The increased global demand for plastic materials has led to severe plastic waste pollution,particularly to the marine *** critical issue affects both sea life and human beings since microplastics can enter the food chain and cause several health *** recycling,chemical treatments,incineration and landfill are apparently not the optimum solutions for reducing plastic ***,this review presents two newly identified environmentally friendly approaches,plastic biodegradation and bioplastic production using algae,to solve the increased global plastic ***,particularly microalgae,can degrade the plastic materials through the toxins systems or enzymes synthesized by microalgae itself while using the plastic polymers as carbon *** algae for plastic biodegradation has been critically reviewed in this paper to demonstrate the mechanism and how microplastics affect the *** the other hand,algae-derived bioplastics have identical properties and characteristics as petroleum-based plastics,while remarkably being biodegradable in *** review provides new insights into different methods of producing algae-based bioplastics(e.g.,blending with other materials and genetic engineering),followed by the discussion on the challenges and further research direction to increase their commercial feasibility.

The increase in worldwide vegetable oil consumption has produced a large increase in hazardous waste cooking oil(WCO)*** improper disposal of WCO has been a significant problem from both an environmental and economic ***,it is advantageous to transform WCOs into valuable products efficiently and effectively in order to contribute towards the establishment of a circular *** this review,the current state of WCO is discussed in relation to WCO production and *** valorisation rate of each country can be categorised into three groups related to the consumption of vegetable oil,production and valorisation of WCO,as well as the production,conversion and valorisation *** any valorisation and processing of WCO can be carried out,pretreatments are crucially needed in refining and upgrading WCOs,specifically to reduce their free fatty acid(FFA)*** could help to produce refined WCOs with appropriate feedstock properties suitable for value-added applications in oleochemical ***,several pretreatment methods(e.g.,solid impurities removal,FFA reduction,moisture removal)have been summarized and evaluated in *** transformation of WCO into valuable products including alkyd resin,green solvent,soap,plastics and plasticizer are also *** technological advances have made WCO feasible as sustainable feedstocks for oleochemical production,but not limited to biofuel production which in turn maximizes the value of this hazardous waste and turns WCO into a sustainable source.

Background:Insomnia is a prevalent clinical condition and Shangxia Liangji formula(SXLJF)is a well-established method of ***,the specific mechanism of action of SXLJF remains ***:The mouse model of insomnia was established by intraperitoneal injection of ***-two mice were randomly divided into a negative control group,model group,SXLJF group(18.72 g/kg/day),and positive control group(diazepam,2 mg/kg)and treated with the corresponding drugs for 7 consecutive *** open field test and pentobarbital-induced sleeping test were ***-MS-based untargeted metabolomics and network pharmacology were applied to explore the potential targets of SXLJF for treating ***,key targets were validated using ***:Behavioral tests demonstrated that SXLJF reduced the total distance,average velocity,central distance,and sleep latency,and prolonged sleep *** and network pharmacology revealed potential targets,signaling pathways,metabolic pathways,and metabolites associated with the anti-insomnia effects of ***,tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and tyrosine metabolism emerged as crucial metabolic pathways and targets,***-qPCR results supported the role of TH in the mechanism of SXLJF in treating ***:In conclusion,TH and tyrosine metabolism may represent significant targets and pathways for SXLJF in treating insomnia.

Electrode/Electrolyte Optimization-Induced Double-Layered Architecture for High-Performance Aqueous Zinc-(Dual) Halogen Batteries

