A rovib.ational model,including anharmonic,centrifugal,and Coriolis corrections,is used to calculate π,K,N,and ∑ orb.tal and radial *** four orb.tal excitations of the n meson correspond to the/?(1235),ti2(1670),63(2030),and π4(2250)*** first four radial excitations correspond to the π(1300),π(1800),π(2070),and 7t(2360)*** orb.tal excitations of the K meson are interpreted as the K_(1)(1270),K_(2)(1770),K_(3)(2320),and K_(4)(2500)resonances;its radial excitations correspond to the K(1460)and K(1830)*** N orb.tal excitations are identified with the N(1520),N(1680),N(2190),N(2220),and N(2600)*** first four radial excitations of the N family correspond to the N(1440),N(1880),N(2100),and N(2300)*** orb.tal excitations of the ∑ b.ryon are associated with the ∑(1670),∑(1915),∑(2100),and ∑(2250)resonances,whereas its radial excitations are identified with the ∑(1660),∑(1770),and ∑(1880)*** proposed rovib.ational model calculations show a good agreement with the corresponding experimental values and allow for the prediction of hadron resonances,thereb. proving to b. useful for the interpretation of excited hadron spectra.

Monitoring of viral signal in wastewater is considered a useful tool for monitoring the b.rden of COVID-19,especially during times of limited availab.lity in *** have shown that COVID-19 hospitalizations are highly correlated with wastewater viral signals and the increases in wastewater viral signals can provide an early warning for increasing hospital *** association is likely nonlinear and *** project employs a distrib.ted lag nonlinear model(DLNM)(Gasparrini et al.,2010)to study the nonlinear exposure-response delayed association of the COVID-19 hospitalizations and SARS-CoV-2 wastewater viral signals using relevant data from Ottawa,*** consider up to a 15-day time lag from the average of SARS-CoV N1 and N2 gene concen-trations to COVID-19 *** expected reduction in hospitalization is adjusted for vaccination efforts.A correlation analysis of the data verifies that COVID-19 hospital-izations are highly correlated with wastewater viral signals with a time-varying *** DLNM b.sed analysis yields a reasonab.e estimate of COVID-19 hospitalizations and enhances our understanding of the association of COVID-19 hospi-talizations with wastewater viral signals.

目的探讨以内含子A增强外源抗原在真核细胞中的表达效率及其对DNA疫苗在小鼠中免疫原性的影响。方法以分枝杆菌热休克蛋白65（Hsp65）为模式抗原，将其分别克隆入含有内含子A和不含内含子A的真核表达载体pCMV4．0和pVAX1，将表达Hsp65的不同重组质粒瞬时转染人胚肾上皮细胞系293T并免疫接种b.Lb.c小鼠，应用ELISA分析其所诱导产生的抗原特异性抗体水平及亚类，并以酶联免疫斑点试验（ELISPOT）和胞内细胞因子染色技术（ICS）分析其诱导产生的细胞免疫应答反应。结果含有内含子A的重组表达质粒pCMV4．0hsp65较之不含内含子A的pVAX1hsp65在293T细胞中的抗原表达量更高，免疫小鼠6周后诱导产生的抗-Hsp65特异性总IgG抗体水平（3．76±0．23对3．15±0．22，P〈0．01）和IgG2a／IgG1比值（4．08±0．04对2．234-0．12，P〈0．01）也更高，差异有统计学意义；分泌γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）的CD4^＋T淋巴细胞频率[（2．0±0．058）％对（1．5±0．087）％，t=4．804，P〈0．01]和CD8^＋T淋巴细胞频率[（0．6±0．058）％对（1．0±0．115）％，t=3．098，P〈0．05]增加，差异有统计学意义，提示其诱导产生了增强的Thl型免疫应答。结论内含子A可增强分枝杆菌Hsp65在真核细胞中的表达效率并可提高DNA疫苗在小鼠中的免疫原性。

