Despite the successful application of immune checkpoint therapy,no response or recurrence is typical in lung *** stem cells(CSCs)have been identified as a crucial player in immunotherapy-related ***,a form of cell death driven by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,is highly regulated by cellular metabolism remolding and has been shown to have synergistic effects when combined with *** adaption of CsCs drives tumor resistance,yet the mechanisms of their ferroptosis defense in tumor immune evasion remain ***,through metabolomics,transcriptomics,a lung epithelialspecific Cptla-knockout mouse model,and clinical analysis,we demonstrate that CPT1A,a key rate-limiting enzyme of fatty acid oxidation,acts with L-carnitine,derived from tumor-associated macrophages to drive ferroptosis-resistance and CD8^(+)T cells inactivation in lung ***,CPT1A restrains ubiquitination and degradation of c-Myc,while c-Myc transcriptionally activates CPT1A *** CPT1A/c-Myc positive feedback loop further enhances the cellular antioxidant capacity by activating the NRF2/GPX4 system and reduces the amount of phospholipid polyunsaturated fatty acids through ACSL4 downregulating,thereby suppressing ferroptosis in ***,targeting CPT1A enhances immune checkpoint blockadeinduced anti-tumor immunity and tumoral ferroptosis in tumor-bearing *** results illustrate the potential of a mechanismguided therapeutic strategy by targeting a metabolic vulnerability in the ferroptosis of CsCs to improve the efficacy of lung cancer immunotherapy.

An open air research study of blast-induced traumatic brain injury to goats

Purpose： we once reported blast-induced traumatic brain injury （bTBI） in confined space. Here, bTBI was studied again on goats in the open air using 3.0 kg trinitrotoluene. Methods： The goats were placed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 m far from explosion center. Trinitrotoluene （TNT） was used as the source of the blast wave and the pressure at each distance was recorded. The systemic physiology, electroencephalogram, serum level of S-100beta, and neuron specific enolase （NSE） were determined pre and post the exposure. Neuroanatomy and neuropathology were observed 4 h after the exposure. Results： Simple blast waveforms were recorded with parameters of 702.8 kPa-0.442 ms, 148.4 kPa- 2.503 ms, 73.9 kPa-3.233 ms, and 41.9 kPa-5.898 ms at 2, 4, 6 and 8 m respectively. Encephalic blast overpressure was on the first time recorded in the literature by us at 104.2 kPa-0.60 ms at 2 m, where mortality and burn rate were 44% and 44%. Gross examination showed that bTBI was mainly manifested as congestive expansion of blood vessels and subarachnoid hemorrhage, which had a total incidence of 25% and 19% in 36 goats. Microscopical observation found that the main pathohistological changes were enlarged perivascular space （21/36, 58%）, small hemorrhages （9/36, 25%）, vascular dilatation and congestion （8/36, 22%）, and less subarachnoid hemorrhage （2[36, 6%）. After explosion, serum levels of S- 10013 and NSE were elevated, and EEG changed into slow frequency with declined amplitude. The results indicated that severity and incidence of bTBI is related to the intensity of blast overpressure. Conclusion： Blast wave can pass through the skull to directly injure brain tissue.

Sporophytic control of tapetal development and pollen fertility by a mitogen-activated protein kinase cascade in rice

Achieving strength–ductility synergy in novel paramagnetic Fe-based medium-entropy alloys through deep cryogenic deformation

Cryogenic pre-deformation treatment has been widely used to effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of steels and novel metals. However,the dislocation evolution and phase transformation induced by different degrees of deep cryogenic deformation are not yet fully elucidated. In this study, the effects of multiple cryogenic pre-treatments on the mechanical properties and deformation mechanisms of a paramagnetic Fe63.3Mn14-Si9.1Cr9.8C3.8medium-entropy alloy（MEA） were investigated, leading to the discovery of a pretreated MEA that exhibits exceptional mechanical properties, including a fracture strength of 3.0 GPa, plastic strain of 26.1% and work-hardening index of 0.57. In addition, X-ray diffraction（XRD） and transmission electron microscopy（TEM）analyses revealed that multiple cryogenic pre-deformation treatments significantly increased the dislocation density of the MEA(from 9 × 1015to 4 × 1016m-2after three pretreatments), along with a transition in the dislocation type from predominantly edge dislocations to mixed dislocations（including screw-and edge-type dislocations）. Notably, this pretreated MEA retained its paramagnetic properties（μr< 1.0200） even after fracture. Thermodynamic calculations showed that cryogenic pretreatment can significantly reduce the stacking fault energy of the MEA by a factor of approximately four(i.e., from 9.7 to2.6 m J·m-2), thereby activating the synergistic effects of transformation-induced plasticity, twinning-induced plasticity and dislocation strengthening mechanisms. These synergistic effects lead to simultaneous strength and ductility enhancement of the MEA.

针对无人机航材存在样本数据量少,影响因素多且复杂多变,以及库存需求预测精度不高等问题,对现有经典小样本下航材需求预测方法进行系统分析,并利用偏最小二乘回归方法在处理小样本数据、变量多重相关性等方面的独特优势,提出了基于偏最小二乘的无人机航材需求预测方法.选取无人机的飞行时间、飞行起落次数、操控人员熟练程度、异常环境温度、异常环境湿度、航材故障率、维修人员技术水平、维修资料等参数,对偏最小二乘法进行原理及模型建模步骤分析,构建了无人机航材需求预测模型,并进行航材影响因素研究.实验结果表明：该模型较其它常用预测模型的精度有所提高,预测结果的平均相对误差绝对值为4.87%,表明该方法可以应用于无人机航材需求预测,能够满足实际需要.

本文对民营企业的风险现状进行了简要分析,并利用相关统计资料对已经上市的民营控股企业的财务风险进行了实证研究,发现民营上市公司的财务风险的平均水平要显著高于国有控股上市公司。从时间趋势上来看,2000年至2004年,体现民营控股上市公司财务稳定性的Z值指标逐年下降,说明在市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下,民营企业所面临的财务风险有逐年上升的趋势。在此基础上,文章对民营企业的风险管理,尤其是财务风险的防范提出了若干建议。
