Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))production by the electrochemical 2-electron oxygen reduction reaction(2e−ORR)is a promising alternative to the energy-intensive anthraquinone process,and single-atom electrocatalysts show the unique capability of high selectivity toward 2e−ORR against the 4e−one.The extremely low surface density of the single-atom sites and the inflexibility in manipulating their geometric/electronic configurations,however,compromise the H_(2)O_(2) yield and impede further performance enhancement.Herein,we construct a family of multiatom catalysts(MACs),on which two or three single atoms are closely coordinated to form high-density active sites that are versatile in their atomic configurations for optimal adsorption of essential*OOH species.Among them,the Cox–Ni MAC presents excellent electrocatalytic performance for 2e−ORR,in terms of its exceptionally high H_(2)O_(2) yield in acidic electrolytes(28.96 mol L^(−1) gcat.^(−1) h^(−1))and high selectivity under acidic to neutral conditions in a wide potential region(>80%,0–0.7 V).Operando X-ray absorption and density functional theory analyses jointly unveil its unique trimetallic Co2NiN8 configuration,which efficiently induces an appropriate Ni–d orbital filling and modulates the*OOH adsorption,together boosting the electrocatalytic 2e−ORR capability.This work thus provides a new MAC strategy for tuning the geometric/electronic structure of active sites for 2e−ORR and other potential electrochemical processes.

While China has become the largest online market in the world with approximately 1 billion internet users,Baidu runs the world's largest Chinese search engine serving more than hundreds of millions of daily active users and responding to billions of queries per day.To handle the diverse query requests from users at the web-scale,Baidu has made tremendous efforts in understanding users'queries,retrieving relevant content from a pool of trillions of webpages,and ranking the most relevant webpages on the top of the res-ults.Among the components used in Baidu search,learning to rank(LTR)plays a critical role and we need to timely label an extremely large number of queries together with relevant webpages to train and update the online LTR models.To reduce the costs and time con-sumption of query/webpage labelling,we study the problem of active learning to rank(active LTR)that selects unlabeled queries for an-notation and training in this work.Specifically,we first investigate the criterion-Ranking entropy(RE)characterizing the entropy of relevant webpages under a query produced by a sequence of online LTR models updated by different checkpoints,using a query-by-com-mittee(QBC)method.Then,we explore a new criterion namely prediction variances(PV)that measures the variance of prediction res-ults for all relevant webpages under a query.Our empirical studies find that RE may favor low-frequency queries from the pool for la-belling while PV prioritizes high-frequency queries more.Finally,we combine these two complementary criteria as the sample selection strategies for active learning.Extensive experiments with comparisons to baseline algorithms show that the proposed approach could train LTR models to achieve higher discounted cumulative gain(i.e.,the relative improvement DCG4=1.38%)with the same budgeted labellingefforts.

Anti-IgLON5 disease is a recently defined autoimmune disorder of the nervous system associated with autoantibodies against IgLON5. Given its broad clinical spectrum and extremely complex pathogenesis, as well as difficulties in its early diagnosis and treatment, anti-IgLON5 disease has become the subject of considerable research attention in the field of neuroimmunology. Anti-IgLON5 disease has characteristics of both autoimmunity and neurodegeneration due to the unique activity of the antiIgLON5 antibody. Neuropathologic examination revealed the presence of a tauopathy preferentially affecting the hypothalamus and brainstem tegmentum, potentially broadening our understanding of tauopathies. In contrast to that seen with other autoimmune encephalitis-related antibodies, basic studies have demonstrated that IgLON5 antibody-induced neuronal damage and degeneration are irreversible, indicative of a potential link between autoimmunity and neurodegeneration in antiIgLON5 disease. Herein, we comprehensively review and discuss basic and clinical studies relating to anti-IgLON5 disease to better understand this complicated disorder.

