背景:黄褐斑是一种常见的、慢性的、获得性、局限性色素增多或色素沉着性皮肤病,也被称为“肝斑”。它表现为对称分布的不规则锯齿状或地图状的色素沉着。这种色素沉着影响着世界上数百万人,且女性比男性更容易出现黄褐斑。由于黄褐斑具有难治性和复发性,因此其治疗效果欠佳。我们通过观察比较口服氨甲环酸、外用维生素C、外用维生素e联合(Intense pulsed light,IPL)治疗在黄褐斑中的疗效,为黄褐斑的治疗提供更效的治疗方法。目的:通过比较和评价口服氨甲环酸、外用维生素C、外用维生素e联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑12周的疗效和安全性,为黄褐斑的治疗提供更有效的治疗手段。材料与方法:本研究选取了2018年2月至2019年12月在湖北医药学院附属在国药东风总医院皮肤科就诊的99例黄褐斑患者。本研究从99例患者的病例记录和治疗记录中提取数据。患者选入采用纳入和排除标准。变量是人口统计数据,如年龄和性别。入选标准:确诊黄褐斑患者;年龄在25-45岁。治疗前后色素沉着改善程度评分如下:0、色素沉着加重,无变化;2、病情轻(病灶清除率75%)。结果:研究发现黄褐斑的高发年龄是在25-40岁之间,平均年龄为32.5岁,范围在25-45岁之间。所有患者均定期随访并进行MSI评分。研究表明,少数患者在接受治疗后黄褐斑出现好转;IPL的治疗时间从40分钟到120分钟不等,平均治疗时间为60分钟;患者就医时间从2小时到4小时不等,平均就医时间为3小时。3例患者黄褐斑出现反复(5%)。治疗前黄褐斑患者的平均MSI评分为7.96±1.26,1年后平均MSI评分为2.52±0.81。治疗前的平均评分系统(MSI)为3.26±1.41,1年后随访平均评分系统(MSI)为8.26±1.17。随访患者3个月和1年,82.12%的患者MSI评分为良好或显著,且通过改良的Mac nab评分法,89.3%的患者黄褐斑的改善为良好或显著。结论:IPL、外用维生素C、维生素e、口服氨甲环酸联合治疗效果更佳。

Cr-spinel bearing wehrlite rocks of Bangriposi are found within the multiply deformed metasedimentary rocks of Singhbhum Group belonging to North Singhbhum Mobile Belt of eastern India. Detailed mineralogical and geochemical studies reveal that these rocks have suffered a two-stage alteration involving a deeper level modal and cryptic metasomatism and a subsequent shallower depth pervasive hydrothermal alteration. Cryptic metasomatism is defined by elevated LRee contents of the wehrlite and its clinopyroxne grains. Metasomatism induced changes in the modal mineralogy of the rocks include the absence of primary orthopyroxene grains, presence of secondary diopside-phlogopite（now present as vermiculite） defining disequilibrium reaction textures and secondary orthopyroxene rims around serpentinized olivine. The mineralogical and geochemical changes due to the metasomatic event present a contrasting picture in regard to the metasomatic history of the rocks. Possible scenarios involving a single stage or multiple stage metasomatism events have been discussed while explaining the metasomatic reactions that took place. An attempt has been made to estimate the Ree concentrations of the final equilibrating melt from Ree contents of clinopyroxene grains of the wehrlite. The possibility of the LRee-enriched equilibrating melt of the wehrlite rocks（the deeper level metasomatic agent） being similar to residual melts from the e-MORB type parental melts of nearby gabbro suite has been ruled out by geochemical modeling. Ree abundance patterns of several natural enriched melts have been compared with Ree pattern of calculated LRee-enriched equilibrating melt of the wehrlite and most resemblance has been observed with calcic and potassic melts. It is therefore suggested that the Cr-spinel bearing wehrlite rocks of Bangriposi has been affected by a calcio-potassic melt in deeper level, prior to the shallow level serpentinization event.

The southern houndary of the Singhbhum Craton witnessed multiple orogenies that juxtaposed thin slice of granulite suite of the Rengali Province against the low-grade granite-greenstone belt of the craton along the e-W trending Sukinda Thrust. The strong southerly dipping mylonitic foliation within the granulites along with the pronlinent down-dip mineral lineation, suggest a northerly-verging thrusting. Mylonitized charnockite at the contact zone contains enclaves of mafic and ultranlafic granulite, whereas granitoid gneiss contains enclaves of pelitic granulite. Mafic granulite enclaves preserve an early （SiM） foliation that formed during DiM deformation. This rock, along with the host charnockite, were intensely deformed by the D2M thrusting event and resulting S2M foliation development in both rock suites. Geothermobaronietric and pseudosection analyses show that the garnet-clinopyroxene-plagioclase- orthopyroxene-ihllenite-quartz assemblage in mafic granulite was stabilized at high-pressure and temperature conditions （10 12 kbar, 860 C） and was overprinted by a fine-grained assemblage of cli- nopyroxene-plagioclase J hornblende that developed during deconlpression （down to 5.5-7.5 I〈bar）. Matrix hornblende shows incipient breakdown to garnet-clinopyroxene-quartz intergrowth due to a granulite facies reworking. A contrasting P-T history is preserved in the pelitic granulite. The peak assemblage garnet-orthopyroxene-cordierite-quartz-rutile was stabilized at -6.0 kbar, 730 C which resulted flom heating of the mid crust magma during the D2M thrusting. The contrasting P-T histories could result flonl the tectonic juxtaposition of lowerand mid-crustal section during the D2M event. evidences of an early orogenic imprint within the mafic granulite imply involvement of deep continental crust during southward growth of the Singhbhum Craton.