In this study, 1,2-b.s(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) ligands are used to synthesize gold nanoclusters with an icosahedral Au-13 core. The nanoclusters are characterized and formulated as [Au-13(dppe)5Cl(2)]Cl-3 using synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction, UV/Vis ab.orption spectroscopy, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The b.dentate feature of dppe ligands and the positions of coordinating surface gold atoms induce a helical arrangement that forms a propeller-like structure, which reduces the symmetry of the gold nanocluster to C-1. Therefore, dppe ligands perform as a directing agent to create chiral an ansa metallamacrocycle [Au-13(dppe)(5)Cl-2](3+) nanocluster, as confirmed b. simulated electronic circular dichroism spectrum. The highest occupied molecular orb.tal (HOMO)-lowest unoccupied molecular orb.tal (LUMO) gap of the [Au-13(dppe)(5)Cl-2](3+) cluster is determined as approx. 1.9 eV, and further confirmed b. ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy analysis and DFT simulation. Furthermore, the photoactivity of [Au-13(dppe)(5)Cl-2](3+) is investigated, with the nanocluster shown to possess near-infrared photoluminescence properties, which can b. employed for O-1(2) photogeneration. The quantum yield of O-1(2) photogeneration using the [Au-13(dppe)(5)Cl-2](3+) nanocluster is up to 0.71, which is considerab.y higher than those of anthracene (an organic dye), and Au-25 and Au-38 nanoclusters.

The majority of patients with localized pancreatic cancer (PC) who undergo surgery followed b. adjuvant therapy will develop metastatic disease, suggesting that surgery alone is not sufficient for cure and micrometastases are present even when are not clinically detected. As such, the delivery of early systemic therapy may b. a rational alternative to a surgery-first approach, in an effort to provide oncologic therapies which are commensurate with the disease stage, and improve surgical selection. This review details the rationale for a neoadjuvant approach to localized PC and provides specific recommendations for b.th pretreatment staging and treatment sequencing for patients with resectab.e and b.rderline resectab.e PC.

Proton-pump inhib.tors （PPIs） are among the most widely used drugs worldwide. PPI use has recently b.en linked to adverse changes in semen quality in healthy men; however, the effects of PPI use on semen parameters remain largely unknown specifically in cases with male factor infertility. We examined whether PPI use was associated with detrimental effects on semen parameters in a large population of sub.ertile men. We retrospectively reviewed data from 12 257 sub.ertile men who had visited our fertility clinic from 2003 to 2013. Patients who reported using any PPIs for 〉3 months b.fore semen sample collection were included; 7698 sub.ertile men taking no medication served as controls. Data were gathered on patient age, medication use, and conventional semen parameters; patients taking any known spermatotoxic medication were excluded. Linear mixed-effect regression models were used to test the effect of PPI use on semen parameters adjusting for age. A total of 248 patients （258 samples） used PPIs for at least 3 months b.fore semen collection. In regression models, PPI use （either as the only medication or when used in comb.nation with other nonspermatotoxic medications） was not associated with statistically significant changes in semen parameters. To our knowledge, this is the largest study to compare PPI use with semen parameters in sub.ertile men. Using PPIs was not associated with detrimental effects on semen quality in this retrospective study.

Osteogenesis imperfecta（OI） comprises a group of heritab.e connective tissue disorders generally defined b. recurrent fractures, low b.ne mass, short stature and skeletal fragility. b.yond the skeletal complications of OI,many patients also report intolerance to physical activity, fatigue and muscle weakness. Indeed, recent studies have demonstrated that skeletal muscle is also negatively affected b. OI, b.th directly and indirectly. Given the well-estab.ished interdependence of b.ne and skeletal muscle in b.th physiology and pathophysiology and the ob.ervations of skeletal muscle pathology in patients with OI, we investigated the therapeutic potential of simultaneous anab.lic targeting of b.th b.ne and skeletal muscle using a solub.e activin receptor 2b.ACVR2b. in a mouse model of type Ⅲ OI（oim）. Treatment of 12-week-old oim mice with ACVR2 b.for 4 weeks resulted in significant increases in b.th b.ne and muscle that were similar to those ob.erved in healthy,wild-type littermates. This proof of concept study provides encouraging evidence for a holistic approach to treating the deleterious consequences of OI in the musculoskeletal system.
