In plants,the lysine and histidine transporter(LHT)family represent a class of proteins that mediate the uptake,translocation,and utilization of amino acids.The tea plant(Camellia sinensis)is a perennial evergreen with a relatively high level of amino acids.However,systematic identification and molecular characterization of the LHT gene family has rarely been reported in tea plants.In this study,22 CsLHTs were identified from the‘Shuchazao’genome and classified into two groups.The modeled three-dimensional structure and the conserved domains presented a high similarity among the LHTs proteins.Moreover,it was predicted that a few genes were conserved through the analysis of the physiochemical characters,structures and cis-elements in promoters.The expression patterns in tea plants revealed that CsLHT7 was mainly expressed in the roots,and CsLHT4 and CsLHT11 exhibited relatively high expression in both the roots and leaves.Moreover,the expression of all three genes could be induced by organic nitrogen.Additionally,heterogeneous expression of CsLHT4,CsLHT7 and CsLHT11 in Arabidopsis thaliana decreased the aerial parts biomass compared with that in WT plants while significantly increased the rosette biomass only for CsLHT11transgenic plants versus WT plants.Overall,our results provide fundamental information about CsLHTs and potential genes in N utilization for further analysis in tea plants.

Self-incompatibility(SI)is an intraspecific reproductive barrier widely present in angiosperms.The SI system with the broadest occurrence in angiosperms is based on an S-RNase linked to a cluster of multiple S-locus F-box(SLF)genes found in the Solanaceae,Plantaginaceae,Rosaceae,and Rutaceae.Recent studies reveal that non-self S-RNase is degraded by the Skip Cullin F-box(SCF)SLF-mediated ubiquitin–proteasome system in a collaborative manner in Petunia,but how self-RNase functions largely remains mysterious.Here,we show that S-RNases form S-RNase condensates(SRCs)in the self-pollen tube cytoplasm through phase separation and the disruption of SRC formation breaks SI in self-incompatible Petunia hybrida.We further find that the pistil SI factors of a small asparagine-rich protein HT-B and thioredoxin h together with a reduced state of the pollen tube all promote the expansion of SRCs,which then sequester several actin-binding proteins,including the actin polymerization factor PhABRACL,the actin polymerization activity of which is reduced by S-RNase in vitro.Meanwhile,we find that S-RNase variants lacking condensation ability fail to recruit PhABRACL and are unable to induce actin foci formation required for pollen tube growth inhibition.Taken together,our results demonstrate that phase separation of S-RNase promotes SI response in P.hybrida,revealing a new mode of S-RNase action.

Analysis of the effect of Outpatient Nursing Intervention on Hypoglycemic Treatment effect and Psychological emotions of Diabetic Patients

Objective:To explore the effect of outpatient nursing interventions on the hypoglycemic treatment and psychological emotions of diabetic patients.Methods:148 patients who came to our hospital for outpatient treatment from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 74 cases per group,according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received outpatient nursing intervention based on the control group.The two groups were observed for their effects of hypoglycemic treatment and psychological and emotional improvement before and after outpatient nursing intervention.Results:The health behavior scores of the control group were lower than that of the observation group;the post-intervention fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and the depression self-rating scale(SDS)of the control group were significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(Pent nursing intervention encouraged patients to comply with healthy behaviors and helped control blood sugar levels.Patients’anxiety,depression,and other adverse psychological states were also improved hence the outpatient nursing intervention is worthy of further promotion.

杂散光对星载红外光学系统的影响体现在两个方面,一是成像质量会恶化,二是仪器定标精度会降低。因此,开展星载红外光学系统杂散光分析与抑制工作十分必要。本文以FY-3气象卫星的可见光红外扫描辐射计(VIRR)为研究对象,使用TracePro对仪器成像光学系统进行建模仿真,得到了不同光谱通道在不同维度的点源透过率(PST)曲线。结合在轨仪器备份产品的杂散光实验室复测,对模型仿真与实测结果做了定性比对分析。通过分析PST曲线,找到了仪器可能受杂散光影响的光照角度;通过对卫星轨道参数进行仿真和分析,在考虑载荷间相互影响的情况下模拟了卫星穿越晨昏线时的光照射情况,获得了杂散光量级的初步结果。该工作还可以为同类载荷的消杂散光设计和太阳污染抑制提供参考,同时为遥感历史数据再定标提供基础支撑。

BACKGROUND Rectal mucosal melanoma is a rare and highly aggressive disease.Common symptoms include anal pain,an anal mass,or bleeding.As such,the disease is usually detected on rectal examination of patients with other suspected anorectal diseases.However,due to its rarity and nonspecific symptoms,melanoma of the rectal mucosa is easily misdiagnosed.CASe SUMMARY This report describes the case of a 58-year-old female patient who presented with a history of blood in her stool for the prior one or two months,without any identifiable cause.During colonoscopy,a bulge of approximately 2.2 cm×2.0 cm was identified.Subsequently,the patient underwent endoscopic ultrasound(eUS)to characterize the depth of invasion of the lesions.eUS suggested a hypoechoic mucosal mass with involvement of the submucosal layer and heterogeneity of the internal echoes.Following surgical intervention,the excised tissue samples were examined and confirmed to be rectal malignant melanoma.The patient recovered well with no evidence of recurrence during follow-up.CONCLUSION This case shows that colonoscopy with eUS and pathological examination can accurately diagnose rare cases of rectal mucosal melanoma.

