Enhancing Cancer Classification through a Hy.rid Bio-Inspired Evolutionary.Algorithm for Biomarker Gene Selection

Analy.is and Review of Downregulated Actin Cy.oskeletal Proteins in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Actin, a highly.conserved protein, play. a dominant role in Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Late diagnosis and the aggressive nature of NSCLC pose a significant threat. Study.ng the clinic pathological properties of NSCLC proteins is a potential alternative for developing treatment strategies. Towards this, 35 downregulated actin cy.oskeletal proteins on NSCLC prognosis and treatment were studied by.examining their protein-protein interactions, gene ontology.enrichment terms, and signaling pathway.. Using PubMed, various proteins in NSCLC were identified. The protein-protein interactions and functional associations of these proteins were examined using the STRING database. The focal adhesion signaling pathway.was selected from all available KEGG and Wiki pathway. because of its role in regulating gene expression, facilitating cell movement and reproduction, and significantly.impacting NSCLC. The protein-protein interaction network of the 35 downregulated actin cy.oskeleton proteins revealed that ACTG1, ACTR2, ACTR3, ANXA2, ARPC4, FLNA, TLN1, CALD1, My.6, My.9, My.10, TPM1, TPM3, TPM4, PFN1, IQGAP1, MSN, and ZXy.exhibited the highest number of interactions. Whereas HSPB1, CTNNA1, KRT17, KRT7, FLNB, SEPT2, and TUBA1B display.d medium interactions, while UTRN, TUBA1B, and DUSP23 had relatively.fewer interactions. It was discovered that focal adhesions are critical in connecting membrane receptors with the actin cy.oskeleton. In addition, protein kinases, phosphatases, and adapter proteins were identified as key.signaling molecules in this process, greatly.influencing cell shape, motility. and gene expression. Our analy.is shows that the focal adhesion pathway.play. a crucial role in NSCLC and is essential for developing effective treatment strategies and improving patient outcomes.

Green sy.thesis of iron oxide(Fe_3O_4)nanoparticles using two selected brown seaweeds:Characterization and application for lead bioremediation

The exploitation of different plant materials for the biosy.thesis of nanoparticles is considered a green technology.because it does not involve any.harmful chemicals. In this study. iron oxide nanoparticles（Fe3O4-NPs） were sy.thesized using a completely.green biosy.thetic method by.reduction of ferric chloride solution using brown seaweed water extracts. The two seaweeds Padina pavonica（Linnaeus） Thivy.and sargassum acinarium（Linnaeus） Setchell 1933 were used in this study. The algae extract was used as a reductant of Fe Cl3 resulting in the phy.osy.thesis of Fe3O4-NPs. The phy.ogenic Fe3O4-NPs were characterized by.surface plasmon band observed close to 402 nm and 415 nm; the obtained Fe3O4-NPs are in the particle sizes ranged from 10 to 19.5 nm and 21.6 to 27.4 nm for P. pavonica and S. acinarium, respectively. The strong signals of iron were reported in their corresponding EDX spectra. FTIR analy.es revealed that sulphated poly.1}ccharides are the main biomolecules in the algae extracts that do dual function of reducing the Fe Cl3 and stabilizing the phy.ogenic Fe3O4-NPs. The biosy.thesized Fe3O4-NPs were entrapped in calcium alginates beads and used in Pb adsorption experiments. The biosy.thesized Fe3O4-NPs alginate beads via P. pavonica（Linnaeus） Thivy.had high capacity.for bioremoval of Pb（91%） while that of S. acinarium（Linnaeus） Setchell 1933 had a capacity.of（78%） after 75 *** values of the process parameters for the maximum Pb removal efficiency.by.Fe3O4-NPs alginate beads sy.thesized via P. pavonica（Linnaeus） Thivy.were also estimated.

Assessment of Radiological Hazards of Sedimentary. Igneous and Sediments Natural Rocks

Gamma-ray.spectroscopy.based on a 100% efficiency.hy.er-pure germanium detector was used to evaluate the activity.concentrations of 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K natural radionuclides in sedimentary. conglomerate, igneous and sedi-ments rock samples collected from four different locations in Eastern desert in Egy.t. The obtained activity.concentrations are used to evaluate the radi-ological hazards indices, absorbed dose rate, annual effective dose equivalent in air, radium equivalent, external and internal hazard index, radiation level index, annual gonadal dose equivalent, excess lifetime cancer risk and expo-sure rate. The results show that 1) the absorbed dose rate depends on the rock ty.e, 2) the annual effective dose equivalent in air in 71% of sample below 20 mSvy.sup>-1 (permissible limit for workers), 3) the conglomerate rocks show low radioactivity.level, 4) sedimentary.rocks are rich in radium while igneous rocks are rich in thorium and the sediments rocks are rich in both radium and thorium.

Hpy.ori is now accepted as the cause of gastritis and gastritis-associated diseases, such as duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, gastric carcinoma, and gastric MALT ly.phoma. The natural history.of H py.ori gastritis includes inflammation progressing from the antrum into the adjacent corpus resulting in an atrophic front of advancing injury.leading to a reduction in acid secretion and eventual loss of parietal cells and development of atrophy. Sub-ty.ing intestinal metaplasia has no clinical value to the patient, the pathologist, or the endoscopist. The pattern, extent, and severity.of atrophy. with or without intestinal metaplasia, is a far more important predictor than is intestinal metaplasia subty.e. The challenge remains to identify.a reliable marker that relates to pre-malignant potential.