A double-layered protective film based on zinc-based coordination compound and ZnF2-rich solid electrolyte interphase layer has been successfully fabricated on the zinc metal anode via electrode/electrolyte synergistic *** double-layered architecture can effectively modulate Zn2+ flux and suppress the zinc dendrite growth, thus facilitating the uniform zinc *** as-developed zinc-(dual) halogen batteries based on double-layered protective film can present high areal capacity and satisfactory cycling stability. Aqueous zinc-halogen batteries are promising candidates for large-scale energy storage due to their abundant resources, intrinsic safety, and high theoretical capacity. Nevertheless, the uncontrollable zinc dendrite growth and spontaneous shuttle effect of active species have prohibited their practical implementation. Herein, a double-layered protective film based on zinc-ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid (ZEA) artificial film and ZnF2-rich solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer has been successfully fabricated on the zinc metal anode via electrode/electrolyte synergistic optimization. The ZEA-based artificial film shows strong affinity for the ZnF2-rich SEI layer, therefore effectively suppressing the SEI breakage and facilitating the construction of double-layered protective film on the zinc metal anode. Such double-layered architecture not only modulates Zn2+ flux and suppresses the zinc dendrite growth, but also blocks the direct contact between the metal anode and electrolyte, thus mitigating the corrosion from the active species. When employing optimized metal anodes and electrolytes, the as-developed zinc-(dual) halogen batteries present high areal capacity and satisfactory cycling stability. This work provides a new avenue for developing aqueous zinc-(dual) halogen batteries.

In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.

Pulp health and calcific healing of a complicated crown–root fracture with additional root fracture in a maxillary incisor: A case report

BACKGROUND Complicated crown–root fracture (CRF) involves severe injury to the crown, root,and pulp, and may be accompanied by multiple root fractures. The loss of a toothhas lifelong consequences for children and teenagers, but the maintenance of pulphealth and the calcific healing of multiple root fractures are rarely reported in *** SUMMARY This case reports healing of a permanent tooth with complicated crown–root andadditional root fractures, in which pulp health was maintained. A 10-year-old girlfell and fractured the root of her maxillary left central incisor at the cervical *** the coronal fragment was repositioned, the tooth was splinted until thetooth was no longer mobile, 2 years later. Eight years after treatment, the toothhas remained asymptomatic with vital pulp and localized gingival ***-beam computed tomography revealed not only calcified healing of the CRFbut also spontaneous healing in an additional undiagnosed root fracture. Thefracture line on the enamel could not be healed by hard tissue and formed agroove in the cervical crown. It was speculated that the groove was related to thelocalized gingival *** This case provides a clinical perspective of the treatment of a tooth with acomplicated CRF and an additional root fracture.

近年来,随着互联网的全面普及,公民对信息安全和隐私保护提出了新的更高的要求,为了保护公民的数据安全,并且满足“打赢新时代网络战争”的要求,对图像加密算法的研究与实现进行深入的研究,提出了一种基于国密SM2数字信封和脱氧核糖核酸(Deoxyribonucleic acid,DNA)编码的图像加密技术,将图像编码技术、公钥技术、口令保护技术相结合.在该算法中,通过使用Python重点实现了密钥空间的复杂性、图像的鲁棒性、随机性、低相关性,同时对图像的直方图进行了分析,研究结果表明,在实现公钥加密算法国产化替代的同时,增强了加密的安全性.

Optimization strategy in end milling process for high speed machining of hardened die/mold steel

An optimization strategy for high speed machining of hardened die/mold steel based on machining feature analysis was studied. It is a further extension of the previously presented study on the thermal mechanism of end milling and constant cutting force control. An objective function concerning machining cost and associated optimization algorithm based on machining time and cutting length calculation was proposed. Constraints to satisfy specific machining strategies when high speed machining the hardened die/mold steel, trochoid tool path pattern in slot end milling to avoid over-heat and feed rate adaptation to avoid over-load, were also discussed. As a case study, the tool selection problem when machining a die part with multiple machining features was investigated.

HSM strategy study for hardened die and mold steels manufacturing based on the mechanical and thermal load reduction strategy

The paper discussed cutter-work engagement situation hidden behind the mechanical and thermal load effect on cutting edges during high speed hard machining process. The engagement situation was investigated in great detail using experimental and geometrical analytic measures. Experiments were conducted using A1TiN-coated micro-grain carbide end mill cutters to cut hardened die steel. On the basis, a general high speed hard machining strategy, which aimed at eliminating excessive engagement situation during high-speed machining （HSM） hard machining, was proposed. The strategy includes the procedures to identify prone-to-overload areas where excessive engagement situation occurs and then to create a reliable tool path, which has the effect of cutting load reduction to remove the prone-to-overload areas.
