Efficacy of spray flushing in the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes:A randomized controlled trial

BACKGROUND Commonly used cleaning brushes in the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes often cause damage within the working *** To develop a spray flushing system to achieving effective cleaning of the working channels while minimizing *** This prospective study included 60 used endoscopes and 60 Teflon tubes randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30).The material of Teflon tubes was the same as that of the endoscope working *** in the control group were manually cleaned using traditional cleaning brushes,while those in the experimental group were cleaned using the newly developed spray flushing *** levels,cleanliness,and microbiological testing of the working channels were ***,Teflon tubes in the control group underwent 500 passes with a cleaning brush,while those in the experimental group were subjected to the spray flushing system,and channel damage was *** The ATP levels(RLU)in the two groups were 32.5(13-66)and 26(16-40),respectively(P>0.05).Cleanliness scores were 1.5(1-2)and 1(1-2),respectively(P>0.05).Debris was found in 73.3%of the control group,which was significantly higher than 46.7%in the experimental group(P<0.05).Microbiological tests for both groups yielded negative *** tube damage in the control group was rated at 4(4-5.25),which was significantly higher than in the experimental group 4(3-4)(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The spray flushing system demonstrated superior efficacy in removing debris and resulted in less damage to the endoscope working channels compared with traditional cleaning brushes.

硅锆浆料涂层对氧化锆陶瓷与树脂水门汀粘接强度的影响

目的探讨不同配比硅锆涂层对氧化锆陶瓷与树脂水门汀粘接强度的影响,以期为氧化锆的临床应用提供参考。方法将140个预烧结氧化锆瓷片根据伪随机数字表随机分为空白组、喷砂组和5个涂层组(每组20个),并进行相应处理。空白组无涂层直接烧结,喷砂组无涂层烧结后喷砂,涂层2∶1组、1∶1组、1∶2组、1∶3组和1∶4组分别按硅锆摩尔比为2∶1、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3和1∶4涂布涂层后烧结。氧化锆瓷片表面经氢氟酸酸蚀和硅烷偶联剂处理后,使用树脂水门汀粘接瓷片与预成复合树脂柱,制作粘接试件。粘接试件分为两个亚组,一亚组试件置于37℃水浴24 h(冷热循环前),另一亚组试件经5和55℃冷热循环5000次;测试各组试件剪切强度,即粘接强度,观察并记录各组试件破坏模式,另按上述方法各涂层组制作1个瓷片用于扫描电镜观察酸蚀后表面形貌并测量涂层厚度。结果冷热循环前,涂层1∶1组粘接强度最大[(41.69±6.28)MPa],显著大于其余各组(P0.05),与其他组差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),均显著大于空白组和涂层1∶4组(P0.05),均显著大于其余各组(P0.05),均显著大于空白组和涂层1∶4组(P0.05)。扫描电镜示各涂层组表面酸蚀后形成程度不一的粗糙表面,涂层厚度在30μm以内。结论硅锆浆料涂层可影响氧化锆与树脂水门汀的粘接强度,其中硅锆配比为1∶1的浆料可使氧化锆获得较高且稳定的粘接强度。

数字技术革新使人类社会面临数字化转型并进入以“数据”资源的生产和获取为核心的数字化时代。数据来源于人类实践,其价值生成于数字技术与人类实践的辩证运动,资本家凭借对数字技术的掌控对人类行为数据进行无规制攫取和垄断。在“数字”思维和资本逻辑的合谋下,世界一切可量化的事物都被数字化解构,人类面临数据殖民风险,人的生命政治遭受全面剥削和异化。数字技术垄断所造成的数字平台霸权以及后续引发的数据殖民行径及数字帝国主义的抬头,都源于资本权力的无规制泛用和滥用。对此,必须从思想、经济、制度、技术以及人的解放这五个维度全方位、多层次地对资本权力加以规制,推动数据从“私人占有属性”到“全体个人所有”,实现数据的社会主义应用,从根源上解决数据殖民问题。

The spectrum and stability of travelling pulses in a coupled FitzHugh-Nagumo equation

For a coupled slow-fast FitzHugh-Nagumo(FHN)equation derived from a reaction-diffusionmechanics(RDM)model,Holzer et al.(2013)studied the existence and stability of the travelling pulse,which consists of two fast orbit arcs and two slow ones,where one fast segment passes the unique fold point with algebraic decreasing and two slow ones follow normally hyperbolic critical curve *** and Zhang(2021)obtained the existence of the travelling pulse,whose two fast orbit arcs both exponentially decrease,and one of the slow orbit arcs could be normally hyperbolic or not at the ***,we characterize both the nonlinear and spectral stability of this travelling pulse.

