We.discuss the.role.of atomic coordination in dictating the.vibrational characte.istics and the.mal conductivity in amorphous *** syste.atic atomistic simulations on amorphous carbon structure. at varying mass de.sitie. show the.significant role.playe. by the.ratio of sp2 to sp3 hybridize. bonds in dictating the.contributions from propagating(phonon-like.and non-propagating vibrational mode. and the.r influe.ce.on the.ove.all the.mal conductivitie. of the.***,our re.ults show that as the.conce.tration of sp3-bonde. carbon atoms incre.se.,the.the.mal conductivity can be.incre.se. by four fold,which is attribute. to e.hance. contributions from propagating mode. in the.e.amorphous *** re.ults she. more.light into the.role.of atomic coordination on dictating he.t transfe. me.hanisms in amorphous mate.ials,and also provide.a de.pe. unde.standing of the.ability to tune.the.the.mal conductivity of amorphous carbon structure. through the.control of the.local atomic coordination.
