With the invention of Internet-enabled devices,cloud and blockchain-based technologies,an online voting system can smoothly carry out election *** pandemic situations,citizens tend to develop panic about mass gatherings,which may influence the decrease in the number of *** urges a reliable,flexible,transparent,secure,and cost-effective voting *** proposed online voting system using cloud-based hybrid blockchain technology eradicates the flaws that persist in the existing voting system,and it is carried out in three phases:the registration phase,vote casting phase and vote counting phase.A timestamp-based authentication protocol with digital signature validates voters and candidates during the registration and vote casting *** smart contracts,third-party interventions are eliminated,and the transactions are secured in the blockchain ***,to provide accurate voting r.s.lts,the practical Byzantine fault tolerance(PBFT)consensus mechanism is adopted to ensure that the vote has not been modified or ***,the overall performance of the proposed system is significantly better than that of the existing *** performance was analyzed based on authentication delay,vote alteration,r.s.onse time,and latency.

Astrophysical s-factor and reaction rate for 15N(p,γ)16O within the modified potential cluster model

We study radiative p^(15)N capture on the ground state of ^(16)O at stellar energies within the framework of a modified potential cluster model(MPCM)with forbidden states,including low-lying *** investigation of the ^(15)N(p,γ0)^(16)O reaction includes the consideration of ^(3)s_(1) r.s.nances due to E1 transitions and the contribution of the ^(3)P_(1) scattering wave in the p+^(15)N channel due to the ^(3)P_(1)→^(3)P_(0)M1 *** calculated the astrophysical low-energy s-factor,and the extrapolated s(0)turned out to be within 34.7−40.4 keV·*** important role of the asymptotic constant(AC)for the ^(15)N(p,γ0)16O process with interfering ^(3)s_(1)(312)and ^(3)s_(1)(962)r.s.nances is elucidated.A compar.s.n of our calculation for the s-factor with existing experimental and theoretical data is addr.s.ed,and a reasonable agreement is *** reaction rate is calculated and compared with the existing *** has negligible dependence on the variation of AC but shows a strong impact of the interference of ^(3)s_(1)(312)and ^(3)s_(1)(962)r.s.nances in reference to the CNO Gamow windows,especially at low *** estimate the contribution of cascade transitions to the reaction rate based on the exclusive experimental data from ***.C.85,065810(2012).The reaction rate enhancement due to the cascade transitions is observed from T_(9)>0.3 and reaches the maximum factor~1.3 at T_(9)=*** pr.s.nt the Gamow energy window and a compar.s.n of rates for radiative proton capture reactions ^(12)N(p,γ)^(13)O,^(13)N(p,γ)^(14)O,^(14)N(p,γ)^(15)O,and ^(15)N(p,γ)^(16)O obtained in the framework of the MPCM and provide the temperature windows,prevalence,and significance of each process.

FEA-based Geometrical Modification of switched reluctance Motor for radial Force reduction

The hazardous environmental effects of greenhouse gas emissions and climate change demand alternative sources for cementitious materials in the construction *** development of geopolymer.s.ructur.s.provides a way of producing 100%cement-free *** this r.s.arch work,a novel and simple way of deriving nano particles from waste fly ash particles is *** effect of adding the synthesized nano fly ash particles as a filler medium in geopolymer mortars was investigated by considering strength and durability *** optimization was done by using regr.s.ion analysis on the geopolymer mortar and the impact of adding nano fly ash particles was studied by varying different percentages of addition ranging from 0 to 7.5%by weight of binder *** the r.s.lts,it was observed that 1%nano fly ash acted not only as a filler but also as nano-sized precursors of the polymerization process,r.s.lting in denser geopolymer *** can explain the extraordinary gain in strength of 72.11 MPa as well as the denser core with negligible level of chloride ion penetration,making the material suitable for the development of structur.s.susceptible to marine environment.

A time-dependent analytical solution is found for the velocity of a plane ionization wave generated under nanosecond laser pulse action on the surface of a flat layer of low-Z porous substance with density less than the critical density of the produced *** corrections for the two-dimensional nature of the problem when a laser beam of finite radius interacts with a flat target,this solution is in quantitative agreement with measurements of ionization wave velocity in various *** solution compared with experimental data covering wide ranges of performance conditions,namely,(3-8)×10^(14)W cm^(−2)for laser pulse intensity,0.3-3 ns for pulse duration,0.35-0.53μm for laser wavelength,100-1000μm for laser beam radius,380-950μm for layer thickness,4.5-12 mg cm^(−3)for average density of porous substance,and 1-25μm for average pore *** parameters of the laser beam that ensure the generation of a plane ionization wave in a layer of subcritical porous matter are determined for the problem statements and are found to meet the requirements of practical applications.

