The.se.rch for ne. biomarke.s pre.ictive.of type.2 diabe.e. curre.tly constitute. a re.e.rch ave.ue.in Bioclinical. Total homocyste.ne.re.ains a pre.e.re. targ.0} due.to its involve.e.t in the.occurre.ce.of de.e.e.ative.complications in type.2 diabe.ics. The.aim of this work was to study hype.homocyste.ne.ia and othe. bioche.ical marke.s associate. with T2D in the.Cong.le.e.population. This was an analytical case.control study carrie. out be.we.n Octobe. 2022 and Octobe. 2023. The.study population consiste. of 150 subje.ts including.100 T2D patie.ts and 50 control subje.ts. The.main clinical data we.e.colle.te. on a pre.e.tablishe. form. Homocyste.ne.de.e.mination was carrie. out by the.sandwich e.ISA me.hod. The.othe. bioche.ical marke.s we.e.me.sure. by colorime.ric e.zymatic me.hods. Hype.homocyste.ne.ia was pre.e.t in 27.3% (41/150) of the.e.tire.study population. Type.2 diabe.ics had a fre.ue.cy of hype.homocyste.ne.ia of 36% (36/100) and control 10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). The.me.n hype.homocyste.ne.ia conce.tration was 31.9 μmol/l with e.tre.e. rang.ng.from 18 to 103 μmol/l. Me.ns of biolog.cal marke.s be.we.n diabe.ics and controls showe. a statistically sig.ificant diffe.e.ce.(p = 0.01). The.risk factors associate. with this HHcy we.e. se. (OR = 3.5), ag.0}(OR = 9.4), se.e.tary life.tyle.(OR = 3.4) and g.ycosylate. he.og.obin (OR = 12) with a p-value.e.pe.tive.y. Our re.ults sug.e.t that hype.homocyste.ne.ia can be.conside.e. as a pre.ictive.biomarke. in the.bioclinic of Cong.le.e.type.2 diabe.ic patie.ts.

Obje.tive. The.association hype.te.sion and diabe.e. is important. The.two patholog.e. may influe.ce.e.ch othe.. The.aim was to study the.corre.ation be.we.n g.yce.ic control and blood pre.sure.control and to de.e.mine.the.factors associate. with blood pre.sure.control. Me.hodolog.: This was a de.criptive.cross-se.tional study with an analytical focus ove. 7 months. Patie.ts we.e.re.ruite. as outpatie.ts and all unde.we.t ambulatory blood pre.sure.me.sure. g.ycate. he.og.obin and cre.tinine.me.sure.e.ts, and asse.sme.t of compliance.with tre.tme.t. Re.ults: During.this pe.iod 116 patie.ts we.e.colle.te.. The.pre.ominance.was fe.ale.69%. The.me.n ag.0}of the.patie.ts was 62 ± 7 ye.rs with a pe.k be.we.n 60 and 70 ye.rs. The.ave.ag.0}ag.0}of hype.te.sion was 12 ye.rs and that of diabe.e. 6 1/2 ye.rs. The.most fre.ue.tly associate. cardiovascular risk factor was a se.e.tary life.tyle.(71.5%) afte. ag.0} 57.8% of patie.ts we.e.not controlle. at the.office. with a pre.ominance.of systolic hype.te.sion (58.2%). 61.6% of patie.ts we.e.controlle. by ambulatory blood pre.sure.me.sure. a rate.of 47.8% of white.coat hype.te.sion. g.yce.ic control was obse.ve. in 42.2% of case. and 87% of patie.ts had g.od re.al function (g.ome.ular filte. rate.≥ 60 ml/mn). The.ape.tic compliance.was g.od in 53.4% of case. and dual the.apy was the.most use. the.ape.tic modality 44.8% (52 patie.ts) followe. by triple.the.apy. The.factors associate. with poor blood pre.sure.control we.e.g.yce.ic imbalance. non-compliance.and monothe.apy. Dual the.apy had a prote.tive.e.fe.t. Conclusion: The.association of hype.te.sion and type.2 diabe.e. is fre.ue.t. The.risk of occurre.ce.incre.se. with ag.0} Ambulatory blood pre.sure.me.sure.is the.be.t me.hod to asse.s blood pre.sure.control. Optimization of blood pre.sure.control should also include.optimization of g.yce.ic control.