Spin Resolved Zero-Line Modes in Minimally Twisted Bilayer Graphene from Exchange Field and Gate Voltage

The reliance on spin-orbit coupling or strong magnetic fields has always posed significant challenges for the mass production and even laboratory realization of most topological materials. Valley-based topological zero-line modes have attracted widespread attention due to their substantial advantage of being initially realizable with just an external electric field. However, the uncontrollable nature of electrode alignment and precise fabrication has greatly hindered the advancement in this field. By utilizing minimally twisted bilayer graphene and introducing exchange fields from magnetic substrates, we successfully realize a spin-resolved, electrode-free topological zeroline mode. Further integration of electrodes that do not require alignment considerations significantly enhances the tunability of the system's band structure. Our approach offers a promising new support for the dazzling potential of topological zero-line mode in the realm of low-energy-consumption electronics.

Circadian disturbance induces erectile dysfunction by impairing endothelial function

In order to explore the impact of circadian disturbance on erectile function,we randomly divided 24 adult male rats into groups of control(light on at 8:00 *** off at 8:00 p.m.),dark/dark(DD;constant dark),light/light(LL;constant light),and shift dark/light(DL;light off at 8:00 *** on at 8:0o p.m.).Four weeks later,erectile function was measured and corpora cavernosa were harvested for *** maximum intracavernous pressure(mlcP)and mCP/mean arterial pressure(MAP)ratio in the DD,LL,and DL groups were significantly lower than that in the control *** LL and DL groups showed significantly attenuated endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS),while DD,LL,and DL showed reduced neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS)at both mRNA and protein *** production of nitric oxide(NO)and cyclic guanosinemonophosphate(cGMP)was inhibited by altered light/dark cycles to varying *** disturbance impaired endothelial function and contributed to erectile *** the core circadian elements,mRNA expression of circadian locomotor output cycles kaput(Clock)and brain/muscle aryl-hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator-like protein 1(Bmal1)was elevated in the DL group,but their protein expression was not significantly ***,LL,and DL increased period 1(Per1)and Per3 levels,while LL and DL increased PER1 *** significant difference was found for Per2levels,and PER2 and PER3 concentrations were not significantly ***,LL and DL significantly increased cryptochrome-1(CRY1)and CRY2 at both mRNA and protein *** altered light/dark rat model showed that circadian disturbance contributed to erectile dysfunction probably by impairing endothelial ***,the core circadian elements were detected in the corpora cavernosa,but these were ***,which circadian element regulates erectile function and how it works need further analysis.

稳定步行是仿人双足机器人开展实际作业的基础,也是研究的难点和热点.为了提高对仿人机器人步行失稳的响应速率和控制准确性,克服利用陀螺仪进行姿态测量及控制无法完整表述机器人运动状态,从而造成控制滞后的缺点.本文提出了RCG姿态控制算法,在以角速度和角度作为控制参量的模型基础上,引入机器人运动过程中的加速度作为姿态判断和调整的影响因子,实现对机器人行走过程的反馈控制,提高了双足机器人对失稳状态的响应速率和响应的准确性.通过对自主搭建的机器人样机进行测试,结果表明:当双足机器人步行失稳时,RCG姿态控制算法比以角速度和角度作为参量的控制算法能够更快速、准确的修正姿态偏差,保持姿态稳定.

Leveraging the Empirical Wavelet Transform in Combination with Convolutional LSTM Neural Networks to Enhance the Accuracy of Polar Motion Prediction

High-precision polar motion prediction is of great significance for deep space exploration and satellite *** motion is affected by a variety of excitation factors, and nonlinear prediction methods are more suitable for polar motion prediction. In order to explore the effect of deep learning in polar motion prediction. This paper proposes a combined model based on empirical wavelet transform(EWT), Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and Long Short Term Memory(LSTM). By training and forecasting EOP 20C04 data, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified, and the performance of two forecasting strategies in deep learning for polar motion prediction is explored. The results indicate that recursive multi-step prediction performs better than direct multi-step prediction for short-term forecasts within 15 days, while direct multi-step prediction is more suitable for medium and long-term forecasts. In the 365 days forecast, the mean absolute error of EWT-CNN-LSTM in the X direction and Y direction is 18.25 mas and 15.78 mas, respectively, which is 23.5% and 16.2% higher than the accuracy of Bulletin A. The results show that the algorithm has a good effect in medium and long term polar motion prediction.
