The Space Advanced Technology demonstration satellite(SATech-01),a mission for low-cost space science and new technology experiments,organized by Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),was successfully launched into a Sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of~500 km on July 27,2022,from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch *** as an experimental platform for space science exploration and the demonstration of advanced common technologies in orbit,SATech-01 is equipped with 16 experimental payloads,including the solar upper transition region imager(SUTRI),the lobster eye imager for astronomy(LEIA),the high energy burst searcher(HEBS),and a High Precision Magnetic Field Measurement System based on a CPT Magnetometer(CPT).It also incorporates an imager with freeform optics,an integrated thermal imaging sensor,and a multi-functional integrated imager,*** paper provides an overview of SATech-01,including a technical description of the satellite and its scientific payloads,along with their on-orbit performance.

Oblique-mode breakdown in hypersonic and high-enthalpy boundary layers over a blunt cone

The nonlinear analyses of the hypersonic and high-enthalpy boundary-layer transition had received little attention compared with the widely-studied linear *** this work,the oblique-mode breakdown,as one of the most available transition mechanisms,is studied using the nonlinear parabolized stability equations(NPSE)with consideration of the thermal-chemical non-equilibrium *** flow over a blunt cone is computed at a free-stream Mach-number of *** rope-like structures and the spontaneous radiation of sound waves are observed in the schlieren-like *** is also illustrated that the disturbances of the species mass and vibrational temperature near the wall are mainly generated by the product term of the wall-normal velocity disturbance and the mean-flow *** comparison to the CPG flow,the TCNE effects destabilize the second mode and push upstream the N factor *** higher growth rate of the oblique wave leads to stronger growth of the streamwise vortices and harmonic waves.

Data-driven discovery of partial differential equations(PDEs)has recently made tremendous progress,and many canonical PDEs have been discovered successfully for proof of ***,determining the most proper PDE without prior references remains challenging in terms of practical *** this work,a physics-informed information criterion(PIC)is proposed to measure the parsimony and precision of the discovered PDE *** proposed PIC achieves satisfactory robustness to highly noisy and sparse data on 7 canonical PDEs from different physical scenes,which confirms its ability to handle difficult *** PIC is also employed to discover unrevealed macroscale governing equations from microscopic simulation data in an actual physical *** results show that the discovered macroscale PDE is precise and parsimonious and satisfies underlying symmetries,which facilitates understanding and simulation of the physical *** proposition of the PIC enables practical applications of PDE discovery in discovering unrevealed governing equations in broader physical scenes.

由两部件垂直装配形成的流向拐角是飞行器上常见的结构,流向拐角形成三维流动,且在试验中观测到流向拐角流动具有不稳定特性。本文采用可压缩流向拐角流动自相似解,得到Ma 4.5层流基本流。在此基础上,开展二维Bi-Global稳定性分析。稳定性分析得到了特征值谱,并发现存在两种不稳定模态,即相对较高角速度下的S系列模态和在相对较低角速度下的F系列模态,分别给出了最不稳定模态的扰动型函数。分析发现,S系列模态扰动主要在近似一维流动区域,是一维平板边界层流动Mack第二模态在角域流动中的二维延伸;而F系列不稳定模态扰动峰值在角点附近,是角域问题特有的不稳定模态。在中性曲线上,两种不稳定机制各自包围形成对应的不稳定区间。

目的探讨成人烟雾病行颞浅动脉(STA)-大脑中动脉(MCA)搭桥术后脑高灌注综合征(CHS)的临床特点及危险因素.方法回顾性分析2019年8月至2022年9月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院神经外科采用STA-MCA搭桥术联合颞肌贴敷或颅骨多点钻孔方法治疗的213例成人烟雾病患者的临床资料.根据患者术后14 d是否出现CHS,分为CHS组和非CHS组.术后3个月根据改良Rankin量表评分(mRS)评估患者的临床预后.采用单因素分析和多因素logistic回归模型分析方法探讨烟雾病患者STA-MCA搭桥术后发生CHS的危险因素.结果213例患者中,术后35例(16.4%)出现CHS,其中脑出血5例(14.3%),局灶性癫痫发作6例(17.1%),短暂性神经功能障碍24例(68.6%).术后3个月,mRS0~2分202例,3~6分11例.CHS组的mRS[M(Q_(1),Q_(3))]为1(0,1)分,其中0~2分者占94.3%(33/35);非CHS组的mRS[M(Q_(1),Q_(3))]为1(0,1)分,其中0~2分者占94.9%(169/178),两组的差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.59,P=0.441).单因素分析结果显示,CHS组与非CHS组患者的原发性高血压、首发症状为脑出血、术侧铃木分期为晚期(Ⅳ~Ⅵ期)以及术前血清红细胞压积的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).多因素logistic回归模型分析结果显示,合并原发性高血压(OR=3.69,95%CI:1.52~9.00,P=0.004)、首发症状为脑出血(OR=3.21,95%CI:1.08~9.54;P=0.036)、术前血清红细胞压积水平较高(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.06~1.29,P=0.002)均为烟雾病患者行STA-MCA搭桥术后出现CHS的危险因素.结论成人烟雾病患者行STA-MCA搭桥术后发生的CHS多表现为短暂性神经功能障碍,患者术后3个月的预后与未发生CHS的患者无明显差异.合并原发性高血压、首发症状为脑出血、术前血清红细胞压积水平较高的成人烟雾病患者行STA-MCA搭桥术后更易发生CHS.

