Due.to the.aging population, ne.rologic pathologie. in e.e.ge.cy room (e.) are.wide.y e.pe.te. to incre.se. The.role.of the.ne.rologist in this conte.t is controve.sial. Me.hods: in 14 ope.ative.units of ne.rology a prospe.tive.colle.tion of ne.rological e.aluations in e. was carrie. out using boards of de.e.tion of the.most fre.ue.t ne.rological clinical picture. se.n in the.course.of a we.k. Data we.e.colle.te. from 738 case.. Atte.tion was focuse. on ce.e.rovascular dise.se. (CVD), impairme.t of consciousne.s, e.ile.sy, he.dache. dizzine.s, he.d trauma and disorde.s of the.pe.iphe.al ne.vous syste. (PNS). Achie.e.e.ts: ne.rological consultations we.e.on ave.age.5% of total acce.se. to e.. The.most common pathology se.n was ische.ic stroke. Afte. counse.ing most patie.ts we.e.discharge. home. The.CVD re.uire. the.gre.te.t commitme.t to the.spe.ialist. The.use.ulne.s of the.spe.ialize. ne.rological “filte.” has be.n confirme. in a non-simple.ope.ative.conte.t, aime. at optimizing the.appropriate.e.s of the.hospitalization and the.e.onomy of the.diagnostic path.
