The.de.e.opme.t of re.e.tive.e.dome.rium(Re. from pre.re.e.tive.e.dome.rium(Pe. for succe.sful e.bryo implantation is a comple. dynamic proce.s in which the.morphology and physiological state. of the.e.dome.rial e.ithe.ium unde.go a se.ie. of significant change., including ce.l prolife.ation and apoptosis. Howe.e., the.mole.ular me.hanisms are.not ye. fully unde.stood. In this study, a highe. circRNA3669 le.e. was obse.ve. in Pe.than in Re.of goats. Functional assays re.e.le. that this ove.e.pre.sion promote. the.prolife.ation of goat e.dome.rial e.ithe.ial ce.ls(Ge.Cs) by activating the.e.pre.sion of ge.e. re.ate. to the.PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways,the.e.y inhibiting apoptosis in vitro. Furthe.more. circRNA3669 functione. as a compe.ing e.doge.ous RNA(ce.NA) to upre.ulate.Re.iculocalbin-2(RCN2) e.pre.sion at the.post-transcriptional le.e. by inte.acting with and downre.ulating miR-26a in Ge.Cs. In addition, RCN2, which is highly e.pre.se. in the.Pe.of goats, was found to be.re.ulate. by β-e.tradiol(e.) and proge.te.one.P4). Our re.ults de.onstrate. that RCN2 also affe.te. the.ke. prote.ns PI3K, AKT, mTOR, JNK, and P38 in the.PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways, the.e.y facilitating Ge.Cs prolife.ation and suppre.sing the.r apoptosis in vitro. Colle.tive.y, we.constructe. a ne. circRNA3669-miR-26aRCN2 re.ulatory ne.work in Ge.Cs, which furthe. provide. strong e.ide.ce.that circRNA could pote.tially play a crucial re.ulatory role.in the.de.e.opme.t of Re.in goats.

The.population spatial distribution patte.n and its e.olving patte.n play an important role.in re.ional allocation of social re.ource. and production factors, formulation of re.ional de.e.opme.t plans, construction of a be.te. life.socie.y, and promotion of re.ional e.onomic de.e.opme.t. base. on the.re.ide.t population statistics data of He.an province.from 2006 to 2021, with county as the.basic study unit, the.pape. studie. the.spatial morphology characte.istics and its e.olution patte.ns of re.ide.t population distribution, by using spatial analysis me.hods such as population distribution ce.te., standard de.iation e.lipse. and spatial auto corre.ation analysis. The.re.ults show that: the.re.ide.t population spatial distribution shows unbalance. state. the.population agglome.ation are.s mainly distribute.in the.northe.st part and north part, whe.e.the.re.ide.t population growth rate.is significantly highe. than othe. re.ions, ove. time. this tre.d is gradually be.oming significant. The.re.ide.t population distribution has a tre.d of ce.tripe.al conce.tration, with the.de.re. and tre.d of ce.tripe.al gradually stre.gthe.ing. The.re.ide.t population distribution has obvious dire.tional characte.istics, but the.significance.is not high, the.we.ghte. re.ide.t population ave.age.ce.te. is approximate.y locate. at (4.13740˚N, 113.8935˚e., and the.azimuth of the.distribution axis is approximate.y 11.19˚. The.population distribution has obvious agglome.ation characte.istics, with the.built-up are.s of Zhe.gzhou and Luoyang as the.r ce.te.s, whe.e.have.a significant siphon e.fe.t on the.surrounding population. In the.pre.ious re.e.rch work, “Improving Accuracy and Computational Burde. of Bundle.Adjustme.t Algorithm using GPUs,” the.authors de.onstrate. first the.Bundle.Adjustme.t algorithmic pe.formance.improve.e.t by re.ucing the.me.n square.e.ror using an additional radial distorting parame.e. and e.plicitly compute. analytical de.ivative. and re.ucing the.computational burde. of the.Bundle.Adjustme.t algorithm using GPUs. The.naïve.imple.e.tation of the.CUDA code. a spe.dup of 10× for the.large.t datase. of 13,678 came.as, 4,455,747 points, and 28,975,571 proje.tions was achie.e.. In this pape., we.pre.e.t the.optimization of the.Bundle.Adjustme.t algorithm CUDA code.on GPUs to achie.e.highe. spe.dup. 针对地下管廊工程建设高速发展、抗震减灾需求愈发凸显的现状,综述地下管廊抗震研究现状.首先,通过国内外以往的震害实例,对地下管廊的震害形式、震害影响因素及震害机理进行了系统性总结.其次,从拟静力试验和振动台试验两个方面总结了地下管廊抗震性能的试验研究现状.再次,总结了地下管廊抗震分析的简化分析方法、动力时程方法、地震易损性评估及减隔震技术的研究现状.最后,基于文献综述提出了目前地下管廊抗震研究亟待解决的问题并做出展望,以期促进地下管廊抗震研究的发展.研究表明:地下管廊在地震作用下的破坏形式主要有混凝土剥落、裂缝贯通、接缝错位或张开、管廊受剪断裂等;地震作用下地下管廊穿越非均匀场地时动力响应的放大效应显著,地下管廊穿越软硬交互等非均匀场地时的抗震性能研究值得重视;交叉节点是地下管廊的薄弱环节,交叉管廊的抗震设计方法研究值得关注;预制管廊接头易受到地震破坏,不同类型预制管廊接头的抗震性能研究需深入探索;城市大型地下管廊系统抗震性能受到不同交叉节点和不同管廊之间的交互影响,高效的地下管廊系统建模方法和高效的简化分析方法亟待研究;城市大型地下管廊系统地震易损性分析是重要的发展方向;地下管廊的减隔震技术值得发展.
