Evaluation of operator visibility in three different cabins type Far-East combine harvesters

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a visibility evaluation system for the cabin type Far-East combine *** human field of view has been classified into five levels(perceptive,effective,stable gaze,induced,and auxiliary)depending on the rotation of the human head and *** divider,reaper lever,gearshift,dashboard,and conveying component were considered as major viewpoints of the cabin type Far-East combine *** visibility of the cabin type Far-East combine harvester was evaluated quantitatively using viewpoints and human field of view *** visibility evaluation system for the cabin type Far-East combine harvester consisted of a laser pointer,stepping motors to control the directions of the view,gyro sensors to measure horizontal and vertical angles,and I/O interface to acquire the *** visibility evaluation tests were conducted at different postures(‘sitting straight’,‘sitting with a 15°tilt’,‘standing straight’,and‘standing with a 15°tilt’)for three cabin type Far-East combine *** LSD(least significant difference)multiple comparison tests showed that the visibilities of viewpoints differed significantly as the operator's posture *** results showed that the posture while standing with a 15°tilt provided the best *** average visibility scores at sitting postures were 22.3(straight)and 24.4(15°tilt),and the scores at standing postures were 18.7(straight)and 29.5(15°tilt).Also,the average visibility scores were observed in order from highest to lowest as reaper lever(44.6),divider(28.7),dashboard(23.1),conveying part(12.2),and gearshift lever(10.1).Most viewpoints of the cabin type Far-East combine harvester were out of the stable gaze field of the view *** of the cabin type Far-East combine harvester design will be required to enhance the visibility during harvesting operation and to improve safety and convenience of farmers.

Increased incidence of chemoport-related thrombosis in patients with colorectal cancer receiving bevacizumab: A single-institutional experience

Objective： Chemoport-related thrombosis （CRT） is a serious complication that causes morbidities and interruptsadministration of intravenous cancer therapy. We investigated the incidence and risk of CRT in colorectal cancer（CRC） patients treated with bevacizumab （BEV）.Methods： We retrospectively reviewed 1,534 CRC patients who received chemotherapy with or without BEVusing a chemoport between 2014 and ***： The participants had a median age of 58 （18-85） years, and 60.3% were male. All participants werestratified into three groups： adjuvant chemotherapy （AC）（n=670）, palliative chemotherapy （PC） without BEV（n=356）, and PC with BEV （n=508）. The median follow-up was 20.19 （interquartile range, 14.07-27.19） *** occurred in 3.8% of all patients; incidence of symptomatic and asymptomatic CRT was 2.9% and 0.9%,respectively. CRT occurred more in patients with BEV （5.7%） than in patients without BEV （2.9%, P=0.008）. Thecumulative incidence of CRT in patients administered PC with BEV was significantly higher than that in thoseadministered AC （P=0.011） and there was a trend toward increased CRY in patients administered PC with BEVcompared with those administered PC without BEV （P=0.044）. Multivariate analysis found that BEV treatment wasthe only variable that was significandy associated with CRT （hazard ratio, 2.06; 95% confidence interval, 1.24-3.43;P=0.006）.Conclusions： BEV treatment was significandy associated with increased incidence of CRT in CRC patients.

Clinical characteristics of incidental or unsuspected gallbladder cancers diagnosed during or after cholecystectomy: A systematic review and meta-analysis

AIM: To perform a systematic review of incidental or unsuspected gallbladder(GB) cancer diagnosed during or after cholecystectomy. METHODS: Data in Pub Med, EMBASE, and CochraneLibrary were reviewed and 26 publications were included in the meta-analysis. The inclusion criterion for incidental GB cancer was GB cancer diagnosed during or after cholecystectomy that was not suspected at a preoperative stage. Pooled proportions of the incidence, distribution of T stage, and revisional surgery of incidental GB cancer were ***: The final pooled population comprised 2145 patients with incidental GB cancers. Incidental GB cancers were found in 0.7% of cholecystectomies p e r f o r m e d f o r b e n i g n g a l l b l a d d e r d i s e a s e s o n preoperative diagnosis(95%CI: 0.004-0.012). Nearly 50% of the incidental GB cancers were stage T2 with a pooled proportion of 47.0%(95%CI: 0.421-0.519). T1 and T3 GB cancers were found at a similar frequency, with pooled proportions of 23.0%(95%CI: 0.178-0.291) and 25.1%(95%CI: 0.195-0.317), respectively. The pooled proportion that completed revisional surgery for curative intent was 40.9%(95%CI: 0.329-0.494). The proportion of patients with unresectable disease upon revisional surgery was 23.0%(95%CI: 0.177-0.294). CONCLUSION: A large proportion of incidental GB cancers were T2 and T3 lesions. Revisional surgery for radical cholecystectomy is warranted in T2 and more advanced cancers.

目前,关于等离子熔覆Fe/VC复合涂层的研究报道较少。在Q235低碳钢表面等离子熔覆含纳米VC颗粒的Fe50合金粉末(Fe/n-VC),采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、显微硬度计及摩擦磨损机,研究了n-VC含量对Fe/n-VC熔覆层的组织结构、显微硬度及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:Fe50熔覆层中加入2%n-VC后,熔覆层中γ-Fe相消失,主要由α-Fe和(Cr,Fe)_7C_3相组成,当n-VC含量达到10%时,熔覆层中出现了VC相; Fe/n-VC熔覆层以亚共晶方式结晶,当n-VC含量超过5%时,界面处出现大量等轴晶,柱状晶消失,共晶组织发生枝化,变成菊花状;随着n-VC含量的增加,Fe/n-VC熔覆层的显微硬度和常温耐磨性能显著提高,当n-VC含量达到10%时,熔覆层的硬度达686.42 HV5 N,磨损率仅为9.50×10^(-16)m^3/(N·m)。

Rapidly solidified Al-Ti base alloys were prepared by melt spinning at the cooling rate about 107 K/s. The melt-spun ribbons were used to observe the dricrostructures after heat *** the supersaturated Al-Tl-Si alloy, age hardening occurred after 1 h anneal in the temperature range of 4000~500℃, which seems to be attributed to the precipitation of metastable Ll2- (Al,Si)3Ti phase. However. the microhardness was relatively low because of the low v/o and the insufflcient stability of precipitates. Thus. Cr was added to Al-Ti-Si alloys in order to stabilize the microstructures and to increase the v/o of precipitate5. As a result. the alIoys containing Cr were evaluated to possess the improved properties at the service temperature.

Pathological bone loss is caused by an imbalance between bone formation and *** bone microenvironments are hypoxic,and hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) is known to play notable roles in bone ***,the relevant functions of HIF-2α are not well ***,we have shown that HIF-2α deficiency in mice enhances bone mass through its effects on the differentiation of osteoblasts and *** vitro analyses revealed that HIF-2α inhibits osteoblast differentiation by targeting Twist2 and stimulates RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis via regulation of *** addition,HIF-2α appears to contribute to the crosstalk between osteoblasts and osteoclasts by directly targeting RANKL in osteoprogenitor *** performed with osteoblast- and osteoclast-specific conditional knockout mice supported a role of HIF-2α in this ***-2α deficiency alleviated ovariectomy-induced bone loss in mice,and specific inhibition of HIF-2α with ZINC04179524 significantly blocked RANKLmediated ***,our results suggest that HIF-2α functions as a catabolic regulator in bone remodeling,which is critical for the maintenance of bone homeostasis.
