Unlike.othe. the.rie., the.e.a.e.only four unknown functions involve., a. compa.e. to five.in othe. she.r de.orma.ion the.rie.. The.the.ry pre.e.te. is va.ia.iona.ly consiste.t a.d strongly simila. to the.cla.sica. pla.e.the.ry in ma.y a.pe.ts. It doe. not re.uire.the.she.r corre.tion fa.tor, a.d give. rise.to the.tra.sve.se.she.r stre.s va.ia.ion so tha. the.tra.sve.se.she.r stre.se. va.y pa.a.olica.ly a.ross the.thickne.s to sa.isfy fre. surfa.e.conditions for the.she.r stre.s.
