Using an improved comput.t.onal fluid dynamics （CFD） met.od developed for highly unst.ady t.ree-dimensional flows, numerical simulat.ons for oscillat.ng flow cycles and det.iled unst.ady simulat.ons of t.e flow and forces on t.e aort.c vessels at.t.e iliac bifurcat.on, for bot. healt.y and diseased pat.ent., are analyzed. Improvement. in comput.t.onal efficiency and accelerat.on in convergence are achieved by calculat.ng bot. an unst.ady pressure gradient.which is due t. fluid accelerat.on and a good global pressure field correct.on based on mass flow for t.e pressure Poisson equat.on. Applicat.ons of t.e enhanced met.od t. oscillat.ry flow in curved pipes yield an order of magnit.de increase in speed and efficiency, t.us allowing t.e st.dy of more complex flow problems such as flow t.rough t.e mammalian abdominal aort. at.t.e iliac art.ries bifurcat.on. t. analyze t.e large forces which can exist.on st.nt.graft.of pat.ent. wit. abdominal aor- t.c aneurysm （AAA） disease, a complet. derivat.on of t.e force equat.ons is present.d. t.e accelerat.d numerical algorit.m and t.e force equat.ons derived are used t. calculat. flow and forces for t.o individuals whose geomet.y is obt.ined from Ct.dat. and whose respect.ve blood pressure measurement. are obt.ined experiment.lly. Alt.ough t.e use of endovascular st.nt.graft. in diseased pat.ent. can alt.r vessel geomet.ies, t.e physical charact.rist.cs of st.nt. are st.ll very different.when compared t. nat.ve blood vessels of healt.y subject.. t.e geomet.y for t.e AAA st.nt.graph pat.ent.st.died in t.is invest.gat.on induced flows t.at.result.d in large forces t.at.are primarily caused by t.e blood pressure. t.ese forces are also direct.y relat.d t. t.e flow cross-sect.onal area and t.e angle of t.e iliac art.ries relat.ve t. t.e main descending aort.. Furt.ermore, t.e fluid flow is significant.y dist.rbed in t.e diseased pat.ent.wit. large flow recirculat.on and st.gnant.regions which are not.present.for healt.y subject..

Abst.act.Object.ves: t. evaluat. whet.er exposure t. infant.siblings in early life is associat.d wit. t.e risk of MS, and t. explore t.e possible mechanism for any apparent.prot.ct.ve effect. including alt.red Epst.in- Barr virus (EBV) infect.on pat.erns. Design, Set.ing, and Pat.ent.: Populat.on- based case- cont.ol st.dy in t.smania, Aust.alia, from 1999 t. 2001 based on 136 cases of magnet.c resonance imaging- confirmed MS and 272 communit. cont.ols, mat.hed on sex and year of birt.. Main Out.ome Measure: Risk of MS by durat.on of cont.ct.wit. younger siblings aged less t.an 2 years in t.e first.6 years of life. Result.: Increasing durat.on of cont.ct.wit. a younger sibling aged less t.an 2 years in t.e first.6 years of life was associat.d wit. reduced MS risk (adjust.d odds rat.os [AORs]: t. year, 1.00 [reference]; 1 t. t. years, 0.57 [95% confidence int.rval {CI}, 0.33- 0.98]; 3 t. t. years, 0.40 [95% CI, 0.19- 0.92]; ≥ 5 infant.ears, 0.12 [95% CI, 0.02- 0.88]; t.st.for t.end, P=.002). A hist.ry of exposure t. infant.siblings was associat.d wit. a reduced IgG response t. EBV among cont.ols. Cont.ols wit. at.least.1 infant. year cont.ct.had a reduced risk of infect.ous mononucleosis and a reduced risk of very high composit. EBV IgG t.t.rs (AOR, 0.33; 95% CI, 0.11- 0.98) compared wit. ot.er cont.ols. t.e inverse associat.on bet.een higher infant.cont.ct.and MS was independent.of EBV IgG t.t.r. Conclusion: Higher infant.sibling exposure in t.e first.6 years of life was associat.d wit. a reduced risk of MS, possibly by alt.ring childhood infect.on pat.erns and relat.d immune responses.

在半导体生产商不断推进器件和圆片厚度薄型化的形势下,为满足与新产品和加工工艺有关的生产工艺挑战,必须采用更新的分裂方法。新面世的产品射频识别标签,更完善的IC卡以及集成度更高的存储器件,随着更新的从逻辑到存储器及图像传感器各种产品先进封装技术的来临,需要越来越薄基片。对此提出了一种基于临时键合以及新颖的粘接剂技术的适合于薄圆片传送和处理加工的完全解决方案(设备,材料以及工艺过程)。这种方法与25μm以下厚度圆片以及在原有设备没有变更的现有生产线进行薄圆片产品发展路线图加工工艺相适应。
