Background: Research indicates that Posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD) has an extensive impact on family relationships. Nevertheless, there is a dearth of empirically supported interventions addressing family functioning and PTSD. In the Netherlands, it is considered good clinical practice to offer multi-family therapy(MFT) to veteran and refugee families. MFT for traumatized families aims to address the dysfunctional family patterns that have evolved to address the consequences with ***: The aim of this study is to generate a common framework for the practical impact and active ingredients of MFT in families confronted with trauma. The Delphi method was used to study the expert opinion of 11 therapists in Dutch expert trauma ***: The results indicate that MFT is a promising treatment for families dealing with the consequences of trauma. According to experts, positive outcomes include an increased understanding between family members,particularly visible in the de-escalation of conflicts within the family, and improved parenting. One explanation for the effectiveness of MFT with these target groups is its defining feature of therapy with several ***: The findings support the importance of considering family relationships and the family context in interventions for traumatized individuals.

To investigate the prevalence, correlates, attitude and treatment seeking behavior of erectile dysfunction （ED） in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients in the primary care setting, a multi-center cross-sectional survey using a structured anonymous self-administered questionnaire was performed in 10 general outpatient clinics. Of the 603 subjects （91% response rate）, the prevalence of ED men, as defined by the International Index of Erectile Function, was 79.1%. Most subjects had mild ED （28.9%）, followed by mild-to-moderate ED （27.9%）, then moderate ED （13.4%） and severe ED （9%）. Nearly 55% of those with ED did not consider themselves as having ED. Less than 10% of them had ever sought medical treatment, although 76.1% of them wished to receive management from doctor（s） should they be diagnosed with ED. They considered the most important management from doctors to be clinical assessment （41.7%）, followed by management of potential underlying cause （37.8%）, referral to specialist （27.5%）, education （23.9%）, prescription of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors （16.9%） and referral to ~：ounseling service （6.7%）. The prevalence of ED was strongly associated with subjects who thought they had ED （odds ratio （OR） = 90.49 （20.00-409.48, P 〈 0.001）） and were from the older age group （OR = 1.043 （1.011-1.076, P = 0.008））. In conclusion, ED is highly prevalent among T2DM men. The majority of them wanted management from doctors should they have ED, but only a minority would actually voice out the request. Screening of ED among T2DM men using structural questionnaire allowed the diagnosis of more than half of the ED cases, which otherwise would have gone undiagnosed.

Copper has long been utilized as a disinfectant for bacteria,but its impact on microbial communities attached to the steel surface in seawater remains *** the present study,3 mooring chain steels of different copper contents are subjected to a 3-month marine field exposure,and the corrosion rate increases in the order of BR5 steel(without copper)eel(0.8%copper)eel(0.4%copper).The microbial community results show that copper introduction does not result in an obvious change in microbial quantity,but it alters the diversity,richness,and structure of microbial communities due to the variation in copper-resistance of different ***5 CuH steel holds microbial communities with the highest percentage of some well-known corrosive microbes including sulfate-reducing bacteria,sulfuroxidizing bacteria,and iron-oxidizing bacteria,but possesses the lowest community diversity/richness owing to the toxicity of *** microbial community diversity/richness is stimulated by the low-copper content of BR5 CuL steel,and this steel also carries an intermediate proportion of such corrosive *** well-known corrosive bacteria and microbial community diversity/richness seem to be involved in the corrosion acceleration of copper-bearing mooring chain steels.
