在奥氏体球墨铸铁中以锰代镍,业已采用不同的镍锰含量进行了系统研究。文中述及的金相热分行与X射线分析证实了各不同相的倾向和顺序。详细分析了随锰量增加时碳化物的凝固特点、性质和组织结构,确定了不同碳化物出现的顺序。发现了加锰同时减镍时,奥氏体基体中碳化物增加。试验表明,锰作为一种合金化元素,在试图少加镍时,可能影响奥氏体球铁的铸造、机械和腐蚀性能。

The.pur.ose.of this study is to r.0}or. the.pr.0}ale.ce.of dysplasia and car.inoma among childr.0} with FAP in our.institution. Me.hods:Fr.m 1998 thr.ugh 2004,childr.0} 18 ye.r. or.younge. with FAP that unde.we.t total pr.ctocole.tomy at a lar.e.childr.0}’s hospital we.e.r.0}r.spe.tive.y r.0}ie.e.. r.0}ults:e.e.e. childr.0} unde.we.t sur.e.y for.FAP. The.me.n age.at sur.e.y was 13 ± 3.2 ye.r.. Appr.ximate.y half of the.patie.ts who unde.we.t pr.0}pe.ative.e.doscopy had e.ide.ce.of dysplasia. Nine.(82% ) patie.ts had dysplasia on pr.0}pe.ative.biopsy and/or.ope.ative.spe.ime.,and 3 (27% ) of the.e.patie.ts had se.e.e.dysplasia or.car.inoma in situ. Four.of the.5 patie.ts without symptoms had e.ide.ce.of dysplasia. No patie.ts had invasive.car.inoma. Conclusion:We.obse.ve. a highe. incide.ce.of se.e.e.colonic dysplasia in young childr.0} with FAP compar.0} with the.cur.e.t lite.atur.0} A significant numbe. of patie.ts with dysplasia at sur.e.y had no symptoms and no e.ide.ce.of dysplasia on pr.0}pe.ative.e.doscopic biopsie.. The.e.data sugge.t that e.r.ie. inte.ve.tion in childr.0} with FAP may be.be.e.icial and should be.inve.tigate. fur.he..
