed by citric a.id. Mea.while, ra.s trea.ed with a.ropine showed decrea.ed bra.n MDa. nitrite but increa.ed GPx a.tivity, Ta., a.h E a.d glucose. The drug a.so decrea.ed DNa.da.a.e of periphera. blood lymphocytes, histopa.hologica. a.tera.ions a.d i NOS expression in bra.n a.d liver. Conclusions: The study demonstra.es a.beneficia. effect for citric a.id upon bra.n oxida.ive stress, neurona. injury, liver a.d DNa.da.a.e due to a.ute ma.a.hion exposure.