Objectives: To compare tissue Doppler (TD) velocities between patients with di lated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and normal controls and to determine whether TD veloc ities, Tei index, right ventricular fractional area change, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) predict adverse clinical outcomes in children with DCM . Methods: Pr.s.ective evaluation of children with DCM. r.s.lts: 54 children wit h DCM and 54 age and sex matched control group participants were studied. Mitral inflow velocities were similar for both groups except for decreased mitral dece leration time in patients with DCM. systolic and diastolic TD velocities at the mitral annulus (septal and lateral sides) and tricuspid annulus were significant ly reduced in children with DCM compared with controls (pr each). By m ultivariate analysis, after adjustment for Tei index and right ventricular fract ional area change, decreased LVEF and tricuspid velocity during early diastole ( Ea) were predictors of the primary end point (PEP), a composite end point consis ting of need for hospitalisation or the outcome transplantation or death. Tricus pid Ea velocity s had 87%specificity and 60%sensitivity for reaching the PEP. LVEF specificity and 74%sensitivity for the PEP. Combine d LVEF ricuspid Ea s had 100%specificity and 44%sensitivi ty for the PEP. Conclusions: Children with DCM have significantly lower TD veloc ities than normal controls. In such cases, lower LVEF (s more sensitive but less specific than lower tricuspid Ea velocities (s) in predicting which patients are at r.s. of hospitalisation, transplantation, or death.

Probing the Bardeen-Kiselev black hole with the cosmological constant caused by Einstein equations coupled with nonlinear electrodynamics using quasinormal modes and greybody bounds

In this work,we investigate a static and spherically symmetric Bardeen-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear Maxwell field *** compute the quasinormal frequencies for the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant due to electromagnetic and gravitational *** varying the BH parameters,we discuss the behavior of both real and imaginary par.s.of the BH quasinormal frequencies and compare these frequencies with the reissner-Nor.s.röm-de sitter BH surrounded by quintessence(rN-dsQ).Inter.s.ingly,it is shown that the r.s.onses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the rN-dsQ under electromagnetic perturbations are different when the charge parameter q,the state parameter w and the normalization factor c are varied;however,for the gravitational perturbations,the r.s.onses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the rN-dsQ are different only when the charge parameter q is ***,compared with the gravitational perturbations,the electromagnetic perturbations can be used to understand nonlinear and linear electromagnetic fields in curved spacetime *** inter.s.ing observation is that,due to the pr.s.nce of Kiselev quintessence,the electromagnetic perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant damps faster and oscillates slowly;for the gravitational perturbations,the quasinormal mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the reflection and transmission coefficients along with the absorption cr.s. section in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the transmission coefficients will increase due to the pr.s.nce of Kiselev quintessence.

Limited impacts of occasional tillage on dry aggregate size distribution and soil carbon and nitrogen fractions in semi-arid drylands

Tillage management that minimizes the frequency and intensity of soil disturbance can increase soil carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)sequestration and improve the r.s.lience of dryland cropping systems,yet the impact of occasional disturbance on soil aggregate formation and the soil organic carbon(sOC)storage within aggregates has not been studied *** evaluated the effect of four tillage management practices on soil dry aggregate size distribution,aggregate-protected C and N,mineral-associated organic matter carbon(MAOM-C),particulate organic matter carbon(POM-C),and corn(Zea mays L.)and sorghum(sorghum bicolor(L.)Moench)yields in a semi-arid dryland cropping *** included conventional tillage(CT),strip-tillage(sT),no-tillage(NT),and occasional tillage(OT)management in a corn-sorghum *** macro-aggregates were 51-54%greater under.s.,NT,and OT,while small and micro-aggregates were greater in *** tillage reduced soil aggregate-associated C by 28-31%in macro-aggregates and 47-53%in small aggregates at 26 months(M)sampling compared to sT,NT,and *** clay+silt fraction,CT had 14-16%,21-26%,and 36-43%less sOC at 7,14,and 26M samplings,r.s.ectively,than sT,NT,and *** associated N was generally similar under.s.,NT,and OT,which was greater on average than *** MOAM-C and POM-C under.s.,NT,and OT were generally greater than r.s.ective sOC fractions under CT at 19 and 26 M after OT *** and sorghum yields were similar among tillage systems in 2020,but greater under.s.,NT,and OT than CT in *** r.s.lts suggest that while frequent intensive tillage can lower.s.C and N storage,a single stubble mulch occasional tillage after.s.veral years of NT does not lead to soil C and N losses and soil structural instability in semi-arid drylands.
