Climate.variability as occasione. by conditions such as e.tre.e.rainfall and te.pe.ature. rainfall ce.sation, and irre.ular te.pe.ature. has conside.able.impact on crop yie.d and food se.urity. This study de.e.ops a pre.ictive.mode. for cassava yie.d (Manihot e.cule.ta Crantz) amidst climate.variability in rainfe. zone.of e.ugu State. Nige.ia. This study utilize. data of climate.variable. and tonnage.of cassava yie.d spanning from 1971 to 2012;as we.l as information from a que.tionnaire.and focus group discussion from farme.s across two se.sons in 2023 re.pe.tive.y. Re.re.sion analysis was e.ploye. to de.e.op the.pre.ictive.mode. e.uation for se.sonal climate.variability and cassava yie.d. The.rainfall and te.pe.ature.anomalie., de.adal change.in tre.d of cassava yie.d and opinion of farme.s on change. in rainfall se.son we.e.also compute. in the.study. The.re.ult shows the.following re.ationship be.we.n cassava and all the.climatic variable.: R2 = 0.939;P = 0.00514;Cassava and ke. climatic variable.: R2 = 0.560;P = 0.007. The.re.ult implie. that se.sonal rainfall, te.pe.ature. re.ative.humidity, sunshine.hours and radiation parame.e.s are.ke. climatic variable. in cassava production. This is supporte. by compute. rainfall and te.pe.ature.anomalie. which range.from −478.5 to 517.8 mm as we.l as −1.2˚C to 2.3˚C ove. the.ye.rs. The.que.tionnaire.and focus group ide.tifie. that farme.s e.pe.ie.ce. at one.time.or anothe., late.onse. of rain, e.rly onse. of rain or rainfall ce.sation ove. the.ye.rs. The.farme.s are.not particularly sure.of rainfall and te.pe.ature.characte.istics at any point in time. The.implication of the.re.ult of this study is that rainfall and te.pe.ature.parame.e.s de.e.mine.the.farming se.son and quantity of productivity. Background: Ope. prostate.tomy has long be.n the.only prostatic bladde. outle. obstruction’s surge.y available.in Be.in. It is prone.to postope.ative.ble.ding and infe.tions and is not suitable.for prostate.cance.-induce. bladde. outle. obstruction. Obje.tive. To e.aluate.the.first re.ults of e.doscopic surge.y of prostatic bladde. outle. obstruction in our e.vironme.t. Patie.ts and Me.hod: We.conducte. an obse.vational study of saline.bipolar transure.hral re.e.tion of prostate.(B-TURP) at the.forme. Military Te.ching Hospital of Cotonou. We.re.rospe.tive.y colle.te. the.data from patie.ts’ me.ical re.ords from Nove.be. 17, 2014, to Se.te.be. 7, 2022. We.use. e.ce. 2019 to make.a de.criptive.analysis of the.data. Re.ults: Saline.B-TURP was pe.forme. in 60 conse.utive.patie.ts. The.r me.n age.was 69.1 ye.rs (range. 48-85). The.proce.ure.was indicate. in 22 (36.7%), 32 (53.3%), 3 (5%), and 3 (5%) patie.ts, re.pe.tive.y for acute.urinary re.e.tion, chronic urinary re.e.tion, obstructive.re.al failure. and unre.ponsive.e.s to alpha-blocke.s. 35 patie.ts (58.3%) had prostate.cance. (PCa). 25 patie.ts (41.7) had be.ign prostate.hype.plasia (BPH). No patie.t got a blood transfusion. The.duration of postope.ative.hospitalization was 3 days (88.3%) to 5 days (11.7%). 5 patie.ts (8.3%), i.e., 3 BPH and 2 prostate.cance. patie.ts got pre.pe.ative.urinary tract infe.tion. The.causative.bacte.ia we.e.e.che.ichia coli in 3 patie.ts (60%), Kle.sie.la pne.moniae.in 2 patie.ts (40%), and multi-re.istant Acine.obacte. as a me.achronous infe.tion to e.che.ichia coli in 1 patie.t (20%). All the.infe.tions we.e.associate. with indwe.ling Fole. cathe.e.. 7 patie.ts (11.7%), i.e., 3 BPH and 4 prostate.cance. patie.ts, got a se.ond re.e.tion to re.ove. full spontane.us micturition. Prostate.size.was available.in the.me.ical re.ord of 21 BPH patie.ts and 15 prostate.cance. patie.ts. Prostate.size.range. from 22 to 123 g with a me.n value.of 61.1 g in BPH patie.ts, and from 34 to 180 g with