The privacy concern in smart contract applications continues to grow,leading to the proposal of various schemes aimed at developing comprehensive and universally applicable privacy-preserving smart contract(PPSC)***,the existing research in this area is fragmented and lacks a comprehensive system *** paper aims to bridge the existing research gap on PPSC schemes by systematizing previous studies in this *** primary focus is on two categories:PPSC schemes based on cryptographic tools like zero-knowledge proofs,as well as schemes based on trusted execution *** doing so,we aim to provide a condensed summary of the different approaches taken in constructing PPSC ***,we also offer a comparative analysis of these approaches,highlighting the similarities and differences between ***,we shed light on the challenges that developers face when designing and implementing PPSC ***,we delve into potential future directions for improving and advancing these schemes,discussing possible avenues for further research and development.

The in vitro digestion fates of diacylglycerol under different intestinal conditions:a potential lipid source for lipid indigestion patients

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a highly heterogeneous tumor,with dynamic equilibrium and complex interplay between its intricate tumor nature and ambient tumor immune microenvironment(TIME).1 Elegant research has indicated that cancer stem cells,a small subset of neoplastic cells confined within dedicated niches,display stem cell-like properties and interact with cells in TIME,thereby imparting an indelible impact on stemness regulation,tumor heterogeneity,and cancer cell plasticity.2 Previous taxonomies solely from the perspective of stemness or TIME may introduce some degree of bias in the comprehension of HCC carcinogenesis,3,4 and thus it is of paramount importance to systematically consider tumor stemness and TIME as a whole to truly portray the biological landscape of HCC.

Sesamin is an effective spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitor against IgE-mediated food allergy in computational， cell-based and animal studies

Food allergy has become a global concern. Spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitors are promising therapeutics against allergic disorders. In this study， a total of 300 natural phenolic compounds were firstly subjected to virtual screening. Sesamin and its metabolites， sesamin monocatechol (SC-1) and sesamin dicatechol (SC-2)， were identified as potential SYK inhibitors， showing high binding affinity and inhibition efficiency towards SYK. Compared with R406 (a traditional SYK inhibitor)， sesamin， SC-1， and SC-2 had lower binding energy and inhibition constant (Ki) during molecular docking， exhibited higher bioavailability， safety， metabolism/clearance rate， and distribution uniformity ADMET predictions， and showed high stability in occupying the ATP-binding pocket of SYK during molecular dynamics simulations. In anti-dinitrophenyl-immunoglobulin E (Anti-DNP-IgE)/dinitrophenyl-human serum albumin (DNP-HSA)-stimulated rat basophilic leukemia (RBL-2H3) cells， sesamin in the concentration range of (5 – 80) μmol/L influenced significantly the degranulation and cytokine release， with 54.00% inhibition against β-hexosaminidase release and 58.45% decrease in histamine. In BALB/c mice， sesamin could ameliorate Anti-DNP-IgE/DNP-HSA-induced passive cutaneous anaphylaxis and ovalbumin (OVA)-induced active systemic anaphylaxis reactions， reduce the levels of allergic mediators (immunoglobulins and pro-inflammatory cytokines)， partially correct the imbalance of T helper (Th) cells differentiation in the spleen， and inhibit the phosphorylation of SYK and its downstream signaling proteins， including p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases (p38 MAPK)， extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK)， and p65 nuclear factor-κB (p65 NF-κB) in the spleen. Thus， sesamin may be a safe and versatile SYK inhibitor that can alleviate IgE-mediated food allergies.
