Obje.tive. To ide.tify the.high risk myocardial pe.fusion de.e.ts which prognosticate.the.future.ische.ic cardiac e.e.ts, on Positron e.ission tomography (Pe.) myocardial pe.fusion imaging (MPI) of inte.me.iate.coronary ste.osis (ICS) on coronary angiogram (CAG) with ne.ative.single.photon e.ission compute. tomography (SPe.T) MPI in chronic stable.angina (CSA) patie.ts. Me.hods: For this study non-infarcte. CSA patie.ts of single.ve.se. dise.se.(SVD) on CAG with ICS and normal LV function we.e.se.e.te.. In all patie.ts with ne.ative.stre.s SPe.T MPI, stre.s Pe. MPI was done. In both scans, e.te.t score.(e.), se.e.ity score.(SS), total se.e.ity/e.te.t score.ratio (TS-e. R) and Le.t ve.tricular dilatation (LVD) we.e.note.. Patie.ts with Positive.Pe. MPI we.e.close.y followe. for 2yrs and PCI was pe.forme. de.e.ding on symptoms. Re.ults: Out of 47 study group patie.ts, during 2yr follow up pe.iod, 11 out of 15 patie.ts with ische.ia positive.Pe. MPI unde.we.t pe.cutane.us coronary inte.ve.tion (PCI). Indication for PCI was re.t or pe.siste.ce.or re.urre.ce.of angina. Four of 15 patie.ts re.aine. asymptomatic. In me.ically manage. vs. PCI done.patie.ts, me.n of e. was 1.2 ± 0.5 vs. 2.3 ± 1, SS was 1.2 ± 0.5 vs. 5.3 ± 1.9, TS-e.R was 1 vs. 2.5 ± 0.5 which was statistically significant (p = 0.01). Conclusion: It was infe.re. that subgroup of Pe. MPI positive.ICS patie.ts with basal Pe. MPI showing SS > 5 and TS-e. R > 1.5 with LVD during stre.s re.uire. close.follow up as the. are.like.y re.uire.PCI subse.ue.tly. Conde.se. Stoke. e.uations (PNS) at the.ce.te.s of ce.ls of the.3-Torus. Satisfying a dive.ge.ce.fre. ve.tor fie.d and pe.iodic boundary conditions re.pe.tive.y with a ge.e.al spatio-te.poral forcing te.m which is smooth and spatially pe.iodic, the.e.iste.ce.of solutions which have.finite.time.singularitie. can occur starting with the.first de.ivative.and highe. with re.pe.t to time. The.e.iste.ce.of a subspace.of the.solution space.whe.e.v3 is continuous and {C, y1, y12}, is line.rly inde.e.de.t in the.additive.argume.t of the.solution in te.ms of the.Lambe.t W function, (y12=y2, C∈R) toge.he. with the.condition v2=-2y1v1. On this subspace. the.Biot Savart Law holds e.actly [se. Se.tion 2 (e.uation (13))].
