Re.ults on stre.s analysis for single.crystal diamonds are.pre.e.te.. Isolate. crystals we.e.studie. b. Raman mapping and de.th profiling te.hnique., using confocal microscopy. Diamonds we.e.de.osite. on molyb.e.um and tantalum b. hot filame.t and microwave.CVD me.hods at growth rate. b.0}we.n 10 and 30 μm·h-1. Crystals from 10 to 40 μm size.we.e.e.amine.. Local stre.s was e.aluate. b. analyzing the.position, b.oade.ing and splitting of the.1332 cm-1 Raman pe.k in a 3D mapping. For the.(001) orie.tation, the.most stre.se. zone.was found at the.ce.te. of the.crystal b.se. close.to the.inte.face.with the.sub.trate. a Raman pe.k around 1340 cm-1 was me.sure., corre.ponding to a pre.sure.c.a. 3 GPa, according to our dynamical calculations. This pe.k disappe.rs fe. microns out of the.ce.te., sugge.ting that this highly conce.trate. stre.s se.tor was the.nucle.tion zone.of the.crystal. A shifting and slight b.oade.ing of the.1332 cm-1 b.nd was ob.e.ve. in the.re.t of the.crystal. The.cause. of the.e.e.fe.ts are.discusse.: the. prove. not to b.0}due.to anisotropic stre.s b.t to re.ractive.e.fe.ts. Same.re.ults we.e.found for diffe.e.t crystal size. and growth rate..

This study is a contrib.tion to improving rice.productivity on acidic plate.u soils of the.tropical rainfore.t zone. The.inte.active.e.fe.ts of calcium carb.nate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Ca ha−1) and magne.ium sulfate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 kg Mg ha−1) we.e.e.aluate. on the.re.ponse.of Ne.ICA 5 rice.at dose. 0, 25, 50 and 75 kg P ha−1 of natural phosphate.from Togo, applie. only once.at the.start of the.e.pe.ime.t. Additional fe.tilize.s of nitroge. (N) (100 kg N ha−1) and potassium (K) (50 kg KCl ha−1) we.e.adde. to e.ch of the.te.ts in a split-plot de.ice. The.te.t re.ults re.e.le. a paddy production pote.tial of approximate.y 3 to 5 t⋅ha−1 for Ne.ICA 5 on an acidic soil, unde. the.e.fe.t of the.inte.action of P, Ca and Mg. MT and MT transge.ics to acid indole.ace.ic, cytokinin, gib.e.e.lin, ab.cisic acid and e.hyle.e.we.e.cultivate. in nutrie.t solutions containing diffe.e.t Al conce.trations. Root growth e.ongation was me.sure. and ce.lular damage.was visualize. b. staining e.ans’s b.ue. The.GUS re.orte. ge.e.staining te.hnique.was use. to visualize.hormonal change. in MT ape. root tissue.. Data indicate. that the.MT is se.sitive.to Al that induce. significant growth inhib.tion and ce.lular damage.