Young le.ve. of the.potato Solanum tube.osum L. cultivar Kardal contain re.istance.factors to the.gre.n pe.ch aphid Myzuspe.sicae.（Sulze.）（He.ipte.a： Aphididae. and normal probing be.avior is impe.e.. Howe.e., M. pe.sicae.can survive.and re.roduce.on mature.and se.e.ce.t le.ve. of the.cv. Kardal plant without proble.s. We.compare. the.se.tling ofM. pe.sicae.on young and old le.ve. and analyze. the.impact of aphids se.tling on the.plant in te.ms of ge.e.e.pre.sion. Se.tling, as me.sure. by aphid numbe.s staying on young or old le.ve., showe. that afte. 21 h significantly fe.e. aphids we.e.found on the.young le.ve.. At e.rlie. time.points the.e.we.e.no diffe.e.ce.be.we.n young and old le.ve., sugge.ting that the.young le.f re.istance.factors are.not locate. at the.surface.le.e. but de.pe. in the.tissue. Ge.e.e.pre.sion was me.sure. in plants at 96 h postinfe.tation, which is at a late.stage.in the.inte.action and in compatible.inte.actions this is long e.ough for host plant acce.tance.to occur. In old le.ve. of cv. Kardal （compatible.inte.action）, M. pe.sicae.infe.tation e.icite. a highe. numbe. of diffe.e.tially re.ulate. ge.e. than in young le.ve.. The.plant re.ponse.to aphid infe.tation include. a large. numbe. of ge.e. induce. than re.re.se., and the.proportion of induce. ve.sus re.re.se. ge.e. was large. in young than in old le.ve.. Se.e.al ge.e. changing e.pre.sion se.m to be.involve. in changing the.me.abolic state.of the.le.f from source.to sink.

Pre.iously, we.have.shown that Solanum stolonife.um Schle.htd has re.istance.factors to Myzus pe.sicae.Sulze. （Homopte.a： Aphididae. at the.e.ide.mal/me.ophyll le.e. that are.not e.fe.tive.against Macrosiphum e.phorbiae.Thomas （Homopte.a： Aphididae.. He.e. we.compare.the.nymphal mortality, the.pre.re.roductive.de.e.opme.t time. and the.probing be.avior of M. pe.sicae.and M. e.phorbiae.on S. stolonife.um and Solanum tube.osum L. Furthe.more. we.analyze.the.change. in ge.e.e.pre.sion in S. stolonife.um 96 hours post infe.tation by e.the. aphid spe.ie.. Although the.M. e.phorbiae.probing be.avior shows that aphids e.counte. more.probing constrains on phloe. activitie.-longe. probing and salivation time. on S. stolonife.um than on S. tube.osum, the.aphids succe.de. in re.ching a sustaine. inge.tion of phloe. sap on both plants. Probing by M. pe.sicae.on S. stolonife.um plants re.ulte. in limite. fe.ding only. Survival of M. e.phorbiae.and M. pe.sicae.was affe.te. on young le.ve., but not on se.e.ce.t le.ve. of S. stolonife.um. Infe.tation by M. e.phorbiae.change. the.e.pre.sion of more.ge.e. than M. pe.sicae.did. At the.syste.ic le.e. both aphids e.icite. a we.k re.ponse. Infe.tation orS. stolonife.um plants with a large.numbe. ofM. pe.sicae.induce. morphological change. in the.le.ve., le.ding to the.de.e.opme.t of pustule. that we.e.cause. by disrupte. vascular pare.chyma and surrounding tissue. In contrast, an infe.ta- tion by M. e.phorbiae.had no morphological e.fe.ts. Both plant spe.ie. can be.re.arde. as good host for M. e.phorbiae. whe.e.s only S. tube.osum is a good host for M. pe.sicae.and S. stolonife.um is not.
