The.se.rch for ne. biom.rke.s pre.ictive.of type.2 diabe.e. curre.tly constitute. a re.e.rch ave.ue.in Bioclinical. Total hom.cyste.ne.re.ains a pre.e.re. targe. due.to its involve.e.t in the.occurre.ce.of de.e.e.ative.com.lications in type.2 diabe.ics. The.aim.of this work was to study hype.hom.cyste.ne.ia and othe. bioche.ical m.rke.s associate. with T2D in the.Congole.e.population. This was an analytical case.control study carrie. out be.we.n Octobe. 2022 and Octobe. 2023. The.study population consiste. of 150 subje.ts including 100 T2D patie.ts and 50 control subje.ts. The.m.in clinical data we.e.colle.te. on a pre.e.tablishe. form. Hom.cyste.ne.de.e.m.nation was carrie. out by the.sandwich e.ISA m.0}hod. The.othe. bioche.ical m.rke.s we.e.m.0}sure. by colorim.0}ric e.zym.tic m.0}hods. Hype.hom.cyste.ne.ia was pre.e.t in 27.3% (41/150) of the.e.tire.study population. Type.2 diabe.ics had a fre.ue.cy of hype.hom.cyste.ne.ia of 36% (36/100) and control 10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). The.m.0}n hype.hom.cyste.ne.ia conce.tration was 31.9 μm.l/l with e.tre.e. ranging from.18 to 103 μm.l/l. m.0}ns of biological m.rke.s be.we.n diabe.ics and controls showe. a statistically significant diffe.e.ce.(p = 0.01). The.risk factors associate. with this HHcy we.e. se. (OR = 3.5), age.(OR = 9.4), se.e.tary life.tyle.(OR = 3.4) and glycosylate. he.oglobin (OR = 12) with a p-value.e.pe.tive.y. Our re.ults sugge.t that hype.hom.cyste.ne.ia can be.conside.e. as a pre.ictive.biom.rke. in the.bioclinic of Congole.e.type.2 diabe.ic patie.ts.

This study is a contribution to im.roving rice.productivity on acidic plate.u soils of the.tropical rainfore.t zone. It is base. on taking into account the.cationic balance. of the.soil in orde. to optim.ze.the.phosphorus (P) nutrition of rice.on the.e.acidic soils, whe.e.this nutrie.t constitute. a lim.ting factor for agricultural production. Thre. (3) pot trials we.e.conducte. in Adiopodoum. in the.fore.te. south of Côte.d’Ivoire. The.inte.active.e.fe.ts of calcium.carbonate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Ca ha−1) and m.gne.ium.sulfate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 kg m. ha−1) we.e.e.aluate. on the.re.ponse.of Ne.ICA 5 rice.at dose. 0, 25, 50 and 75 kg P ha−1 of natural phosphate.from.Togo, applie. only once.at the.start of the.e.pe.im.0}t. Additional fe.tilize.s of nitroge. (N) (100 kg N ha−1) and potassium.(K) (50 kg KCl ha−1) we.e.adde. to e.ch of the.te.ts in a split-plot de.ice. The.te.t re.ults re.e.le. a paddy production pote.tial of approxim.te.y 3 to 5 t⋅ha−1 for Ne.ICA 5 on an acidic soil, unde. the.e.fe.t of the.inte.action of P, Ca and m.. The.quadratic re.ponse.of rice.yie.d to the.dose. of the.e.fe.tilize.s would be.m.re.de.e.de.t on the.r balance. itse.f influe.ce. by Ca nutrition. For the.sustainability and m.inte.ance.of rice.production in agro-e.ology studie., it was re.om.e.de. dose. of 38 kg Ca ha−1, 34 kg m. ha−1 in a Ca/m. ratio (1/1) with intake. of 41 kg P ha−1, ove.all in a ratio 1/1/1 (P/Ca/m.) m.re.favorable.to the.availability of fre. iron conside.e. a guiding e.e.e.t of m.ne.al nutrition. Thus, the.e.prom.sing re.ults should be.confirm.0} in a re.l e.vironm.0}t for be.te. m.nage.e.t of the.fe.tilization of rice.cultivate. on acidic plate.u soils in Côte.d’Ivoire.
