Based on the characteristics of high-end products,crowd-sourcing user stories can be seen as an effective means of gathering requirements,involving a large user base and generating a substantial amount of unstructured *** key challenge lies in transforming abstract user needs into specific ones,requiring integration and ***,we propose a topic mining-based approach to categorize,summarize,and rank product requirements from user ***,after determining the number of story categories based on py LDAvis,we initially classify“I want to”phrases within user ***,classic topic models are applied to each category to generate their names,defining each post-classification user story category as a ***,a weighted ranking function is devised to calculate the importance of each ***,we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method using 2966 crowd-sourced user stories related to smart home systems.

How to effectively use the multi-energy demand elasticity of users to bid in the multi-energy market and formulate multi-energy retail packages is an urgent problem which needs to be solved by integrated energy service providers(IESPs)to attract more users and reduce operating *** paper presents a unified clearing of electricity and natural gas based on a bi-level bidding and multi-energy retail price formulation method for IESPs considering multi-energy demand ***,we propose an operating structure of IESPs in the wholesale and retail energy *** multi-energy demand elasticity model of retail-side users and a retail price model for electricity,gas,heat and cooling are ***,a bi-level bidding model for IESPs considering multi-energy demand elasticity is established to provide IESPs with wholesale-side bidding decisions and retail-side energy retail price ***,an example is given to verify the proposed *** results show that the method improves the total social welfare of the electricity and natural gas markets by 7.99%and the profit of IESPs by 1.40%.It can reduce the variance of the electricity,gas,and cooling load curves,especially the reduction of the variance of the electricity load curve can which reach 79.90%.It can be seen that the research in this paper has a positive effect on repairing the limitations of integrated energy trading research and improving the economics of the operation of IESPs.

Dear Editor,Since the first plant receptor-like kinase(RLK)gene ZmPK1 was cloned from Zea mays in 1990(Walker and Zhang,1990),this large gene family has been extensively studied and shown to play crucial roles in growth,development,and immunity(Tang et al.,2017).RLKs are widespread in the plant ***,biological functions of most RLKs remain largely elusive(Dievart et al.,2020).Given RLKs share a conserved monophyletic RLK/Pelle kinase domain,RLKs in several model plants are classified into distinct families by extracellular domains(Shiu and Bleecker,2001).However,independent domain shuffling in specific lineages drives the origin of novel families,which raises a question what is the landscape of RLKs across the entire plant kingdom?Previously,sequence-homology-based methods have been widely used for RLK identification and classification,which might miss distantly related proteins with similar structures and potential novel families not mentioned in the *** academic community urgently requires a dedicated database for a systematic overview of the RLK gene family,providing data support for in-depth research on RLK ***,we used a topology-based method to accurately isolate the RLKomes from *** obtained RLKomes were further classified into(sub)families based on extracellular *** con-structed a comprehensively curated plant RLK database(https://***/rlkdb),which contains valuable re-sources for investigating the origin and evolution of the RLK fam-ily and multiple online tools for personalized analysis.

Carbon emissions associated with buildings are a major source of urban emissions. To put forward the methods and strategies to curb carbon emissions from urban building stock, it is not only necessary to establish a carbon emission calculation method for fine statistical analysis, but also to evaluate carbon emissions of urban planning schemes with applicable indexes. Currently,researches mainly focus on carbon emissions of individual buildings. When expanded to urban building stock, the calculation faces the lack of basic data, inadequate spatial analysis and unspecific carbon reduction indexes. Therefore, this study proposes a bottom-up calculation method for urban building stock, conducts spatial analysis based on carbon balance of urban grids, reveals the coupling mechanism between urban carbon reduction indexes and grid carbon emissions, and systematically establishes a carbon-reduction-oriented urban planning method that comprises calculation, analysis and evaluation, which is applied to Xi'an,China. This study provides a theoretical reference for cities to formulate carbon reduction targets and implement planning strategies by evaluating and predicting carbon emissions from urban building stock.

It is of importance to enhance the urban areas'capacity for population aggregation in underdeveloped regions,aiming to rectify the imbalanced and insufficient pattern of economic development in *** the Taiyuan Metropolitan Area(TMA)in central China as a case study,this paper examines the evolutionary process and characteristics of population agglomeration from 2000 to 2020,and identifies factors associated with agglomeration and their spatial *** findings indicated that:1)against the background of sustained population shrinkage in the provincial area,the TMA showed a demographic trend of steady increase,albeit with a decelerated growth *** the metropolitan area,urban population size continued to grow rapidly,whereas the rural areas endured sustained *** in city size continued to widen,and the polarization of concentrated population in the core cities kept increasing.2)Agglomerations in both secondary and service industries had significant positive effects on local population agglomeration,with the former effect being *** economic development,government fiscal expenditure,and financial advancement all contributed to facilitating local population *** a spatial spillover perspective,service agglomeration and financial development promoted population agglomeration in surrounding ***,fiscal expenditure inhibited such *** for industrial agglomeration and regional economic development,their spatial spillover effects were *** results obtained reveal several policy implications aimed at enhancing the population agglomeration capacity of the metropolitan area in underdeveloped regions during the new era.

