In recent years,many researchers focused on unsupervised learning for network anomaly detection in edge devices to identify *** deployment of the unsupervised autoencoder model is computationally expensive in resource-constrained edge *** study proposes quantized autoencoder(QAE)model for intrusion detection systems to detect *** is an optimization model derived from autoencoders that incorporate pruning,clustering,and integer quantization *** autoencoder uint8(QAE-u8)and quantized autoencoder float16(QAE-f16)are two variants of QAE built to deploy computationally expensive Al models into Edge ***,we have generated a Real-Time Internet of Things 2022 dataset for normal and attack *** autoencoder model operates on normal traffic during the training *** same model is then used to reconstruct anomaly traffic under the assumption that the reconstruction error(RE)of the anomaly will be high,which helps to identify the ***,we study the performance of the autoencoders,QAE-u8,and QAE-f16 using accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 score through an extensive experimental *** showed that QAE-u8 outperforms all other models with a reduction of 70.01%in average memory utilization,92.23%in memory size compression,and 27.94%in peak CPu ***,the proposed QAE-u8 model is more suitable for deployment on resource-constrained IoT edge devices.

background:No studies have documented long-term trends in aboveground biomass(AGb)for mixed-dipterocarp forests(MDF),the dominant rain forest type in tropical wet equatorial *** our study,we sought to document such trends over forty years across three sites representing lowland to lower montane ***:To do this,we established fifty 100 m×25 m plots in 1978 across three sites sampled along an elevation gradient,identified as mature old-growth *** measured trees for diameter at breast height that we identified to species and *** took wood samples to calculate species wood-specific *** re-measured plots in 1998 and again in ***:We show standing AGb for all sites combined to be 517.52 Mg·ha^(-1)in 1978,but this declined by 17%over 40 years to 430.11 Mg·ha^(-1).No differences exist among sites in AGb primarily because of considerable within site variation;but interactions of time with site show declines across sites were not uniform,one remained about the *** few species represented a high proportion of the AGb with the top five species comprising between 34%and 65%,depending upon site and year *** species,Mesua nagassarium,represented a disproportionately large amount of AGb and decline over time,particularly at the low elevation ***:Our results are directly relevant to estimating AGb and standing carbon sequestered in *** study is the first to demonstrate varying but overall,declining trends in amounts of AGb among forests making predictions of biomass and standing carbon in MDF difficult over wide regions.

bACKGROuND Hypothermic machine perfusion(HMP)has demonstrated benefits in terms of early kidney transplant function compared to static cold *** longer preservation times have shown detrimental effects,a previous paired study indicated that longer pump times(the second kidney in a pair)might lead to improved *** To revisit the prior paired study's somewhat unexpected results by reviewing our program's *** A total of 61 pairs of transplant recipients who received kidneys from the same donor(2012-2021)were *** were divided into two groups depending on whether they were transplanted first(K1)or second(K2).Therefore,the patients in each pair had identical donor characteristics,except for time on the *** analyses included Kaplan-Meyer analysis and paired tests,including McNemar's test,student's paired t-test,or Wilcoxon's test,as *** The two groups of recipients had similar demographics(age,body mass index,diabetes,time on dialysis,sensit-ization and retransplants).Cold ischemic times for K1 and K2 were 8.9(95%CI:7.9,9.8)and 14.7 hours(13.7,15.8)(Pbiopsy-proven acute rejection at 1 year(P=0.015).Delayed graft function was less common in K2,12/61(20%)than in K1,20/61(33%)(P=0.046).Finally,K2 showed a higher graft survival than K1(P=0.023).CONCLusION Our results agree with a previous study that suggested possible advantages to longer pump *** studies should encourage further research into HMP's potential anti-inflammatory effect.

The current paper focuses on the prediction of residual stresses and distortions in the Laser Powder bed Fusion(LPbF)built Ti6Al4V thin-walled geometries using Ansys Additive Print(AAP)software which employs a layer-by-layer accumulation of inherent strain to calculate the *** and anisotropic strain scaling factors were calibrated initially within the APP software for the Ti6Al4V based single cantilever beam ***,the numerical simulations were performed in APP software and computed the residual stresses and distortions for the varied process parameters including laser power,scan speed and hatch distance while maintaining the layer thickness constant for all the design *** numerical predictions were compared;they were found to match reasonably well with the XRD measurements within the calibrated regime.

Pre-polymerized vinyl trimethoxy silane(PVTMs)@MWCNT nano-aerogel system was constructed via radical polymerization,sol-gel transition and supercritical CO_(2)*** fabricated organic-inorganic hybrid PVTMs@MWCNT aerogel structure shows nano-pore size(30-40 nm),high specific surface area(559 m^(2)g^(−1)),high void fraction(91.7%)and enhanced mechanical property:(1)the nano-pore size is beneficial for efficiently blocking thermal conduction and thermal convection via Knudsen effect(beneficial for infrared(IR)stealth);(2)the heterogeneous interface was beneficial for IR reflection(beneficial for IR stealth)and MWCNT polarization loss(beneficial for electromagnetic wave(EMW)attenuation);(3)the high void fraction was beneficial for enhancing thermal insulation(beneficial for IR stealth)and EMW impedance match(beneficial for EMW attenuation).Guided by the above theoretical design strategy,PVTMs@MWCNT nano-aerogel shows superior EMW absorption property(cover all Ku-band)and thermal IR stealth property(ΔT reached 60.7℃).Followed by a facial combination of the above nano-aerogel with graphene film of high electrical conductivity,an extremely high electromagnetic interference shielding material(66.5 db,2.06 mm thickness)with superior absorption performance of an average absorption-to-reflection(A/R)coefficient ratio of 25.4 and a low reflection bandwidth of 4.1 GHz(A/R ratio more than 10)was experimentally obtained in this work.