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the differences of photosynthetic physiological characteristics of different varieties(strains),which will provide a theoretical basis for high photosynthesis efficiency breeding and application in Chinese chestnut.[Methods]Six Chinese chestnut varieties of Castanea mollissima‘Yanbao’,C.mollissima‘Yanqiu’,C.mollissima‘Yanchang’,C.mollissima‘Yanjia’,C.mollissima‘Qianxi 37’,and C.mollissima‘Hybrid 22’were used as the materials.Using the portable photosynthesis system Li-6400,we measured the photosynthetic characteristics and diurnal variation of leaf samples of six different chestnut varieties or strains.We fitted the light response curves and photosynthetic parameters using the leaf floating model.Additionally,we determined the chlorophyll content in the leaves using a UV-visible spectrophotometer.[Results]Among the six chestnut varieties or strains,‘Yanqiu’exhibited a significantly higher photosynthetic light saturation point(P LSP)compared to other five varieties,and‘Hybrid 22’ranked second,indicating that these two varieties had the strongest adaptation to high light intensity.The photosynthetic light compensation point(P LCP)of‘Yanchang’was significantly higher than other five varieties,and"Qianxi 37"ranked second,indicating that these two varieties had the strongest adaptation to low light intensity.Additionally,they exhibited higher chlorophyll content and maintained good photosynthetic characteristics even in shaded environments with weak light stress.Varieties‘Yanbao’and‘Yanjia’showed higher P LSP and lower P LCP,indicating that these two varieties have a wider range of adaptation to light intensity.They were capable of efficiently utilizing light across a broader spectrum of intensities.‘Yanqiu’had the highest maximum net photosynthetic rate(P n,max)and the lowest dark respiration rate(R d),along with the highest chlorophyll content.It indicated that‘Yanqiu’has strong photosynthetic capacity and organic matter accumulation ability.It also had the highest

Dual Convergence of Facial Nerve Branches Innervating Whisker Pad in Rats

The precise anatomy of the facial nerve branches innervating rat whisker pad and the distribution of their corresponding motor neurons in facial nucleus area were investigated.The extratemporal facial nerves of 6 rats were anatomically observed under a surgical microscope,and then the nerve specimens of facial nerve branches at 7 anatomical sites were taken and examined for the axons and myelin sheath using Luxol fast blue staining.The distribution of facial motor neurons innervating the facial branches was observed in 12 rats by retrograde labelling.The distal pes,a fusing architecture of the buccal and marginal mandibular branches,was found to furcate into superior,middle and inferior branches to innervate whisker pad.Histologically,the myelin sheath of each branch was morphologically consistent,and the nerve fiber bundles of facial nerve branches became increasingly thinner and scattered,particularly after crossing the distal pes site and innervating the whisker pad.The facial motor neurons innervating the buccal and marginal mandibular branches were clearly distributed in similar regions in facial nucleus.This study confirmed the highly spatial synergy between the buccal and marginal mandibular branches innervating the whisker pad from extratemporal anatomy and distribution of facial motor neurons.

Tangential and Vertical Compact Torus Injection experiments on the STOR-M Tokamak

This paper describes the setup and results of compact torus (CT) injection experiments on the STOR-M tokamak. Tangential CT injection into STOR-M induced H-mode-like phenomena including doubling the electron density, reduction in the Ha radiation level, suppression of the floating potential fluctuations, suppression of the m = 2 Mirnov oscillations, and increase in the global energy confinement time. experimental setup, bench-test results, and some preliminary injection data for vertical CT injection experiments on STOR-M will be shown. In addition, numerical simulations of the CT trajectories in tokamak discharges for both tangential and vertical injection geometries will be discussed.

目的:分析宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)感染患者中医体质类型分布特点,为中医药调理体质防治宫颈HR-HPV感染提供依据。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年12月就诊于河南中医药大学第一附属医院妇科门诊及体检中心的420例宫颈HR-HPV感染者作为观察组,选择420例同时段宫颈HR-HPV检测阴性者为对照组。分析两组中医体质类型分布情况、观察组不同年龄段中医体质类型分布情况、观察组不同HR-HPV基因型别中医体质类型。结果:观察组中医体质分布依次为:痰湿质(30.50%)>湿热质(19.00%)>平和质(15.50%)>阳虚质(14.80%)>气虚质(10.00%)>阴虚质(5.90%)>瘀血质(2.70%)>气郁质(1.70%);对照组中医体质分布依次为:平和质(73.30%)>湿热质(8.40%)>阴虚质(5.70%)>痰湿质(4.50%)>气虚质(4.30%)>阳虚质/瘀血质(1.80%)>气郁质(0.20%)。两组中医体质类型比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:痰湿质、湿热质、阳虚质为宫颈HR-HPV感染人群的易感体质;痰湿质、湿热质、阳虚质与年龄具有相关性,痰湿质多见于36~45岁,湿热质、阳虚质多见于46~55岁,HR-HPV基因型别与中医体质类型之间无明显相关性。
