Ocean is full of low-frequency,irregular,and widely distributed wave energy,which is suitable as the energy source for maritime Internet of Things(IoTs).Utilizing triboelectric nanogenerators(TeNGs)to harvest ocean wave energy and power sensors is proven to be an effective ***,in random ocean waves,the irregular electrical energy output by general TeNGs restricts the *** present,achieving regularized water wave energy harvesting relies on rather complex mechanical structure designs,which is not conducive to *** this work,we proposed a novel mechanical controlled TeNG(MCTeNG)with a simple controlled switch to realize the regularization *** structural parameters of the MC-TeNG are optimized,and the optimal output voltage,output current,and transferred charge respectively reach 1684.2 V,85.4μA,and 389.9 nC,generating a peak power density of 38.46 w·m^(−3)·Hz^(−1).Under real water wave environment,the output of the MC-TeNG is regularized and keeps stable regardless of any wave ***,the potential applications of the MC-TeNG are demonstrated in powering environmental temperature,humidity,and wind speed *** work renders a simple approach to achieve effective regularized ocean wave energy harvesting,promoting the TeNG industrialization toward practical application of maritime IoTs.

The plant hormone jasmonate(jA)regulates plant growth and immunity by orchestrating a genome-wide transcriptional *** the resting stage,jAsMONATe-ZIM DOMAIN(jAZ)proteins act as main repressors to regulate the expression of jA-responsive genes in the jA signaling ***,the mechanisms underlying de-repression of jA-responsive genes in response to jA treatment remain ***,we report two nuclear factor y transcription factors Nf-yB2 and Nf-yB3(thereafter yB2 and yB3)play key roles in such de-repression in ***2 and yB3 function redundantly and positively regulate plant resistance against the necrotrophic pathogen Botrytis cinerea,which are specially required for transcriptional activation of a set of jA-responsive genes following ***,yB2 and yB3 modulated their expression through direct occupancy and interaction with histone demethylase Ref6 to remove repressive histone ***,yB2 and yB3 physically interacted with jAZ repressors and negatively modulated their abundance,which in turn attenuated the inhibition of jAZ proteins on the transcription of jA-responsive genes,thereby activating jA response and promoting disease ***,our study reveals the positive regulators of yB2 and yB3 in jA signaling by positively regulating transcription of jA-responsive genes and negatively modulating the abundance of jAZ proteins.

we report on using synthetic silicon for a high-precision X-ray polarimeter comprising a polarizer and an analyzer,each based on a monolithic channel-cut crystal used at multiple Brewster reflections with a Bragg angle very close to 45°.experiments were performed at the BL09B bending magnet beamline of the shanghai synchrotron Radiation facility using a si(800)crystal at an X-ray energy of 12.914 keV.A polarization purity of 8.4×10^(-9)was *** result is encouraging,as the measured polarization purity is the best-reported value for the bending magnet ***,this is the firstly systematic study on the hard X-ray polarimeter in China,which is crucial for exploring new physics,such as verifying vacuum birefringence.

Research on aiming methods for small sample size shooting tests of two-dimensional trajectory correction fuse

The longitudinal dispersion of the projectile in shooting tests of two-dimensional trajectory corrections fused with fixed canards is extremely large that it sometimes exceeds the correction ability of the correction fuse *** impact point easily deviates from the target,and thus the correction result cannot be readily ***,the cost of shooting tests is considerably high to conduct many tests for data *** address this issue,this study proposes an aiming method for shooting tests based on small sample *** proposed method uses the Bootstrap method to expand the test data;repeatedly iterates and corrects the position of the simulated theoretical impact points through an improved compatibility test method;and dynamically adjusts the weight of the prior distribution of simulation results based on Kullback-Leibler divergence,which to some extent avoids the real data being"submerged"by the simulation data and achieves the fusion Bayesian estimation of the dispersion *** experimental results show that when the simulation accuracy is sufficiently high,the proposed method yields a smaller mean-square deviation in estimating the dispersion center and higher shooting accuracy than those of the three comparison methods,which is more conducive to reflecting the effect of the control algorithm and facilitating test personnel to iterate their proposed structures and algorithms.;in addition,this study provides a knowledge base for further comprehensive studies in the future.

