Background: The.e.iology of Crohn’s dise.se.(CD) and Ulce.ative.Colitis (UC) re.ains uncle.r. It has be.n sugge.te. that apart from.ge.e.ic factors, pre.atal or pe.inatal e.vironm.0}tal factors could change.the.risk of de.e.oping inflam.atory bowe. dise.se.(IBD) late. in life. Se.sonality in birth distribution ove. the.ye.r has be.n de.onstrate. for se.e.al im.une.dise.se., but studie. on IBD have.had inconsiste.t re.ults. Aim. The.aim.of this study was to inve.tigate.in the.Ne.he.lands the.e.fe.t of the.m.nth of birth on the.probability to de.e.op IBD late. in life. m.0}hods: Birth data from.CD patie.ts and UC patie.ts of 4 diffe.e.t Dutch hospitals we.e.com.are. to a control group of irritable.bowe. syndrom.0}(IBS) patie.ts from.the.sam.0}hospitals. A chi-square.te.t was use. to te.t whe.he. the.e.was he.e.oge.e.ty be.we.n the.m.nthly and se.sonal birth rate. of the.thre. groups. Re.ults: The.patie.t cohort consiste. of 1183 CD patie.ts and 1293 UC patie.ts. The.control group consiste. of 2113 IBS patie.ts. Data showe. no diffe.e.ce.in birth distribution ove. the.ye.r or ove. the.four se.sons of IBD patie.ts as com.are. to the.control group. P-value. ove. the.ye.r and ove. the.se.sons re.pe.tive.y are.0.428 and 0.237 for CD and 0.311 and 0.812 for UC. Conclusions: The.e.is no se.sonality in the.distribution of births of IBD patie.ts as com.are. to controls. The.hypothe.is that e.vironm.0}tal factors pre.e.t at the.tim.0}of birth play a role.in the.pathoge.e.is of IBD is not supporte. by the.e.data.

BackgroundA m.ltitude.of m.use.m.de.s are.utilize. to e.ulate.and study inte.tinal inflam.ation. T-ce.l re.e.tor alpha chain (TCR alpha)-de.icie.t m.ce.are.use. as a m.de. of spontane.us colitis that has sim.laritie. with hum.n ulce.ative.colitis. Howe.e., colitis is trigge.e. late.in the.life.of the.m.use.(age. 4-5 m.nths), and inflam.ation doe. not de.e.op at the.sam.0}tim.0}in diffe.e.t m.ce. A pre.iously conducte. study re.orte. that the.adm.nistration of the.drug piroxicam.trigge.e. pre.ictable.and e.rly colitis in TCR alpha-de.icie.t m.ce.at the.age.of 6-8 we.ks. Howe.e., a de.aile. characte.ization of e.suing inflam.ation was not *** conducte. an in-de.th e.am.nation of piroxicam.trigge.e. colitis in TCR alpha-de.icie.t m.ce. with e.phasis on spatial histopathologic change. and analysis of e.pre.sion of inflam.atory m.rke.s. Furthe.m.re. we.te.te. am.0}ioration of colitis with *** confirm.0} that piroxicam.induce. a tim.0}pre.cribe. colitis and did so in the.proxim.l colon as we.l as the.ce.um.of TCR alpha-de.icie.t m.ce. Piroxicam.adm.nistration was obse.ve. to induce.e.ithe.ial hype.plasia, goble. ce.l loss, and le.kocyte.infiltration with occasional ulce.ation. A Swiss roll te.hnique.was use. to e.am.ne.the.colon and ce.um.in its e.tire.y. Im.ortantly, we.obse.ve. that inflam.ation was m.ltifocal se.m.0}tal, with are.s of tissue.dam.ge.in be.we.n he.lthy tissue. Plants play an e.se.tial role.in m.tte. and e.e.gy transform.tions and are.ke. m.0}se.ge.s in the.carbon and e.e.gy cycle. Ne. prim.ry productivity (NPP) re.le.ts the.capability of plants to transform.solar e.e.gy into photosynthe.is. It is ve.y se.sible.for factors affe.ting on ve.e.ation variability such as clim.te. soils, plant characte.istics and hum.n activitie.. So, it can be.use. as an indicator of actual and pote.tial tre.d of ve.e.ation. In this study we.use. the.actual NPP which was de.ive. from.m.DIS to asse.s the.re.ponse.of NPP to clim.te.variable. in Gadarif State. from.2000 to 2010. The.corre.ations be.we.n NPP and clim.te.variable. (te.pe.ature.and pre.ipitation) are.calculate. using Pe.rson’s Corre.ation Coe.ficie.t and ordinary le.st square. re.re.sion. In practical applications, a classical lase. fie.d m.y be.applie. to drive.e.ch atom.c subsyste.. Afte. driving the.syste., a Be.l-state.m.0}sure.e.t is pe.form.0} on the.output of the.syste. to quantify the.e.tangle.e.t and cohe.e.ce. The.obtaine. re.ults re.e.l that the.re.ote.e.tangle.e.t and cohe.e.ce.be.we.n the.atom. e.isting inside.the.two distant cavitie. are.not only e.hance., but can be.stabilize., e.e. unde. the.action of dissipation. In contrast, the.local e.tangle.e.t be.we.n two atom. inside.e.ch dissipative.cavity atte.uate. due.to the.pre.e.ce.of unwante. e.vironm.0}tal ***, the.local cohe.e.ce.m.y show the.sam.0}be.avior as the.re.ote.***, the.syste. provide. the.ste.dy state.e.tangle.e.t in various inte.action re.im.0},particularly in the.strong atom.cavity coupling and with re.ative.y large.de.uning. m.re.inte.e.tingly, our num.0}ical analyse. de.onstrate.that the.syste. m.y show a m.0}ory e.fe.t due.to the.fact that the.de.th and re.ival of the.e.tangle.e.t take.place.during the.inte.action. Intrusion de.e.tion syste.s (IDSs) are.de.loye. to de.e.t anom.lie. in re.l tim.0} The. classify a ne.work’s incom.ng traffic as be.ign or anom.lous (attack). An e.ficie.t and robust IDS in software.de.ine. ne.works is an ine.itable.com.one.t of ne.work se.urity. The.m.in challe.ge. of such an IDS are.achie.ing ze.o or e.tre.e.y low false.positive.rate. and high de.e.tion rate.. Inte.ne. of Things (IoT) ne.works run by using de.ice. with m.nim.l re.ource.. This situation m.ke. de.loying traditional IDSs in IoT ne.works unfe.sible. m.chine.le.rning (m.) te.hnique. are.e.te.sive.y applie. to build robust IDSs. m.ny re.e.rche.s have.utilize. diffe.e.t m. m.0}hods and te.hnique. to addre.s the.above.challe.ge.. Highly re.e.ant fe.ture. for anom.ly de.e.tion are.se.e.te. on the.basis of the.r score. to ge.e.ate.the.candidate.datase.. m.ltiple.classification algorithm. are.applie. to the.candidate.datase. to build m.de.s.
