This paper deals with a class of inertial gradient projection methods for solving a vari-ational inequality problem involving pseudomonotone and non-Lipschitz mappings in Hilbert *** proposed algorithm incorporates inertial techniques and the projection and contraction *** weak convergence is proved without the condition of the Lipschitz continuity of the ***,the linear convergence of the algorithm is established under strong pseudomonotonicity and Lipschitz continuity *** main results obtained in this paper extend and improve some related works in the literature.

In this paper,we investigate pseudomonotone and Lipschitz continuous variational inequalities in real Hilbert *** solving this problem,we propose a new method that combines the advantages of the subgradient extragradient method and the projection contraction *** very recent papers have considered different inertial algorithms which allowed the inertial factor is chosen in[0;1].The purpose of this work is to continue working in this direction,we propose another inertial subgradient extragradient method that the inertial factor can be chosen in a special case to be *** suitable mild conditions,we establish the weak convergence of the proposed ***,linear convergence is obtained under strong pseudomonotonicity and Lipschitz continuity ***,some numerical illustrations are given to confirm the theoretical analysis.

In this work,we investigate a classical pseudomonotone and Lipschitz continuous variational inequality in the setting of Hilbert space,and present a projection-type approximation method for solving this *** method requires only to compute one projection onto the feasible set per iteration and without any linesearch procedure or additional projections as well as does not need to the prior knowledge of the Lipschitz constant and the sequentially weakly continuity of the variational inequality mapping.A strong convergence is established for the proposed method to a solution of a variational inequality problem under certain mild ***,we give some numerical experiments illustrating the performance of the proposed method for variational inequality problems.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of wedelolactone,a major flavonoid from vietnamese Eclipta prostrata(L)L.,on inflammation and insulin ***:Wedelolactone was extracted from the leaves of vietnamese Eclipta prostrata(L.)*** methanol by *** effects of wedelolactone on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced cytokine production,reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH)oxidase activities in Raw 264.7 cells were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),specific immunofluorescent dyes and luminometric analysis,*** addition,its effects on glucose uptake and the protein expression of insulin receptor substrate 1(IRS1)and glucose transporter 4(GLUT4)were examined in 3T3-L1 cells by immunofluorescent dyes and Western ***:Wedelolactone at 30μg/mL significantly inhibited LPS-induced production of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-8(P<0.01)with no noticeable effects on IL-10 *** also reduced ROS generation and NADPH oxidase activities in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells(P<0.01).Furthermore,wedelolactone showed anti-insulin resistance activity,as evidenced by improved glucose uptake and the upregulated expression of IRS1 and GLUT4 in 3T3-L1 cells(P<0.01).Conclusions:Wedelolactone exhibits anti-inflammation and anti-insulin resistance effects,which may be used for the treatment of diabetes and inflammation-associated diseases.

Objective: Botulinum toxin type A is frequently used to treat crow's feet lines. However, the optimal dose and injection sites are still controversial. The objective of this study was to compare the efficacy of different botulinum toxin type A injection patterns for the treatment of crow's feet. Methods: This single-center, retrospective, clinical study was conducted at the National Hospital of Dermatology and Venereology from July 2020 to December 2020. Data on 60 patients with crow's feet were collected and divided into 2 groups (3- or 4-point intramuscular injection) according to the intramuscular injection technique the patients received. The treatment efficacy was assessed based on the changes in the Crow's Feet Grading Scale score at 1, 4, and 16 weeks after treatment. Repeated measures analysis of variance was used for the assessment of changes in scores over time between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the average Crow's Feet Grading Scale score was significantly decreased compared with the pretreatment score at all timepoints (1, 4, and 16 weeks) in both states (dynamic: For 3-point intramuscular injection technique, 1 week: 1.90 ± 0.71 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 4 weeks: 1.87 ± 0.68 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 16 weeks: 2.60 ± 0.67 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56. For 4-point intramuscular injection technique, 1 week: 1.73 ± 0.83 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 4 weeks: 1.73 ± 0.74 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 16 weeks: 2.57 ± 0.68 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49, all P < 0.001. and static: For 3-point intramuscular injection technique, 1 week: 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 4 weeks: 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 16 weeks: 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; For 4-point intramuscular injection technique, 1 week: 1.50 ± 0.86 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 4 weeks: 1.33 ± 0.84 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 16 weeks: 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84. This paper interprets mixed multiplicities of good filtrations as Hilbert-Samuel multiplicities, and shows that （ε1,..., εm）-superficial sequences in [16] （2007） and superficial sequences in [15] （1973） are weak-（FC）-sequences in [19] （2000）. As consequences, we not only obtain generalized results for mixed multiplicities of ideals in [15, 16, 19] but also get an improvement of [19, Theorem 3.4] that seems to account well for the essence of [16, Theorem 1.4].

Over recent decades,the artificial neural networks(ANNs)have been applied as an effective approach for detecting damage in construction ***,to achieve a superior result of defect identification,they have to overcome some shortcomings,for instance slow convergence or stagnancy in local ***,optimization algorithms with a global search ability are used to enhance ANNs,*** increase the rate of convergence and to reach a global *** paper introduces a two-stage approach for failure identification in a steel *** the first step,the presence of defects and their positions are identified by modal *** the second step,a feedforward neural network,improved by a hybrid particle swarm optimization and gravitational search algorithm,namely FNN-PSOGSA,is used to quantify the severity of *** element(FE)models of the beam for two damage scenarios are used to certify the accuracy and reliability of the proposed *** comparison,a traditional ANN is also used to estimate the severity of the *** obtained results prove that the proposed approach can be used effectively for damage detection and quantification.
