BACKGROUND Secondary hypertension is a relatively rare condition most commonly caused by renovascular disease due to atherosclerotic vascular disease or fibromuscular *** accessory renal arteries are frequent,to date,only six cases of secondary hypertension determined by their existence have been *** SUMMARY We describe a case of a 39-year-old female who came to the emergency department with an urgent hypertensive crisis and hypertensive *** normal renal arteries,the computed tomography angiography revealed an inferior polar artery with 50%stenosis of its *** treatment with amlodipine,indapamide and perindopril was adopted,leading to blood pressure control within one *** To the best of our knowledge,there are controversies regarding accessory renal arteries as a potential etiology for secondary hypertension,but the seven similar cases already described,along with the current case,could reinforce the necessity of more studies concerning this subject.

The present paper carries on similar research outcomes of the authors carried out in the area of the recurrent modeling of the monitoring functions on Petri *** discusses a new approach in modeling the recurrent detection/diagnostic *** known laws of describing the evolution of the stated of successive degradation of the monitored *** levels corresponding to the external events responsible with these changes are defined through the use of the logical model,able to describe the changes that appear in the degradation states of the monitored ***,these events are synchronized with the model thus resulted;they are in a causal relationship with some of its *** article proposes a dedicated hierarchical structure,capable of setting a sequence of temporal appearance of the flaws,corresponding to certain waiting intervals of occurrence the associated *** every hierarchical level,the temporal window is enhanced（relaxed）.The proposed structure implements the recurrent detection function because every hierarchical level uses the result of the detection function from the previous *** order to achieve that,the hierarchical levels are vertically intermediated through LIFO and OOPN（Object Oriented Petri Nets）information subsystems.
