Stochastic computing(SC)has a substantial amount of study on application-specific integrated circuit(ASIC)design for artificial intelligence(AI)edge computing,especially the convolutional neural network(CNN)***,SC has little to no optimization on field-programmable gate array(FPGA).Scaling up the ASIC logic without FPGA-oriented designs is inefficient,while aggregating thousands of bitstreams is still challenging in the conventional *** research has reinvented several FPGA-efficient 8-bit SC CNN computing architectures,i.e.,SC multiplexer multiply-accumulate,multiply-accumulate function generator,and binary rectified linear unit,and successfully scaled and implemented a fully parallel CNN model on Kintex7 *** proposed SC hardware only compromises 0.14%accuracy compared to binary computing on the handwriting modified National Institute of Standards and Technology classification task and achieved at least 99.72%energy saving per image feedforward and 31?more data throughput than modern *** to SC,early decision termination pushed the performance baseline exponentially with minimum accuracy loss,making SC CNN extremely lucrative for AI edge computing but limited to classification *** SC's inherent noise heavily penalizes CNN regression performance,rendering SC unsuitable for regression tasks.

1 Summary With the advancement of science and technology,complex engineering structures are widely used in extreme environments[1].In equipment service,many uncertainty factors significantly affect safety and reliability[2–5].Therefore,ensuring high reliability of structures has become an important research direction in engineering *** the same time,the importance of equipment health management of complex engineering structures is becoming increasingly prominent[6–8].Computer-aided uncertainty modeling and reliability assessment have become key tools,and finite element simulation and algorithmic innovation play a key role in the reliability analysis of complex equipment[9,10].These techniques can accurately simulate stress and damage accumulation under various operating environments,providing engineers with important decision support and optimization solutions.

The West African monsoon (WAM) is characterized by strong decadal and multi-decadal variability and the impacts can be catastrophic for the local populations. One of the factors put forward to explain this variability involves the role of atmospheric dynamics, linked in particular to the Saharan Heat Low (SHL). This article addresses this question by comparing the sets of preindustrial control and historical simulation data from climate models carried out in the framework of the CMIP5 project and observations data over the 20th century. Through multivariate statistical analyses, it was established that decadal modes of ocean variability and decadal variability of Saharan atmospheric dynamics significantly influence decadal variability of monsoon precipitation. These results also suggest the existence of external anthropogenic forcing, which is superimposed on the decadal natural variability inducing an intensification of the signal in the historical simulations compared to preindustrial control simulations. We have also shown that decadal rainfall variability in the Sahel, once the influence of oceanic modes has been eliminated, appears to be driven mainly by the activity of the Arabian Heat Low (AHL) in the central Sahel, and by the structure of the meridional temperature gradient over the inter-tropical Atlantic in the western Sahel.

为推动黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AFB_(1))降解技术的应用,寻求高效、快捷、安全的AFB_(1)降解技术,促进食品中黄曲霉毒素的防治工作,对AFB_(1)降解技术(物理降解技术、化学降解技术、生物降解技术)产生的降解产物以及降解后食品安全性评价研究的现状进行了论述,概括了降解技术的不足之处,并对降解技术的发展趋势进行展望。物理降解技术较适合大规模应用,但微波、脉冲电场、低温等离子体等技术仍处于研发阶段,无法确保该技术的安全性与可靠性。化学降解技术的研究比较常见,但存在食品感官品质变差,营养成分损失或破坏,易引入新的化学残留等不足。生物降解技术具有性质温和,不造成食品中营养成分大量损失且绿色环保等优点,但仍处于实验室研发阶段。在今后的研究中,应加强寻找新型纳米材料发展光降解技术、或各种技术联合使用、或利用基因工程联合酶法脱毒等新型技术,同时应更深入地研究降解机制、降解产物、降解路径以及降解产物的安全性。

为掌握广西植被生态质量的时空变化特征及其驱动机制,该文以植被生态质量指数(ecological quality index,EQI)为评价指标,基于气象、地形、土壤和遥感等多源数据,利用线性趋势分析、相关性分析、地理探测器等方法,分析了2000—2020年广西植被生态质量的时空变化特征及其驱动力。结果表明:(1)2000年以来广西植被生态质量指数呈显著增加趋势,区域植被生态明显改善。植被生态质量发展经历了缓慢增长、迅速增长、显著提升等演变阶段。在空间上,广西植被生态质量指数呈现四周高,中间低的特征,高值区逐渐由东部向西部和北部扩展。(2)广西植被生态质量时空演变影响因素差异显著。随海拔高度上升植被生态质量总体变化呈“增加—下降—稳定—上下波动”的趋势。壤土的植被生态质量高,砂土的植被生态质量低。森林和灌草的生态质量较高,农田植被的生态质量较低。植被生态质量与气候驱动因素呈显著正相关关系,受气温和降水共同影响,其中以气温为主要驱动(T)的区域面积最广,降水为主要驱动(P)的区域面积次之,气温降水强驱动([T+P]+)和弱驱动([T+P]-)的区域面积较小。(3)广西植被生态质量变化驱动力受地形、土壤、植被、气候、自然灾害和人类活动的共同影响。自然影响因子解释力排序为植被>地形>土壤>气候,其中植被净初级生产力和植被覆盖度是影响植被生态质量时空分异的最主要因素。自然因子对广西植被生态质量变化的影响存在交互作用,均呈非线性增强及双因子增强关系,其中地形与植被、土壤与植被、气候与植被因子交互作用最明显。自然灾害和人类活动加剧了植被生态质量变化的影响,其中干旱和低温冷害等气象灾害抑制了植被生态质量的改善,而林业生态工程等人为活动促进了植被生态质量的提升。该研究结果为合理制定广西植被生态保护与修复措施提供了科学理论依据和技术支撑。

