In experiments on newbom rats with stress related intracrani al hemorhage(ICH)using Doppler optical coberence tomognaphy(DOCT)we have shown that latent stage of ICH(4 h after stress)is characterized by decrease of venous blood outflow and the loss of sensitivity of sagittal vein to vasoconstrictor ffect of *** incidence of ICH(24 h after stress)was accompanied by progressi on of early pathological changes in cerebral venous blood flow(CVBF)and development of venous *** into consideration of this fact,we suggest that the suppression of CVBF related to the severity to the deleterious effect of stress on the brain hemodynamics in newborn *** facts allow us to conclude that the venous insufficiency with the loss of vasoconstrictor response to adrenaline is an informative and sensitive component of pattern of CVBF that can be important diagnostic criteria of risk of ICH development in newborns.

Interpersonal mistreatment at work often occurs in the presents of third parties,however,not much empirical research has been conducted on examining effects of witnessing *** who observe incivility in the workplace must decide whether to speak up or remain *** the prevalence of wrongdoing in organizations,little is known about the decision-making of employees in this context and,in particular,the role of emotions in this *** fill this void by proposing a model that specifies how discrete emotions influence employees’ decisions to engage in silence and prosocial *** on theoretical model of Dual Threshold,we argue that employees’ emotional reactions to perceived wrongdoing involve a complex decision-making ***,we analyze the potential role of expressed and suppressed anger in this process,arguing that expressed anger predicts third parties’ prosocial voice,whereas suppressed anger is negatively related to prosocial ***,we suggest that organizational cynicism moderates the way employees respond emotionally and behaviourally following an episode of perceived wrongdoing.

We describe the general structure of the well known S255IR high mass star forming region, as revealed by our recent ALMA observations. The data indicate a physical relation exists between the major clumps SMA1 and SMA2. The driving source of the extended high velocity, well collimated bipolar outflow, is not the most pronounced disk-like SMA1 clump harboring a 20M⊙ young star （S255 NIRS3）, as was assumed earlier. Apparently, it is the less evolved SMA2 clump, which drives the outflow and contains a compact rotating structure （probably a disk）. At the same time, the SMA 1 clump drives another outflow, with a larger opening angle. The molecular line data do not show an outflow from the SMA3 clump （NIRS 1）, which was suggested by IR studies of this region.

Neonatal stroke is similar to the stroke that occurs in adults and produces a significant morbidity and long-term neurologic and cognitive *** are important differences in the factors,clinical events and outcomes associated with the stroke in infants and ***,mechanisms underlying age differences in the stroke development remain largely ***,treatment guidelines for neonatal stroke must extrapolate from the adult data that is often not suitable for *** new information about differences between neonatal and adult stroke is essential for identification of significant areas for future treatment and effective prevention of neonatal ***,we studied the development of stress-induced hemorrhagic stroke and possible mechanisms underlying these processes in newborn and adult *** histological methods and magnetic resonance imaging,we found age differences in the type of intracranial *** rats demonstrated small superficial bleedings in the cortex while adult rats had more severe deep bleedings in the *** Doppler optical coherent tomography,we found higher stress-reactivity of the sagittal sinus to deleterious effects of stress in newborn *** rats suggesting that the cerebral veins are more vulnerable to negative stress factors in neonatal *** brain in ***,adult but not newborn rats demonstrated the stroke-induced breakdown of blood brain barrier(BBB)*** one of possible mechanisms underlying the higher resistance to stress-related stroke injures of cerebral vessels in newborn rats compared with adult animals is the greater expression of two main tight junction proteins of BBB(occludin and claudin-5)in neonatal *** brain in rats.

This paper presents the results of studies of the structure,microstructure,dependences of the piezoelectric properties on the electric field(dielectric hysteresis loops,reversible nonlinearity,deformation characteristics)and dielectric properties of the ceramic material PCR-13(based on the PZT system)in the temperature range 300-900K and frequencies of an alternating electric field(25÷2·10^(6))*** character of the obtained dependences made it possible to attribute PCR-13 to ferro-hard *** the HF cathodic sputtering method,PCR-13 thin films were fabricated on Si(001)*** is shown that they are polycrystalline textured,while in comparison with bulk material,the film contains tensile stresses of the unit cell in the plane of the substrate and compresses in the perpendicular direction with the valueε_(33)=-*** capacitance-voltage characteristics of the Al/PCR-13/Si/Al heterostructure were *** reasons for the revealed patterns are discussed.

We present results of a high resolution study of the filamentary infrared dark cloud G192.76＋00.10 in the S254-S258 OB complex in several molecular species tracing different physical conditions. These include three isotopologues of carbon monoxide （CO）, ammonia （NH3） and carbon monosulfide （CS）. The aim of this work is to study the general structure and kinematics of the filamen- tary cloud, and its fragmentation and physical parameters. The gas temperature is derived from the NH3 （J, K） = （1, 1）, （2, 2） and 12CO（2-1） lines, and the 13CO（1-0）, 13CO（2-1） emission is used to inves- tigate the overall gas distribution and kinematics. Several dense clumps are identified from the CS（2-1） data. Values of the gas temperature lie in the range 10 - 35 K, and column density N（H2） reaches the value 5.1 ×1022 cm-2. The width of the filament is of order 1 pc. The masses of the dense clumps range from ×30 M⊙ to - 160 M⊙. They appear to be gravitationally unstable. The molecular emission shows a gas dynamical coherence along the filament, The velocity pattern may indicate longitudinal collapse.

The mercury-antimony-gold ore was subjected of the flotation. As a result of enrichment of ore, the mercury-antimony concentrate with the contents of 51.5% Sb, 3.55% Hg and 6 g/t Au was received. Vacuum distillation of concentrate allocation in serial sublimates mercury and antimony was designed. The big amount gold passed to calcine after vacuum distillation. The gold in calcine roastin uo to 900 ℃was 30.6 e/t.
