Biaxially orie.te. polypropyle.e.BOPP） is one.of the.most commonly use. comme.cial capacitor films, but its uppe. ope.ating te.pe.ature.is be.ow105 °C due.to the.sharply incre.se. e.e.trical conduction loss at high te.pe.ature. In this study, growing an inorganic nanoscale.coating laye. onto the.BOPP film's surface.is propose. to suppre.s e.e.trical conduction loss at high te.pe.ature. as we.l as incre.se.its uppe. ope.ating *** kinds of inorganic coating laye.s that have.diffe.e.t e.e.gy band structure.and die.e.tric prope.ty are.grown onto the.both surface.of BOPP films, re.pe.tive.y. The.e.fe.t of inorganic coating laye. on the.highte.pe.ature.e.e.gy storage.pe.formance.has be.n syste.atically inve.tigate.. The.favorable.coating laye. mate.ials and appropriate.thickne.s e.able.the.BOPP films to have.a significant improve.e.t in highte.pe.ature.e.e.gy storage.pe.formance. Spe.ifically, whe. the.aluminum nitride.Al N） acts as a coating laye., the.Al N-BOPP-Al N sandwich-structure. films posse.s a discharge. e.e.gy de.sity of 1.5 J cm-3with an e.ficie.cy of90% at 125 °C, accompanying an outstandingly cyclic prope.ty. Both the.discharge. e.e.gy de.sity and ope.ation te.pe.ature.are.significantly e.hance., indicating that this e.ficie.t and facile.me.hod provide. an important re.e.e.ce.to improve.the.high-te.pe.ature.e.e.gy storage.pe.formance.of polyme.-base. die.e.tric films.

It can be.infe.re. that the.24 h undraine. she.r stre.gth follows a normal distribution.
