NeDD8(Neural precursor cell expressed developmentally downregulated protein 8)is an ubiquitin-like protein that is covalently attached to a lysine residue of a protein substrate through a process known as neddylation,catalyzed by the enzyme cascade,namely NeDD8 activating enzyme(e1),NeDD8 conjugating enzyme(e2),and NeDD8 ligase(e3).The substrates of neddylation are categorized into cullins and non-cullin *** of cullins activates CRLs(cullin RING ligases),the largest family of e3 ligases,whereas neddylation of non-cullin substrates alters their stability and activity,as well as subcellular ***,the neddylation pathway and/or many neddylation substrates are abnormally activated or over-expressed in various human diseases,such as metabolic disorders,liver dysfunction,neurodegenerative disorders,and cancers,among ***,targeting neddylation becomes an attractive strategy for the treatment of these *** this review,we first provide a general introduction on the neddylation cascade,its biochemical process and regulation,and the crystal structures of neddylation enzymes in complex with cullin substrates;then discuss how neddylation governs various key biological processes via the modification of cullins and non-cullin *** further review the literature data on dysregulated neddylation in several human diseases,particularly cancer,followed by an outline of current efforts in the discovery of small molecule inhibitors of neddylation as a promising therapeutic ***,few perspectives were proposed for extensive future investigations.

A Method for evaluating the Maximum Bending Degree of Flexural Toppling Rock Masses Based on the Rock Tensile Strain-Softening Model

Flexural toppling occurs when a series of layered rock masses bend towards their free *** is important to evaluate the maximum bending degree and the requirement of supports of flexural toppling rock mass to prevent rock mass cracking and even failure leading to a *** on the rock tensile strain-softening model,this study proposes a method for calculating the maximum curvature(C_(ppmax))of flexural toppling rock *** applying this method to calculate Cppmax of 9 types of rock masses with different hardness and rock layer thickness,some conclusions are drawn:(1)the internal key factors affecting C_(ppmax)are e^(⋆)(e^(⋆)=e_(ss)/e_(0),where e_(0)and e_(ss)are the mean deformation moduli of the rock before and after reaching its peak tensile strength,respectively),the strainεt corresponding to the tensile strength of rock,and the thickness(h)of rock layers;(2)hard rock layers are more likely to develop into block toppling than soft rock layers;and(3)thin rock layers are more likely to remain in flexural toppling state than thick rock *** addition,it is found that C_(ppmax)for flexural toppling rock masses composed of bedded rocks such as gneiss is related to the tensile direction.

Maintaining thermal comfort within the human body is crucial for optimal health and overall *** merely broadening the setpoint of indoor temperatures,we could significantly slash energy usage in building heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning *** recent years,there has been a surge in advancements in personal thermal management(PTM),aiming to regulate heat and moisture transfer within our immediate surroundings,clothing,and *** advent of PTM is driven by the rapid development in nano/micro-materials and energy science and *** emerging research area in PTM is personal radiative thermal management(PRTM),which demonstrates immense potential with its high radiative heat transfer efficiency and ease of ***,it is less taken into account in traditional textiles,and there currently lies a gap in our knowledge and understanding of *** this review,we aim to present a thorough analysis of advanced textile materials and technologies for ***,we will introduce and discuss the underlying radiation heat transfer mechanisms,fabrication methods of textiles,and various indoor/outdoor applications in light of their different regulation functionalities,including radiative cooling,radiative heating,and dual-mode ***,we will shine a light on the current hurdles,propose potential strategies,and delve into future technology trends for PRTM with an emphasis on functionalities and applications.

不同固化剂对软土的加固效果有一定差异,且固化土的强度特性愈来愈受到重视。通过不同掺入比和不同龄期时固化土(新型固化剂#Ι)的无侧限抗压强度试验结果,分析了掺入比、龄期对固化土强度的影响。试验结果表明,固化剂#1对黏土的加固效果优于水泥,固化土的强度为水泥土的1.5～2.4倍;固化剂强度与龄期、掺入比关系密切,不同掺入比时随龄期的增长固化土强度的变化也有所不同。

近代工业的出现，促进了山西文化教育领域的近代化变迁。到1910年，山西的新式学堂共有29种489所。民国时期，阎锡山通过普及国民教育和创办职业教育来启迪民智，改良社会风气。民国二十二年之教育统计显示，该年受到中高等教育的青年15，319人。民国二十六年前山西省已立案之初高级中学校和山西省政府所属中学校共有106所㈦；到民国三十七年，山西省已经有教育部认可的大专学校14所～4。以民国二十二年山西总人口为11，589，944人（其中男性6，552，679人）计，该年山西接受到各种教育的青年人数占全省人口的7％，其中男性知识青年约14，437人，占全省男性的2．2％。

目的探讨循证护理对血液透析患者健康状况的影响。方法选取2008年6月至2010年12月于本院进行治疗的76例血液透析患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规护理模式组）38例和观察组（循证护理模式组）38例，护理后将2组护理前后的血钙、血钾、血磷及QOL、SAS、SDS评分进行统计及比较。结果观察组的血钙高于对照组，血钾、血磷低于对照组，QOL评分高于对照组，SAS、SDS评分低于对照组。结论循证护理可显著改善血液透析患者的健康状况，值得推广应用。

As the main link of ground engineering,crude oil gathering and transportation systems require huge energy consumption and complex *** is necessary to establish an energy efficiency evaluation system for crude oil gathering and transportation systems and identify the energy efficiency *** this paper,the energy efficiency evaluation system of the crude oil gathering and transportation system in an oilfield in western China is *** with the big data analysis method,the GA-BP neural network is used to establish the energy efficiency index prediction model for crude oil gathering and transportation *** comprehensive energy consumption,gas consumption,power consumption,energy utilization rate,heat utilization rate,and power utilization rate of crude oil gathering and transportation systems are *** the efficiency and unit consumption index of the crude oil gathering and transportation system,the energy efficiency evaluation system of the crude oil gathering and transportation system is established based on a game theory combined weighting method and TOPSIS evaluation method,and the subjective weight is determined by the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy *** entropy weight method determines the objective weight,and the combined weight of game theory combines subjectivity with objectivity to comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive energy efficiency of crude oil gathering and transportation systems and their ***,the weak links in energy utilization are identified,and energy conservation and consumption reduction are *** above research provides technical support for the green,efficient and intelligent development of crude oil gathering and transportation systems.