针对电网发生对称故障瞬间传统阻抗重塑型谐波电流抑制方法严重加剧虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)故障电流的问题,介绍了传统阻抗重塑型谐波电流抑制方法的原理。基于电网不对称故障下VSG谐波阻抗模型,揭示了传统阻抗重塑型谐波抑制方法加剧VSG故障电流的机理。在此基础上,提出一种VSG谐波电流与故障电流协同抑制方法。通过引入虚拟电感重塑电网故障点至VSG的等效阻抗,实现了VSG并网运行下电网谐波和故障电流的协同抑制,有利于改善电网电能质量并提高VSG的故障穿越能力。最后,通过仿真验证所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。

温稠密物质(Warm Dense Matter,WDM)是介于凝聚态物质和等离子体之间的一种过渡状态的物质,也是行星物理、实验室天体物理和惯性约束聚变等高能量密度物理领域的前沿科研方向。温稠密物质的量子效应显著,具有部分电离、强耦合、电子简并和热效应等重要的物理性质,因此需要采用量子力学的基础理论来描述。近年来,基于量子力学的第一性原理计算模拟方法发展迅速,逐渐成为了深入理解温稠密物质性质的有效工具。一方面,直接将凝聚态物理和材料科学中广泛适用的第一性原理方法应用于温稠密物质面临着巨大的挑战,特别是在宽温区和极端高压等极端条件下,需要不断改进现有的第一性原理算法和软件。另一方面,基于机器学习的分子动力学方法发展迅速,也给温稠密物质模拟带来了新的工具。在这篇综述中,我们首先回顾了适用于温稠密物质模拟的传统第一性原理方法,包括Kohn-Sham密度泛函理论方法和无轨道密度泛函理论方法。其次,我们介绍了近年来发展的新方法和软件,例如改进的第一性原理方法和随机密度泛函理论方法,后者已在国产开源密度泛函理论软件原子算筹(abACUS)中实现。以上新方法可以显著提升温稠密物质的计算规模和效率,从而提升温稠密物质的结构、动力学和输运系数等性质的计算精度。

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)has emerged as a promising model for investigating adrenal steroid synthesis,but it is unclear whether the same cells produce steroid hormones and whether their production is regulated in the same way as in ***,we comprehensively mapped the cell types and pathways of steroid metabolism in the adrenal gland of Chinese tree shrews using single-cell RNA sequencing,spatial transcriptome analysis,mass spectrometry,and *** compared the transcriptomes of various adrenal cell types across tree shrews,humans,macaques,and *** showed that tree shrew adrenal glands expressed many of the same key enzymes for steroid synthesis as humans,including CYP11B2,CYP11B1,CYB5A,and *** analysis confirmed the production of aldosterone,cortisol,and dehydroepiandrosterone but not dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in the tree shrew adrenal ***,genes in adrenal cell types in tree shrews were correlated with genetic risk factors for polycystic ovary syndrome,primary aldosteronism,hypertension,and related disorders in humans based on genome-wide association ***,this study suggests that the adrenal glands of Chinese tree shrews may consist of closely related cell populations with functional similarity to those of the human adrenal *** comprehensive results(publicly available at http://***:16245/scAGMap/)should facilitate the advancement of this animal model for the investigation of adrenal gland disorders.

图卷积自编码器是一类高效的图表示学习模型,在链路预测等任务中具有出色性能。然而现有模型大多依赖图卷积网络对邻接矩阵和属性矩阵进行编码,未充分利用二阶信息等高阶结构特征。针对上述问题,提出了基于二阶信息的图卷积自编码器模型SeVGAE。首先使用图卷积和二阶图卷积生成变分自编码器的均值和方差,然后学习嵌入向量表示原始图的混合概率分布,最后使用内积解码器恢复拓扑结构。在链接预测任务中,SeGVAE表现优于基线模型,Citeseer数据集上的AUC和AP相较原始的VGAE分别提升了3.26%和2.56%。实验结果表明,二阶信息的引入能够在低维嵌入中保留更丰富的图信息,提升模型性能。模型在处理属性信息不足、拓扑信息不准确的图数据时具有较为明显的优势,在边缘和属性均缺失40%的极端情况下,SeVGAE的AUC和AP相较VGAE提升4.79%和3.47%。