A reduced combustion mechanism of ammonia/diesel optimized with multi-objective genetic algorithm

for the deep understanding on combustion of ammonia/diesel,this study develops a reduced mechanism of ammonia/diesel with 227 species and 937 *** sub-mechanism on ammonia/interactions of N-based and C-based species(N—C)/NOx is optimized using the Non-dominated sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NsGA-II)with 200 *** optimized mechanism(named as 937b)is validated against combustion characteristics of ammonia/methane(which is used to examine the accuracy of N—C interactions)and ammonia/diesel *** ignition delay times(IDTs),the laminar flame speeds and most of key intermediate species during the combustion of ammonia/methane blends can be accurately simulated by 937b under a wide range of *** for ammonia/diesel blends with various diesel energy fractions,reasonable predictions on the IDTs under pressures from 1.0 MPa to5.0 MPa as well as the laminar flame speeds are also achieved by *** particular,with regard to the IDT simulations of ammonia/diesel blends,937b makes progress in both aspects of overall accuracy and computational efficiency,compared to a detailed ammonia/diesel *** kinetic analysis reveals that the reaction pathway of ammonia during the combustion of ammonia/diesel blend mainly differs in the tendencies of oxygen additions to NH_2 and NH with different equivalence ratios.

encroachment drives facilitation at alpine shrublines

Ongoing encroachment is driving recent alpine shrubline dynamics globally,but the role of shrub-shrub interactions in shaping shrublines and their relationships with stem density changes remain poorly ***,the size and age of shrubs from 26 salix shrubline populations along a 900-km latitudinal gradient(30°-38°N)were measured and mapped across the eastern Tibetan *** pattern analyses were used to quantify the spatial distribution patterns of juveniles and adults,and to assess spatial associations between *** intensity of univariate and bivariate spatial patterns was related to biotic and abiotic *** mark correlation functions with a quantitative mark(shrub height,basal stem diameter,crown width)were also employed to investigate the spatial relationships between shrub traits of juveniles and *** equation models were used to explore the relationships among conspecific interactions,patterns,shrub traits and recruitment dynamics under climate *** shrublines showed clustered patterns,suggesting the existence of conspecific *** patterns of juveniles and conspecific interactions(potentially facilitation)tended to intensify with increasing soil moisture *** warming before 2010 triggered positive effects on population interactions and spatial patterns via increased shrub ***,summer warming after2010 triggered negative effects on interactions through reduced shrub ***,shrub recruitment shifts under rapid climate change could impact spatial patterns,alter conspecific interactions and modify the direction and degree of shrublines responses to *** changes would have profound implications for the stability of alpine woody ecosystems.

Battery energy storage stations(Besss)pose sever-al challenges for both phasor-based differential protection and the newly-proposed time-domain differential *** challenges include low sensitivity and even ***,the negative impact of various nonideal conditions,including current transformer(CT)saturation,errors,and outliers,on the security of differential protection remains an important *** by the aforementioned issues,this study ac-counts for the trajectory distribution discrepancy on Cartesian plane under various conditions and proposes a time-domain dif-ferential protection *** this paper,the trajectory formed by operating and restraining current samples is ***,after considering different operating states,the fault severity levels,and nonideal conditions,the variances in trajectory distribution between internal and external faults are extensively *** this basis,the Cartesian plane is divided into operating,uncertainty,and restraining ***-ther,the operating and restraining trajectory indices are meticu-lously designed and a protection criterion based on these indi-ces is formed to accurately separate internal faults from other events,unaffected by CT saturation,errors,and *** exceptional performance of the proposed protection method is extensively validated through PsCAD simulations and a hard-ware-in-the-loop testing *** the dependability,sensitivity,and security,the proposed protection method outper-forms three state-of-the-art differential protection methods.

evaluation of frictional pressure drop correlations for air-water and air-oil two-phase flow in pipeline-riser system

Accurate prediction of the frictional pressure drop is important for the design and operation of subsea oil and gas transporting system considering the length of the pipeline. The applicability of the correlations to pipeline-riser flow needs evaluation since the flow condition in pipeline-riser is quite different from the original data where they were derived from. In the present study, a comprehensive evaluation of 24prevailing correlation in predicting frictional pressure drop is carried out based on experimentally measured data of air-water and air-oil two-phase flows in pipeline-riser. experiments are performed in a system having different configuration of pipeline-riser with the inclination of the downcomer varied from-2°to-5°to investigated the effect of the elbow on the frictional pressure drop in the riser. The inlet gas velocity ranges from 0.03 to 6.2 m/s, and liquid velocity varies from 0.02 to 1.3 m/s. A total of885 experimental data points including 782 on air-water flows and 103 on air-oil flows are obtained and used to access the prediction ability of the correlations. Comparison of the predicted results with the measured data indicate that a majority of the investigated correlations under-predict the pressure drop on severe slugging. The result of this study highlights the requirement of new method considering the effect of pipe layout on the frictional pressure drop.
