The ekomedion two-mica granite,southwestern Cameroon,has potential for uranium and molybdenum ***,we present LA-ICP-MS U-Pb ages,Lu-Hf isotope characteristics,trace element concentrations and Ti-geothermometry of zircon from this granite hosting U-Mo mineralization in pegmatitic *** majority of zircon are CL-dark though some CL-bright cores were also identified.U-Pb zircon age data range from 121±3 to743±11 Ma with only 5 of 34 ages being near *** concordant mean age of 603±12 Ma is similar to ages of granitic intrusions along the Central African Shear Zone in *** ages with mean of261±6 Ma reveal open system behavior with respect to Pb and/or *** e Hfi values range from-20.3 *** implies that U-Mo was remobilized during partial melting of the surrounding *** Th/U>0.1 as well as an increasing Hf with decreasing Th/U indicates that fractional crystallization was the main factor that controlled U-Mo mineralization in pegmatitic pods.Y and Y/Ho ratios cluster from 29 to 33 close to the chondritic ratio of 28 and indicate fractionation of Y and Ho with low F contents during the earliest stages of *** stage accumulation of F-rich magmatic-hydrothermal fluids impacted U-Mo mineralization as a *** contains a prominent negative eu anomaly pointing to a fractionating system rich in *** Ti-in-zircon temperatures span 672℃to1232℃with the temperatures at the high end reflecting interference from mineral inclusions in the zircon grains while the lower temperature values are linked to crystallization.

对于受制于集体行动悖论的共益权规则、维权效益低下的私益权规则、难以标准化的义务规则、实施成本高昂的法律监管规则,以及责任边界不清晰、威慑作用有限的法律责任规则的实施,相关法上的惩罚机制作用有限。为了弥补惩罚机制功能局限、强化法律实效,应当为法律实施构建完善的激励机制,改变法律私人实施效用函数,将法律公共实施转化为私人实施,促使法律实施行为外部性内部化,消除法律实施过程的道德风险和逆向选择,引导法律主体主动遵守和适用法律规则,使其行为符合立法目的。申言之,一是通过经济利益给付、荣誉褒奖、资质评定和信用公示等方法,使法律实施与立法目标激励相容,以此克服集体行动困境,减少委托代理关系下可能出现的道德风险和逆向选择;二是厘清产权关系,将法律实施的外部性内部化,使每项行动决策的权利、义务和责任相对应;三是通过优先权奖励、保障权利行使、降低适用成本及法律责任减免或替代承担,使法律实施的成本收益结构回归均衡。

在以比利时高放废物处置参考设计方案的 OPHeLIe 地面大型试验的框架为背景下,进行了一套完整的固结试验项目以获取回填材料的热–水–力反应特征。缓冲材料是预先经高压压实的土块,其主要成分为 60%的 FoCa 泥岩,35%的砂以及 5%的石墨(干燥重量)。除了对温度和吸力控制设备的简要描述之外,还将阐述有代表性的试验结果,包括持水特性、不同应力、不同吸力、不同温度下的压缩性、膨胀性能,以及在吸湿、吸热条件下的塌陷现象。

A mathematical model for unsteady electro-and aerodynamic processes in the presence of a plasma actuator has been elaborated through physical modeling of the dielectric barrier discharge.A specialized computational fluid dynamics package has been developed accordingly in order to calculate steady and unsteady laminar and turbulent *** the numerical simulation of the dielectric barrier discharge,in particular,two equations have been added to the Navier-Stokes equations and *** describe the distribution of the applied voltage and the charged particles *** impact of the plasma actuator on air has been accounted for through the Lorentz force,included as a source term in the momentum balance *** system of governing equations for the considered hydrodynamics and electrodynamics has been written in an arbitrary curvilinear coordinate system in dimensionless form and integrated in the framework of a finite volume method.A TVD scheme with a third-order ISNAS flow limiter has been chosen for the convective terms *** obtained block-matrix system of linear algebraic equations has been solved by the generalized minimal residual(GMReS)method with ILU(k)*** this approach,the occurrence of a propulsion force,emerging as a result of the action of plasma actuators on a cylinder in quiescent air,has been *** possibility to mitigate the cylinder drag coefficient with the help of the plasma actuators,due to the ensuing suppression of the Karman vortex street,has been demonstrated.

119 Karst Springs, all with electric conductivity of less than 500 um/cm, discharging two carbonatic aquifers in Zagrosides of Iran are chosen and studied. The results indicate that the lithology of each Unit is well reflected in the chemistry of springs and the overall mineralogical composition of the aquifer can successfully be reconstructed from the hydrochemistry of the springs using a mass balance approach. The comparison of the chemistry of springs reveals that the significant difference are due to the dolomitic nature of one of the studied aquifers.

At present,mainly GIS software is used for exploration and visualization of spatially distributed *** the same time an approach based on the combination of advanced web technologies along with the standard rules of information-computational system development is more suitable for performing tasks requiring more sophisticated data *** this report,functional capabilities of the information-computational system created for meteorological and climatic data processing and online visualization are *** system represents a dedicated web-interface,which allows performing of mathematical and statistical operations on the diverse observational and model data and to determine characteristics of global and regional climate *** such datasets as NCeP/NCAR Reanalysis,eCMWF eRA-40 Reanalysis,*** available for *** particular,the system allows calculating of temporal average and extremum values,time trends,*** arbitrary spatial and temporal ranges for different meteorological *** possibility of online intercomparison of meteorological characteristics calculated for different datasets is also realized in the *** final version of the system being developed is supposed to find application in meteorological and climatological investigations and should help researchers to save time during performing routine analytical tasks by simplifying handling of huge arrays of spatially distributed meteorological data.

We have studied the ππN system and coupled channels by using of the Faddeev equations and two N* and one △ states, all of them with JP =1/2+, have been found in the formalism as dynamically generated states. In addition, signatures for a new N* resonance with JP =1/2+ are found around an energy of 1920 MeV in the three-body center of mass system.

Phylogenetic position of Schnabelia,a genus endemic to China:evidence from sequences of cpDNA matK gene and nrDNA ITS regions

The chloroplast gene matK and the internal transcribed spacers (ITS) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA from Schnabelia, a genus endemic to China, and 6 genera of Verbenaceae and 13 genera of Lamiaceae were sequenced. The phylogenetic signal and validity outgroups were measured and evaluated by means of the relatively apparent synapomorphy analysis (RASA). Independent and combined phylogenetic analyses for the matK and ITS sequences were performed using the maximum parsimony (MP), neighbor- joining (NJ) and maximum likelihood (ML) methods, indicating that Schnabelia oligophylla and Caryopteris terniflora form a sister-group relationship. The Caryopteris complex is not shown to be a monophyly because Trichostema, C. paniculata and C. forrestii are paraphyletic to the clade containing the remaining members of the complex. A monophyly of Ajugoideae proposed by Cantino et al., including 8 genera in this study, is strongly supported and the closest relatives of Schnabelia are in the Ajugoideae (Lamiaceae), especially near Caryopteris terniflora. The polygenetic analyses also showed that the genera of Lamiaceae and Verbenaceae sampled in this tudy are phylogenetically mixed and the genus Avicennia is distant to other genera of Verbenaceae. RASA and combined analysis can be used as effective approaches to determining the relationships among phylogenetically complex groups.
