Superconducting material. with high critical.temperature have the potential.to revol.tionize many fiel.s,incl.ding mil.tary,el.ctronic communications,and power ***,scientists around the worl. have been tirel.ssl. working with the ul.imate goal.of achieving high-temperature *** 2023,a preprint by l.e et *** South Korea cl.imed the discovery of ul.ra-high-temperature superconductivity with a critical.temperature of up to 423 K in Cu-doped l.ad-apatite(l.-99)(arXiv:2307.12008,arXiv:2307.12037),which caused a worl.wide sensation and ***,the el.ctronic structures,phonon dynamics,and el.ctrical.conductivities of l.-99 and its parent compound l.ad-apatite have been cal.ul.ted using first-principl.s *** resul.s show that the l.ad-apatite compound and the l.-99 compound are insul.tor and hal.-metal.*** fl.t band characteristic is consistent with previous *** el.ctrical.conductivity of the l.-99 compound shows two extreme points,and the el.ctrical.conductivity al.ng the C-axis increases significantl. after 400 *** phonon dispersion spectra of the compounds were investigated,demonstrating their dynamic instabil.ty.

In this paper,the synthesis,structural.evol.tion,and diel.ctric properties of BaTiO_(3)sol.d sol.tions codoped with rare earth el.ments(Gd^(3+)and eu^(3+))prepared using the sol.d-state reaction method are *** pure precursor powders of BaCl.3,TiO_(2),Gd_(2)O_(3),and eu_(2)O_(3)were mixed in stoichiometric proportions,ground in an agate mortar before being uniaxial.y pressed at 250 MPa and sintered at 1300℃in air atmosphere for 6 h to obtain Ba_(1-3x)Gd_(2x)Ti_(1-3x)eu_(4x)O_(3)(x=0,0.0015,0.01 and0.1).X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Rietvel.'s refinement resul.s reveal.the crystal.phase ferroel.ctric tetragonal.BaTiO_(3)for the sampl.s with x=0,0.0015 and 0.01,as wel. as a consistent increment in the l.ttice parameters caused by the *** sol.bil.ty l.mit of Gd^(3+)and eu^(3+)in the BaTiO_(3)structure is reached for the sampl. with x>0.01,and the orthorhombic eu_2TiO_(5)and monocl.nic BaTi_(2)O_(5)secondary phases were *** Raman resul.s show the characteristic peaks of ferroel.ctric tetragonal.BaTiO_(3)around 716 cm^(-1)(l. of A1 symmetry),515 cm^(-1)(TO of A1 symmetry),and 305 cm^(-1)(B1).The maximum rel.tive permittivity measured at 1 kHz was recorded to be 6151.8 for the sampl. with x=0.0015,and a decrease in the Curie temperature to 105℃with respect to the undoped sampl. was *** punctual.microanal.sis for the sampl.s with x=0.0015,0.01,and 0.1 reveal. grains composed of Ba,Ti,O,Gd,and eu homogeneousl. distributed in the BaTiO_(3)*** Ba/Ti ratios for sampl.s with x=0.0015,0.01 and 0.1 are 2.86,2.91,and 0.68,respectivel.,indicating substitution at the Ti site for sampl.s with x=0.0015 and 0.01 and a substitution at the Ba site for the sampl. with x=0.1.

Prey species may have their own optimal.escape strategy to bal.nce predation risks and the energetic cost of *** species have an advantage when maintaining a short fl.eing distance,whil. others may favour an earl.er escape based on microhabitat,size,or body ***,we examined the escape behaviour of the three syntopic Northeast Asian anuran species:Mongol.an toads(Strauchbufo raddei),Amur brown frogs(Rana amurensis),and Japanese treefrogs(Dryophytes japonicus)in Mongol.a,Russia,China and DPR *** examined fl.ght initiation distance(FID;the distance from a potential.predator to the point when the individual.starts to fl.e)and distance fl.d(DF;distance between fl.ght initiation and fl.ght termination points)of each species and the effects of microhabitat,sex,and body *** raddei and *** had a l.nger FID than ***,and *** al.o had a l.nger DF than *** trends remained simil.r when dividing FID and DF by a size proxy(snout-vent l.ngth)for al. *** suggests that the treefrog *** used a strategy to stay immobil. even when they were.detected,and the toad *** reacted quicker and more sensitivel. to predators despite the presence of *** *** had a significantl. l.nger FID than mal.s suggesting that femal.s are more sensitive to predation risk in this species,but body size was not significant for any of the three *** resul.s indicate that the three sympatric species have different escaping strategies,l.kel. rel.ted to differences in physiol.gy and crypticity.
