Care. planostachys is found in arid and se.i-arid Junipe.us woodlands. Arid conditions impose.survival challe.ge. to plants in dry are.s. Some.plants have.plasticity re.ponse. to soil wate. conte.t and continue. normal though re.uce. functions through droughts, but most he.bace.us plants do not survive. Limite. pre.ious studie. have.sugge.te. C. planostachys is tole.ant of drought. Physiological re.ponse. of C. planostachys from Junipe.us woodlands was e.amine. is this study to de.e.mine.how long plants could survive.without wate. and if the. are.capable.of re.ove.y from ve.y ne.ative.wate. pote.tials be.ond what is conside.e. the.pe.mane.t wilting point for most he.bace.us plants. Plants we.e.place. in pots in partial shade.in this e.pe.ime.t. Wate. loss from the.soil with plants was an inve.se.2nd orde. polynomial function with soil wate. de.re.sing from 32% to 8% by day 28 of the.study. Le.f wate. pote.tial was also an inve.se.2nd orde. polynomial function but did not de.line.significantly until 14 days without wate.ing. Le.f wate. pote.tial was −10.0 MPa afte. 35 days without wate.ing. Non-wate.e. plants Ane., (photosynthe.ic rate. was significantly lowe. compare. to the.wate. tre.tme.t by day 21 as was stomatal conductance.and transpiration. Whe. non-wate.e. plants we.e.wate.e. afte. 21, 28 or 35 days, full re.ove.y of physiological re.ponse. occurre. within 7 days. 乡村旅游精英在乡村振兴、消除贫困、促进乡村旅游可持续发展等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。然而，作为中国旅游研究领域的热点议题，乡村旅游精英的动机研究却往往被简单化和边缘化。因此，文章基于中国乡土文化背景，聚焦乡村旅游精英这一特定群体，利用扎根理论对乡村旅游精英公共服务动机的结构维度进行探索性研究。研究发现，乡村旅游精英公共服务动机由乡土情结、公共利益承诺、社会认可与支持、自我奉献精神和政策制定吸引力5个维度组成。其中，公共利益承诺、自我奉献精神和政策制定吸引力3个维度具有普适性，乡土情结和社会认可与支持则是文章基于中国乡土社会背景发现的新维度。乡村旅游精英公共服务动机是一个复杂的多维结构体系，各维度相互关联、相互影响，共同构成了乡村旅游精英公共服务动机的驱动因素。以上结论对乡村旅游精英公共服务动机研究具有一定的理论贡献，同时也为乡村旅游目的地管理、评估乡村旅游精英提供了针对性建议。

Distribution of tre. spe.ie. can re.ult in many factors including e.vironme.tal variable., biotic inte.action and manage.e.t. Be.te. unde.standing of the.e.inte.acting factors is crucial in planning manage.e.t inte.ve.tions e.pe.ially in manage. landscape.: this study on the.e.fe.t of soil prope.tie. on tre. spe.ie. distribution in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania will aid in this. Standard tre. inve.tory proce.ure. and soil sampling te.hnique. we.e.use. to surve. 48 plots from altitudinal le.e. of 680 to 1690 m a.s.l. along 25 km long transe.t. All tre.s ≥ 5 cm at DBH we.e.re.orde., while.soils we.e.sample. from top and subsoils (0 - 20 and 21 - 50 cm de.ths). Tre. spe.ie. distribution inde. was asse.se. through abundance.and fre.ue.cy, while.spe.ie. inte.action with e.vironme.tal variable. was asse.se. using De.re.de. Corre.ponde.ce.Analysis. This study aime. at analyzing the.e.fe.ts of G x e.inte.action on the.e.pre.sion of important cassava traits using two multivariate.analyse.: additive.main e.fe.ts and multiplicative.inte.action(AMMI) and ge.otype.stability inde.(GSI). Total carote.e.conte.t(TCC), postharve.t physiological de.e.ioration(PPD), and re.ction to viral dise.se. we.e.significantly affe.te. by G x e.inte.action e.fe.ts. The.low pe.ce.t(%)variation due.to ge.otype.for cassava brown stre.k dise.se.GBSD) e.plaine. the.influe.ce.of e.vironme.t on CBSD e.pre.sion. The.% variation due.to ge.otype.for TCC was highe.(96%) than variation due.to e.vironme.t(1.7%) and G x e.inte.action(2.4%) indicating a low inte.action e.fe.t of e.vironme.t on TCC accumulation. Immunoglobulin e.（Ige. plays a ke. role.in alle.gic asthma and is a clinically validate. targe. for monoclonal antibodie.. The.ape.tic anti-lge.antibodie. block the.inte.action be.we.n Ige.and the.Fc e.silon （Fcε） re.e.tor, which e.iminate. or minimize. the.alle.gic phe.otype.but doe. not typically curtail the.ongoing production of Ige.by B ce.ls. We.ge.e.ate. high-affinity anti-lge.antibodie. （Me.I4212） that have.the.pote.tial to both ne.tralize.soluble.Ige.and e.iminate.Ige.e.pre.sing B-ce.ls through antibody-de.e.de.t ce.l-me.iate. cytotoxicity. Me.I4212 variants we.e.ge.e.ate. that contain mutations in the.Fc re.ion of the.antibody or alte.ations in fucosylation in orde. to e.hance.the.antibody＇s affinity for FcyRIIla. All Me.I4212 variants bound to human Ige.with affinitie. comparable.to the.wild-type.（WT） antibody. e.ch variant was shown to inhibit the.inte.action be.we.n Ige.and FcεRI, which translate. into pote.t inhibition of FcyRI-me.iate. function re.ponse.. Importantly, all variants bound similarly to Ige.at the.surface.of me.brane.Ige.e.pre.sing ce.ls.
