Filiform polyposis is a rare condition of uncertain patho-genesis that is usually found in association with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis or histiocytosis X. We report seven interesting cases of polyposis with various pathologic components, mainly located in the left side of the colon with no associated inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis or histiocytosis X. Multiple finger-like polypoid lesions with the appearance of stalactites were noted on the left side of the colon, especially in the sigmoid area, at the time of colonoscopy. The polyps had a variety of sizes and shapes and were shown to have various histopathologic components among the different patients. Although filiform polyposis localized in the sigmoid colon appears not to have high oncogenic potential, periodic follow-up seems to be needed.

AIM:To study the clinical outcomes of medical therapy in patients with right colonic ***:The records of 189 patients with right colonic diverticulitis which was finally diagnosed by computed tomography,ultrasonography,or operative findings were retrospectively ***:Of the 189 patients hospitalized for right colonic diverticulitis,the stages of diverticulitis by a modified Hinchey classification were 26 patients(13.8%)in stage 0,139 patients(73.5%)in stageⅠ a,23 patients(12.2%)in stageⅠb,and 1 patient(0.5%)in stageⅢ.Medical therapy was undertaken in 185 of 189 patients(97.9%).One hundred and eighty three of 185 patients were successfully treated with bowel rest and *** patients in stageⅠb required a resection or surgical drainage because of an inadequate response to conservative *** diverticulitis developed in 15 of 183 patients(8.2%)who responded to medical *** 15 patients who suffered a second attack had uncomplicated diverticulitis,and were successfully treated with medical ***:Our results indicate that right colonic diverticulitis is essentially benign and imageguided conservative treatment is primarily required.

Adrenal pseudocysts are rare cystic masses that arise within the adrenal gland and are usually non-functional and asymptomatic. Adrenal pseudocysts consist of a fibrous wall without a cellular lining. We report a patient with a 9 cm, left-sided suprarenal cystic mass who presented with abdominal discomfort of 2 years' duration. A 38-year-old woman was referred to our service for evaluation of abdominal discomfort and gastrointestinal symptoms. Routine laboratory tests were within normal limits. An abdominal computed tomography scan showed a 9 cm × 8 cm × 8 cm well-defined cystic lesion displacing the left kidney. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a cystic lesion with low signal intensity on the T1-weighted image and high signal intensity on the T2-weighted image. A laparoscopic left adrenalectomy was performed to diagnose the lesion. The final pathology showed an adrenal pseudocyst without a cellular lining. The patient had no postoperative complications and she was discharged four days after surgery.

为了探究控释氮肥在不同质地土壤中的安全施用量,以“上海青”小白菜为供试作物,研究在砂土、壤土、粘壤土3种质地土壤上施用不同量控释氮肥对小白菜生长性状、产量的影响。试验设置氮肥空白CK(不施氮肥);普通氮肥处理F1(普通氮肥0.1 g/kg土)、F2(普通氮肥0.2 g/kg土)、F3(普通氮肥0.4 g/kg土)、F4(普通氮肥0.8 g/kg土);控释氮肥CF1(控释氮肥0.4 g/kg土)、CF2(控释氮肥0.8/kg土)、CF3(控释氮肥1.6 g/kg土)等8个施肥处理。结果表明,与同等施氮量的常规氮肥相比,控释氮肥处理的小白菜发芽成活率大幅度提高。控释氮肥处理下小白菜鲜、干重显著提高,粘壤土下0.8 g/kg的控释氮肥更有利于小白菜生物量的提高和干物质的积累。壤土和砂土下0.4g/kg的控释氮肥更有利于小白菜生物量的提高和干物质的积累。SPAD值、硝态氮含量、植株全氮含量均表现出控释氮肥优于普通氮肥的规律,且在粘壤土和砂土中表现更为明显。总之,较高施肥量下控释氮肥相对不易烧苗,相同适量的施氮量下,控释氮肥更有利于小白菜的生长发育和生物量的积累,具有更高的安全性、经济性和生态性。

Pathogen effectors target diverse subcellular organelles to manipulate the plant immune *** the nucleolus has emerged as a stress marker and several effectors are localized in the nucleolus,the roles of nucleolar-targeted effectors remain *** this study,we showed that Phytophthora infestans infection of Nicotiana benthamiana results in nucleolar inflation during the transition from the biotrophic to the necrotrophic *** *** effectors were localized in the nucleolus:Pi23226 induced cell death in *** and nucleolar inflation similar to that observed in the necrotrophic stage of infection,whereas its homolog Pi23015 and a deletion mutant(Pi23226DC)did not induce cell death or affect nucleolar *** immunoprecipitation and individual-nucleotide-resolution UV crosslinking and immunoprecipitation sequencing analysis indicated that Pi23226 bound to the 30 end of 25S rRNA precursors,resulting in accumulation of unprocessed 27S *** nucleolar stress marker NAC082 was strongly upregulated under Pi23226-expressing ***23226 subsequently inhibited global protein translation in host cells by interacting with ***23226 enhanced *** pathogenicity,indicating that Pi23226-induced ribosome malfunction and cell death were beneficial for pathogenesis in the *** results provide evidence for the molecular mechanism underlying RNA-binding effector activity in host ribosome biogenesis and lead to new insights into the nucleolar action of effectors in pathogenesis.

Weak magnetic field（WMF） was employed to improve the removal of Cr（VI） by zero-valent iron（ZVI） for the first time. The removal rate of Cr（VI） was elevated by a factor of 1.12-5.89 due to the application of a WMF, and the WMF-induced improvement was more remarkable at higher Cr（VI） concentration and higher p H. Fe2＋was not detected until Cr（VI） was exhausted, and there was a positive correlation between the WMF-induced promotion factor of Cr（VI） removal rate and that of Fe2＋release rate in the absence of Cr（VI） at pH 4.0-5.5. These phenomena imply that ZVI corrosion with Fe2＋release was the limiting step in the process of Cr（VI） removal. The superimposed WMF had negligible influence on the apparent activation energy of Cr（VI） removal by ZVI, indicating that WMF accelerated Cr（VI）removal by ZVI but did not change the mechanism. The passive layer formed with WMF was much more porous than without WMF, thereby facilitating mass transport. Therefore,WMF could accelerate ZVI corrosion and alleviate the detrimental effects of the passive layer, resulting in more rapid removal of Cr（VI） by ZVI. Exploiting the magnetic memory of ZVI, a two-stage process consisting of a small reactor with WMF for ZVI magnetization and a large reactor for removing contaminants by magnetized ZVI can be employed as a new method of ZVI-mediated remediation.