We study the emission of fragments in central collisions of light and heavily charged systems of^4+Ar+^45 Sc and^s4Kr+^197 Au,respectively,using the Quantum Molecular Dynamics(QMD)model as the primary *** fragments are identified using an energy based clusterization algorithm,i.e.,the Simulated Annealing Clusterization Algorithm(SACA).The charge distributions of intermediate mass fragments[3≤Zf≤12]are fitted with power-law(∝Zf^-τ)and exp on ential(∝e^-λZf)fits in order to extract the parametersτandλ,whose minimum values are also sometimes linked with the onset of fragmentation or the critical point for a liquid-gas phase *** parameters such as the normalized second moment,,average size of the second largest cluster,phase separation parameter(Sp),bimodal parameter(P),information entropy(H),and Zipfs law are also analyzed to find the exact energy of the onset of *** detailed analysis predicts that an energy point exists between 20-23.1 MeV/nucleon,which is very close to the experimentally observed value of 23.9 MeV/nucleon for the^40Ar+^45Sc *** also find that the critical energy deduced using Zipfs law is higher than those predicted from other critical ***,no minimum is found for t values of the highly charged system of^84Kr+^197Au,in agreement with experimental findings and various theoretical *** observe that the QMD+SACA model calculations are in agreement with the experimental *** agreement supports our results regarding the energy point of the liquid-gas phase transition and the onset of fragmentation.

Perovskite-based photovoltaic materials have been attracting attention for their strikingly improved performance at converting sunlight into *** beneficial and unique optoelectronic characteristics of perovskite structures enable researchers to achieve an incredibly remarkable power conversion *** hybrid perovskite photovoltaics promise emerging applications in a myriad of optoelectronic and wearable/portable device applications owing to their inherent intriguing physicochemical and photophysical properties which enabled researchers to take forward advanced research in this growing *** perovskite photovoltaics have attracted significant attention owing to their fascinating material properties with combined merits of high efficiency,light-weight,flexibility,semitransparency,compatibility towards roll-to-roll printing,and large-area mass-scale *** perovskite-based solar cells comprise of 4 key components that include a flexible substrate,semi-transparent bottom contact electrode,perovskite(light absorber layer)and charge transport(electron/hole)layers and top(usually metal)*** these components,interfacial layers and contact electrodes play a pivotal role in influencing the overall photovoltaic *** this comprehensive review article,we focus on the current developments and latest progress achieved in perovskite photovoltaics concerning the charge selective transport layers/electrodes toward the fabrication of highly stable,efficient flexible *** a concluding remark,we briefly summarize the highlights of the review article and make recommendations for future outlook and investigation with perspectives on the perovskite-based optoelectronic functional devices that can be potentially utilized in smart wearable and portable devices.

Chylous ascites(CA)is a rare form of ascites that results from the leakage of lipid-rich lymph into the peritoneal *** usually occurs due to trauma and rupture of the lymphatics or increased peritoneal lymphatic pressure secondary to *** underlying etiologies for CA have been classified as traumatic,congenital,infectious,neoplastic,postoperative,cirrhotic or *** malignancy and cirrhosis account for about two-thirds of all the cases of CA in Western countries,in this article we have attempted to reclassify CA based on portal and non-portal *** diagnosis of CA is based on the distinct characteristic of the ascitic fluid which includes a milky appearance and a triglyceride level of>200 mg/*** management consists of identifying and treating the underlying disease process,dietary modification,and *** studies have also supported the use of agents such as orlistat,somatostatin,octreotide and *** and surgical interventions in the form of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(commonly known as TIPS),peritoneal shunt,angiography with embolization of a leaking vessel,and laparotomy remain as treatment options for cases refractory to medical management.

This study assesses the direct and indirect effects of natural and anthropogenic aerosols （e.g., black carbon and sulfate） over West and Central Africa during the West African monsoon （WAM） period （June-July-August）. We investigate the impacts of aerosols on the amount of cloudiness, the influences on the precipitation efficiency of clouds, and the associated radiative forcing （direct and indirect）. Our study includes the implementation of three new formulations of auto-conversion parameterization [namely, the Beheng （BH）, Tripoli and Cotton （TC） and Liu and Daum （R6） schemes] in RegCM4.4.1, besides the default model＇s auto-conversion scheme （Kessler）. Among the new schemes, BH reduces the precipitation wet bias by more than 50% over West Africa and achieves a bias reduction of around 25% over Central Africa. Results from detailed sensitivity experiments suggest a significant path forward in terms of addressing the long-standing issue of the characteristic wet bias in RegCM. In terms of aerosol-induced radiative forcing, the impact of the various schemes is found to vary considerably （ranging from -5 to -25 W m-2）.

Morphological characteristics and proximate chemical analysis of e. binata showed it as a suitable raw material for writing and printing grade paper. Maximum pulp yield (43.58%) of kappa number 17.38 with 0.9% screening rejects was obtained at 12% of active alkali (as Na2O) pulping temperature 130°C, cooking time 120 min and solid to liquor ratio 1:4. During bio-soda pulping of e. binata, pulp yield decreased slightly while pulp brightness, tensile index, burst index and double fold numbers were improved by 4.1%, 24.94%, 14.03% and 48.45% respectively compared to soda pulping. During ethanol-soda pulping of e. binata, pulp yield, pulp brightness, tensile index, burst index and double fold numbers were improved by 3.9%, 6.6%, 32.18%, 35.40% and 77.31% respectively compared to soda pulping.