Hydrogen(H2)has been regarded as a promising alternative to fossil-fuel *** H2 produced via water electrolysis(WE)powered by renewable energy could achieve a zero-carbon *** attention has been focused on developing highly active catalysts to facilitate the reaction kinetics and improve the energy efficiency of ***,the stability of the electrocatalysts hampers the commercial viability of *** studies have elucidated the origin of catalyst *** this review,we first discuss the WE mechanism,including anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Then,we provide strategies used to enhance the stability of *** that,the deactivation mechanisms of the typical commercialized HER and OER catalysts,including Pt,Ni,RuO_(2),and IrO_(2),are ***,the influence of fluctuating energy on catalyst degradation is highlighted and in situ characterization methodologies for understanding the dynamic deactivation processes are described.

Here we employ in-situ UV-Vis spectroscopy to monitor the sulfur redox reaction with oxygen-containing molecules as an additive,for example,biphenyl-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid(BDC).Furthermore,Raman spectrum,electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR),and electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry(ESI-MS)measurements reveal that the formation of BDC-S_(3)•^(‒)complexes can establish the long-term stability of polysulfide radicals,change the kinetics of sulfur redox reaction,and then generate decent capacity retention and rate *** to the density functional theory(DFT)analysis,S_(3)•^(‒)radicals are the underlying product of S_(6)^(2‒)cleavage,owing to the decreased chemical energy and the increased stability of S_(3)•^(‒)radicals through Lewis acid-base *** assembled Li-S batteries with BDC additive deliver a high reversible capacity of 420 mA·h·g^(−1)over 200 cycles with over 98%Coulombic efficiency,under the current density of 0.2 C.

An integrated energy system(IES)contributes to improving energy efficiency and promoting sustainable energy *** different dynamic characteristics of the system,such as demand/response schemes and complex coupling characteristics among energy sources,siting and sizing of multitype energy storage(MES)are very important for the economic operation of the *** the effect of the diversity of the IES on system reserve based on electricity,gas and heat systems in different scenarios,a two-stage MES optimal configuration model,considering the system reserve value,is *** the first stage,to determine the location and charging/discharging strategies,a location choice model that minimizes the operating cost,considering the system reserve value,is *** the second stage,a capacity choice model,to minimize the investment and maintenance cost of the MES,is ***,an example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the MES configuration method in this paper in handling operational diversity and ensuring system *** with the configuration method that disregards the system reserve value,the results show that the MES configuration method proposed in this paper can reduce the annual investment cost and operating cost and improve the system reserve value.

Stress corrosion cracking failure of X80 carbon steel U-b end cause d by Desulfovibrio vulgaris biocorrosion

Sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)are widely present in oil and gas industry,causing pitting corrosion on pipeline *** corrosion cracking(SCC)often occurs in the presence of mechanical stress before pit-ting perforation failure,leading to economic losses and even catastrophic *** this study,stress distribution simulation using the finite element method(FEM),corrosion analysis techniques and elec-trochemical corrosion measurements were employed to investigate the SCC mechanism of X80 pipeline steel caused by Desulfovibrio vulgaris,which is a common SRB strain used in microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC)*** was found that *** MIC caused sharp microcracks on an X80 U-bend coupon after only 2 weeks of immersion at 37℃in the deoxygenated ATCC 1249 culture medium inocu-lated with *** X80 U-bend coupon’s weight loss-based uniform corrosion rate for the 12 cm^(2)surface was 60%of that for the unstressed flat square coupon(2.3 mg cm^(−2)vs.3.8 mg cm^(−2)).This was likely because the square coupon had wide MIC pits,providing a larger effective surface area for more sessile cells(4.2×10^(8)cells cm^(−2)on square coupon vs.2.4×10^(8)cells cm^(−2)on U-bend coupon)to attach and harvest more *** SCC failure occurred on an X80 U-bend pre-cracked at the outer bottom after a 6-week immersion in the *** *** from MIC damage,this could also be because *** metabolism increased the availability hydrogen atoms on the steel surface,and promoted the diffusion of hydrogen atoms into the metal lattice,thus increasing the brittleness of the steel.