情景分析作为一项应对发展不确定性的规划方法,1990年代起被系统运用于城市规划领域,随着城市发展所面临的环境愈加复杂,情景分析的作用将进一步凸显。采用CiteSpace分析工具,笔者对Web of Science和中国知网1991—2020年的文献数据进行计量分析,对国内外情景分析方法在城市规划中应用的进展、热点、趋势和应用领域进行总结。之后,对比国内外主要应用领域的差异,并对情景分析在我国城市规划实践中的应用进行了展望:拓展应用领域和理性规划研究方法,强化方案绩效评价和优化决策过程,综合智能规划技术构建推演分析平台,以及推动新技术在国土空间规划中的集成。

探讨近十年来内隐理论领域的研究现状、研究热点和趋势,运用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science数据库2011年至2021年的605篇相关文献进行计量和可视化分析,可以发现,近十年来内隐理论相关研究的发文量逐年攀升,且研究成果主要集中在心理学和教育学等学科领域。以美国为代表的西方国家及其对应的研究机构和学者形成了较为密集的合作网络,在内隐理论领域的研究中发挥重要作用。我国学者在该领域的研究起步较晚,尚未形成成熟的合作网络和有影响力的核心研究团队,但我国学者在该领域的研究后发优势明显,具有良好的发展潜力。研究热点主要体现在成就、动机、增长型思维模式、心理干预、群际关系、抑郁等相关主题方面。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a complex disorder.Genome-wide association studies(GWAS) have identified several genes associated with this condition,including DENND1A.DENND1A encodes a clathrin-binding protein that functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor involved in vesicular transport.However,the specific role of DENND1A in reproductive hormone abnormalities and follicle development disorders in PCOS remain poorly understood.In this study,we investigated DENND1A expression in ovarian granulosa cells(GCs)from PCOS patients and its correlation with hormones.Our results revealed an upregulation of DENND1A expression in GCs from PCOS cases,which was positively correlated with testosterone levels.To further explore the functional implications of DENND1A,we generated a transgenic mouse model overexpressing Dennd1a(TG mice).These TG mice exhibited subfertility,irregular estrous cycles,and increased testosterone production following PMSG stimulation.Additionally,the TG mice displayed diminished responsiveness to FSH,characterized by smaller ovary size,less well-developed follicles,and abnormal expressions of FSH-priming genes.Mechanistically,we found that Dennd1a overexpression disrupted the intracellular trafficking of follicle stimulating hormone receptor(FSHR),promoting its internalization and inhibiting recycling.These findings shed light on the reproductive role of DENND1A and uncover the underlying mechanisms,thereby contributing valuable insights into the pathogenesis of PCOS and providing potential avenues for drug design in PCOS treatment.

OBJECTIVES To evaluate the predictive value of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)for in-hospital mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with different glucose metabolism status.METHODS We selected 5,308 participants with AMI from the prospective,nationwide,multicenter CAMI registry,of which 2,081 were diabetic and 3,227 were nondiabetic.Patients were divided into high FPG and low FPG groups according to the optim-al cutoff values of FPG to predict in-hospital mortality for diabetic and nondiabetic cohorts,respectively.The primary endpoint was in-hospital mortality.RESULTS Overall,94 diabetic patients(4.5%)and 131 nondiabetic patients(4.1%)died during hospitalization,and the optimal FPG thresholds for predicting in-hospital death of the two cohorts were 13.2 mmol/L and 6.4 mmol/L,respectively.Compared with individuals who had low FPG,those with high FPG were significantly associated with higher in-hospital mortality in diabet-ic cohort(10.1%vs.2.8%;odds ratio[OR]=3.862,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.542-5.869)and nondiabetic cohort(7.4%vs.1.7%;HR=4.542,95%CI:3.041-6.782).After adjusting the potential confounders,this significant association was not changed.Further-more,FPG as a continuous variable was positively associated with in-hospital mortality in single-variable and multivariable models regardless of diabetic status.Adding FPG to the original model showed a significant improvement in C-statistic and net reclassification in diabetic and nondiabetic cohorts.CONCLUSIONS This large-scale registry indicated that there is a strong positive association between FPG and in-hospital mor-tality in AMI patients with and without diabetes.FPG might be useful to stratify patients with AMI.
