Social dysfunction is a risk factor for several neuropsychiatric illnesses.Previous studies have shown that the lateral septum(LS)-related pathway plays a critical role in mediating social behaviors.Howeve r,the role of the connections between the LS and its downstream brain regions in social behavio rs remains unclea r.In this study,we conducted a three-chamber test using electrophysiological and chemogenetic approaches in mice to determine how LS projections to ventral CA1(vCA1)influence sociability.Our res ults showed that gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)-e rgic neuro ns were activated following social experience,and that social behavio rs were enhanced by chemogenetic modulation of these neurons.Moreover,LS GABAergic neurons extended their functional neural connections via vCA1 glutamatergic pyramidal neurons,and regulating LSGABA→vCA1Gluneural projections affected social behaviors,which were impeded by suppressing LSprojecting vCA1 neuronal activity or inhibiting GABAAreceptors in vCA1.These findings support the hypothesis that LS inputs to the vCA1 can control social prefe rences and social novelty behaviors.These findings provide new insights rega rding the neural circuits that regulate sociability.

目的:探讨脂联素受体激动剂AdipoRon对胶质瘤细胞生物学行为的影响,阐明其可能的作用机制。方法:取对数生长期的神经胶质瘤U251和U87 MG细胞分为对照组(0μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon)和20、40、60、80及100μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组,CCK-8法检测24、48和72 h时各组细胞增殖率。U251和U87 MG细胞分为对照组(0μmol·L^(-1))和40、60及80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组,细胞克隆形成实验检测各组细胞克隆形成率,划痕愈合实验检测各组细胞划痕愈合率,流式细胞术检测各组细胞凋亡率及不同细胞周期细胞百分率,Western blotting法检测各组细胞中AMP依赖蛋白激酶(AMPK)和磷酸化AMPK(p-AMPK)蛋白表达水平。将U251细胞分为shNC对照组(未处理)、shNC组(经40μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon处理,未敲低)、AdipoR1敲低组(经40μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon处理,敲低AdipoR1)、AdipoR2敲低组(经40μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon处理,敲低AdipoR2)和AdipoR1+AdipoR2共同敲低组(经40μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon处理,敲低AdipoR1和AdipoR2)。CCK-8法检测各组U251细胞增殖率,实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)法检测各组U251细胞中AdiopR1和AdiopR2 mRNA表达水平。结果:与对照组比较,24、48和72 h时,不同浓度AdipoRon组U251和U87 MG细胞增殖率明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,40、60和80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组U251和U87 MG细胞克隆形成率明显降低(P<0.01);与对照组比较,作用48 h时,40、60和80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组U251和U87 MG细胞划痕愈合率降低(P<0.01);与对照组比较,60和80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组U251细胞及80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组U87 MG细胞凋亡率升高(P<0.01),40、60和80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组U251和U87 MG细胞中G0/G1期细胞百分率升高(P<0.01);与对照组比较,60和80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组U251细胞中p-AMPK蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.01),40、60和80μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon组U87 MG细胞中p-AMPK蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与shNC对照组比较,AdipoR1敲低组细胞中AdipoR1 mRNA表达水平降低(P<0.01),AdipoR2敲低组细胞中AdipoR2 mRNA表达水平降低(P<0.01)。与shNC对照组比较,经40μmol·L^(-1) AdipoRon作用后,敲低AdipoR1组、敲低AdipoR2组和AdipoR1+AdipoR2共同敲低组U251细胞增殖率均升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:AdipoRon可抑制神经胶质瘤细胞增殖、迁移和凋亡,并将细胞周期阻滞在G0/G1期,其作用机制可能是AdipoRon与脂联素受体AdipoR1和AdipoR2相互作用后促进AMPK磷酸化,从而影响胶质瘤细胞的生物学行为。

Evidence is mounting that microorganisms originating from livestock impact the air quality of the animal houses themselves and contribute to their neighborhood of the public. The aim of this study was to develop efficient bacterial source tracking capabilities to identify sources of Escherichia coli aerosol pollution caused by pigs. Airborne E. coli were isolated from indoor air, upwind air （10 and 50 m away） and downwind air samples （10, 50, 100, 200 and 400 m away） for five swine houses using six-stage Andersen microbial samplers and RCS （Reuter-Centrifugal samplers）. E. coli strains from pig fecal samples were also collected simultaneously. The enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus polymerise chain reaction （ERIC-PCR） and the repetitive extragenic palindromic （REP-PCR） approaches were used to study the genetic variability and to determine the strain relationships among E. coli isolated from different sites in each swine house. Results showed that 35.1% （20/57） of the bacterial DNA fingerprints from the fecal isolates matched with the corresponding strains isolated from indoor and downwind air samples （similarity ≥ 90%）. E. coli strains from the indoor and downwind air samples were closely related to the E. coli strains isolated from feces, while those isolated from upwind air samples （house C） had low similarity （61% - 69%）. Our results suggest that some strains isolated from downwind and indoor air originated in the swine feces. Effective hygienic measures should be taken in animal farms to prevent or minimize the downwind spread of microorganism aerosol.

