In pa.ticula., to gua.a.tee tha. the proper employees a.e a.signed to the convenient ta.k a. the suita.le moment, tra.n a.d qua.ify them, a.d build eva.ua.ion systems to follow up their performa.ce a.d a. a.tempt to ma.nta.n the potentia. ta.ents of workers. a.so, predicting employee sa.a.ies correctly is necessa.y for the efficient distribution of resources, reta.ning ta.ent, a.d ensuring the success of the orga.iza.ion a. a.whole. Moving ta.get detection （MTD） technique is designed to filtering out the clutters. The ba.is of the MTD digita. signa. processor is a.ba.k of Doppler filters designed using FFT a.gorithm. For high pulse repetition frequency （HPRF）, it lea.s to a.long time ca.cula.ions a.d grea. complexity in ha.dwa.e implementa.ion. Frequency doma.n detector is represented by Welch method Rea.ized Doppler filters ba.k which will reduce the time ca.cula.ion. The proposed method enha.ces the ta.get detection ca.a.ilities by providing higher detection proba.ilities or lower fa.se a.a.m ra.es. The performa.ce of the two systems, the tra.itiona. MTD-I a.d Welch method a.e compa.ed from the viewpoint of proba.ility of detection （Pd）, proba.ility of fa.se a.a.m （Pfa.. Computer simula.ion results a.e presented to support the superiority of the proposed technique.

a.though considera.le resea.ch efforts ha.e been devoted to the design a.d development of non-noble electroca.a.ysts for oxygen evolution rea.tion(OER), substa.tia. enha.cement of OER performa.ce with commercia.-sca.e wa.er electrolysis rema.ns a.big cha.lenge. This could result from the difficulties in detecting the intrinsic properties a.d overlooking the a.sembly process for electrochemica. OER process. Here, we employ a.microjet collision method to investiga.e the intrinsic OER a.tivities of individua. NiZnFeO_x entities with a.d without a.modera.e ma.netic field. Our results demonstra.e tha. single NiZnFeO_x na.opa.ticles(NPs) show the excellent OER performa.ce with a.lowest onset potentia.(~1.35 V vs. RHE) a.d a.grea.est ma.netic enha.cement(~118%) a.ong bulk ma.eria.s, single a.glomera.ions a.d NPs. Furthermore, we explore the utility of theoretica. investiga.ion by density functiona. theory(DFT)ca.cula.ions for studying OER process on NiZnFeO_x surfa.es without a.d with spin a.ignment, indica.ing monodispersed NiZnFeO_xNPs with tota.ly spin a.ignment fa.ilita.es the OER process under the externa. ma.netic field. It is found tha. the well-dispersion of NiZnFeO_x NPs would increa.e the electrica. conductivity a.d the surfa.e spin sta.e, resulting in promoting their OER a.tivities. This work provides a.test for uncovering the essentia. roles of NPs a.sembly to a.significa.t promotion of their ma.net-a.sisted OER.
