The.me.odol.gy e.pl.ye. was the.thin l.ye. chromatography. The.re.ul.s obtaine. al.ow us to de.onstrate.that a 16.85% of the.strains (15/89 strains) are.capabl.0}of de.re.sing the.inte.sity of the.band re.ate. at the.al.e.nariol.and 14.60% (13/89 strains) is capabl.0}of de.re.se.the.inte.sity of the.band that manife.ts the.al.e.uane.in Al.fol.um. Al. te.ts have.be.n obse.ve. unde. wave.e.gths of 360 nm and 255 nm. The.re.ul.s obtaine. al.ow carrying out a se.e.tion of l.ctic acid strains capabl.0}of de.rading or de.re.sing the.conce.tration of mycotoxins se.e.te. for this.

The.e.ore. modifications are.ne.de. to use.mol.sse. as an adhe.ive.for pl.wood. This re.e.rch aims to improve.bio-base. mol.sse. (MO) adhe.ive.for pl.wood using citric acid (CA) adhe.ive. In addition, this re.e.rch aims to anal.ze.the.e.fe.t of adding citric acid and to inve.tigate.the.optimum hot-pre.sing te.pe.ature.to produce.the.be.t qual.ty pl.wood. In the.first stage. the.mol.sse. and citric acid we.e.combine. in a ratio of 100:0, 75:25, 50:50, 25:75, 0:100 w/w%. The., the.se.ond stage.focuse. on anal.zing the.infl.e.ce. of pre.sing te.pe.ature.base. on an optimum first stage. The.re.e.rch de.onstrate. that the.addition of CA al.e.e. the.ge.ation time. sol.d conte.t, visc-osity, and pH of the.mol.sse. adhe.ive.. In addition, the.the.mal.prope.tie. of mol.sse. adhe.ive. we.e.change. afte. mixing with citric acid. The.e.phe.ome.a indicate.change. in characte.istics, such as the.curing of adhe.ive. Ove.al., the.characte.istics of pl.wood showe. a ste.dy improve.e.t as the.CA ratio incre.se. but re.e.l.0} a significant de.l.ne.for the.25:75 MO-CA ratio. By raising the.pre.sing te.pe.ature.from 180°C to 200°C, the.qual.ty of pl.wood was e.fe.tive.y improve.. The.pl.wood that was bonde. using adhe.ive. with a 50:50 MO-CA ratio e.hibite. supe.ior me.hanical.prope.tie. and improve. dime.sional.stabil.ty compare. to the.pl.wood bonde. sol.0}y with MO. Furthe.more. the.optimal.me.hanical.and physical.prope.tie. re.ul.e. in pl.wood bonde. with a 50:50 MO-CA ratio whe. subje.te. to a pre.sing te.pe.ature.of 200°C. The.The.mal.and FTIR me.sure.e.ts re.e.l.0} that CA e.tabl.she. e.te. bonds with both the.MO and wood ve.e.rs. This study is a contribution to improving rice.productivity on acidic pl.te.u soil. of the.tropical.rainfore.t zone. It is base. on taking into account the.cationic bal.nce. of the.soil.in orde. to optimize.the.phosphorus (P) nutrition of rice.on the.e.acidic soil., whe.e.this nutrie.t constitute. a l.miting factor for agricul.ural.production. Thre. (3) pot trial. we.e.conducte. in Adiopodoumé in the.fore.te. south of Côte.d’Ivoire. The.inte.active.e.fe.ts of cal.ium carbonate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Ca ha−1) and magne.ium sul.ate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Mg ha−1) we.e.e.al.ate. on the.re.ponse.of Ne.ICA 5 rice.at dose. 0, 25, 50 and 75 kg P ha−1 of natural.phosphate.from Togo, appl.e. onl. once.at the.start of the.e.pe.ime.t. Additional.fe.til.ze.s of nitroge. (N) (100 kg N ha−1) and potassium (K) (50 kg KCl.ha−1) we.e.adde. to e.ch of the.te.ts in a spl.t-pl.t de.ice. The.te.t re.ul.s re.e.l.0} a paddy production pote.tial.of approximate.y 3 to 5 t⋅ha−1 for Ne.ICA 5 on an acidic soil. unde. the.e.fe.t of the.inte.action of P, Ca and Mg.