There is a rather limited understanding concerning the antibiotic-resistance of the airborne S. aureus and the transmission of the antibiotic-resistant genes it carries Therefore, we isolated 149 S. aureus strains from the samples collected from the feces, the indoor air and the outdoor air of 6 chicken farms, and performed the research on them with 15 types of antibiotics and the REP-PCR trace identification. The 100% homologous strains were selected to conduct the research on the carrying and transmission status of the antibiotic-resistant genes. The results revealed that 5.37% strains（8/149） were resistant to methicillins （MRSA）, and 94% strains （140/149） were resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole, etc. In addition, these strains displayed a resistance to multiple antibiotics （4, 5 or 6 types） and there were also 3 strains resistant to 9 antibiotics. the strains with the same REP-PCR trace identification result carried the same type of antibiotic-resistant genes. The results showed that airborne transmission not only causes the spread of epidemic diseases but also exerts threats to the public health of a community.

We propose a fundamental theorem for eco-environmental surface modelling(FTEEM) in order to apply it into the fields of ecology and environmental science more easily after the fundamental theorem for Earth’s surface system modeling(FTESM). The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) region is taken as a case area to conduct empirical studies of algorithms for spatial upscaling, spatial downscaling, spatial interpolation, data fusion and model-data assimilation, which are based on high accuracy surface modelling(HASM), corresponding with corollaries of FTEEM. The case studies demonstrate how eco-environmental surface modelling is substantially improved when both extrinsic and intrinsic information are used along with an appropriate method of HASM. Compared with classic algorithms, the HASM-based algorithm for spatial upscaling reduced the root-meansquare error of the BTH elevation surface by 9 m. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial downscaling reduced the relative error of future scenarios of annual mean temperature by 16%. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial interpolation reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean precipitation by 0.2%. The HASM-based algorithm for data fusion reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean temperature by 70%. The HASM-based algorithm for model-data assimilation reduced the relative error of carbon stocks by 40%. We propose five theoretical challenges and three application problems of HASM that need to be addressed to improve FTEEM.

本文借助Java编程技术和Matlab工具,架构了B/S三层网络框架,通过对数据库、方法库和知识库进行集成,实现了Web环境下对数据库数据的读取、方法的调用以及知识库信息的匹配,在此基础上,开发了绿色低碳发展评价原型系统。作为应用案例,本文以澳大利亚为例,采用能源消费数据、人均GDP和三次多项式方程对澳大利亚的三个倒U型曲线高峰进行了拟合分析。结果证明,基于Java编程技术和Matlab工具的原型系统开发方法是高效的,该系统的运用将极大提高相关领域科研工作的效率。

随着国内城市组群规模和同质化建设的扩张,政府更加重视城市历史文脉的保护和传承,历史遗址作为物质文化遗产,见证了城市演变的历程。然而,一方面人为因素和自然因素使历史建筑在不断消亡,另一方面对历史建筑的技术数据整理手段比较传统、单一和散乱。项目利用BIM(建筑信息模型)技术和AR(增强现实)技术来完成历史建筑的数据化技术性复原,为政府进行历史建筑线上数据分析和线下修复提供技术参考,完成建筑遗产的数据可视化的研究。通过对鼓浪屿汇丰公馆进行三维数字虚拟复原,建立系统的信息数据库。结合虚拟现实技术,完成平台开发的项目分析,为建筑遗产的技术修复和学术研究提供数据支持。

分析了当前地质数据处理共享服务的现状与问题,提出了一种基于消息调度机制的分布式地质服务体系,该架构是地质服务体系的新尝试,初步解决了地质数据处理服务共享中的复用性问题。在简要介绍消息调度机制的概念和应用模式的基础上,基于发布/订阅模式设计了地质数据处理服务共享应用架构,实现了地质数据处理算法库的封装、地质数据服务共享的发布、描述了地质数据处理消息的流程,并以流程化地质数据处理在线服务为示例,简述了流程的设计和执行。实践证明,该体系能够复用已有的地质数据处理应用软件,满足互联网应用系统的快速开发的需要,节省算法重新编码和服务生产,可以在地质数据处理服务中推广使用。

地质资料是地质工作形成的重要成果,是国家大数据建设的重要内容,是国民经济和社会发展的重要信息支撑。当今地质资料管理软件种类繁多,服务标准不一,信息孤岛严重,迫切需要新技术及提供标准统一、信息及时共享的服务手段,云平台技术为解决地质资料管理与服务共享提供了契机。本文以地勘基金成果数据为管理对象搭建云平台系统,设计了统一地勘服务标准的总体架构,对地勘基金成果数据进行分类与存储设计,并详细设计了地图检索、地质图服务管理、项目全流程展示等应用功能,从技术实现的角度阐述了系统的开发环境、集群节点部署等关键技术。以贵州省为例,实现了省区整装勘查项目、地勘基金项目地质数据的有效管理与查询。实践证明,基于云平台的地勘基金成果管理系统,能有效支撑地勘成果服务,为地勘基金数据的管理与应用提供决策支持。
