Recent progress in lanthanide ions doped inorganic metal halide perovskites

Benefiting from their large molar extinction coefficient,high carrier mobility,narrow and tunable emissions,inorganic metal halide perovskites(IMHPs) demonstrate great potential in various optoelectrical devices including solar cells,light emitting diodes and photodetectors in the past few *** ions doping,well-known as a modification method of semiconductors,has been extensively applied in IMHPs as *** metal ions have been doped in IMHPs including alkali metals,alkali earth metals,transition metals and lanthanide metals,which either improve their optical performances or induce intriguing brand-new *** them,lanthanide metals feature plentiful energy levels and stable optical properties and are one of the most noteworthy *** we review recent progress in lanthanide ions doped *** summarize Yb,Eu or Er ions singly doping in detail,which was the most investigated species in *** lanthanide ions are also reviewed ***,we introduce lanthanide ions multi-doped IMHPs and at last we put forward several potential development *** the interests in lanthanide ions doped IMHPs rise,researchers have made some achievements in the *** though,there are more unexplored *** there are review articles focusing on metal ions doped IMHPs or lanthanide ions doped perovskites,this review aims to provide an overall introduction of lanthanide ions doped *** review may help researchers learn about lanthanide ions doped IMHPs and is to inspire researchers to make further promotion in this field.

TendiffPure:a convolutional tensor-train denoising diffusion model for purification

Diffusion models are effective purification methods,where the noises or adversarial attacks are removed using generative approaches before pre-existing classifiers conducting classification ***,the efficiency of diffusion models is still a concern,and existing solutions are based on knowledge distillation which can jeopardize the generation quality because of the small number of generation ***,we propose TendiffPure as a tensorized and compressed diffusion model for *** the knowledge distillation methods,we directly compress U-Nets as backbones of diffusion models using tensor-train decomposition,which reduces the number of parameters and captures more spatial information in multi-dimensional data such as *** space complexity is reduced from O(N^(2))to O(NR^(2))with R≤4 as the tensor-train rank and N as the number of *** results show that TendiffPure can more efficiently obtain high-quality purification results and outperforms the baseline purification methods on CIFAR-10,Fashion-MNIST,and MNIST datasets for two noises and one adversarial attack.

General Mean-Field BDSDEs with Continuous and Stochastic Linear Growth Coefficients

In this paper, the authors study a class of general mean-field BDSDEs whose coefficients satisfy some stochastic conditions. Specifically, the authors prove the existence and uniqueness theorem of solution under stochastic Lipschitz condition and obtain the related comparison theorem. Besides,the authors further relax the conditions and deduce the existence theorem of solutions under stochastic linear growth and continuous conditions, and the authors also prove the associated comparison ***, an asset pricing problem is discussed, which demonstrates the application of the general mean-field BDSDEs in finance.

cKBET:assessing goodness of batch effect correction for single-cell RNA-seq

Glutamicibacter nicotianae AT6:A new strain for the efficient biodegradation of tilmicosin

The degradation of tilmicosin(TLM),a semi-synthetic 16-membered macrolide antibiotic,has been receiving increasing ***,there are three tilmicosin degradation methods,and among them microbial degradation is considered the best due to its high efficiency,eco-friendliness,and low ***,we found a new strain,Glutamicibacter nicotianae ***6,capable of degrading high-concentration TLM at 100 mg/L with a 97%removal *** role of tryptone was as well investigated,and the results revealed that the loading of tryptone had a significant influence on TLM *** toxicity assessment indicated that strain AT6 could efficiently convert TLM into less-toxic *** on the identified intermediates,the degradation of TLM by AT6 processing through two distinct pathways was then proposed.

Optimization of mixing speed and time to disperse the composite conductive agent composed of carbon black and graphene in lithium-ion battery slurry

This paper proposed an optimal approach to disperse the composite conductive agent which is composed of carbon black(CB)and graphene(Gr)within lithium-ion battery(LIB)slurry with different mixing speeds and mixing *** internal structures of LIB slurry are characterized by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy,Scanning Electron Microscopy,and Raman ***,a composite conductive solution is prepared by mixing the composite conductive agent with NMP solvent under the conditions of five different mixing speeds n_(1)(n_(1)=1000,1100,1200,1300,1400 rpm)in the case of mixing time t_(1)=10 ***,LIB slurry is prepared by blending the composite conductive solution,LiCoO_(2)and PVDF-NMP solution under the conditions of five different mixing speeds n_(2)(n_(2)=1000±280,1100±280,1200±280,1300±280,1400±280 rpm)in the case of mixing time t_(2)=6 *** analyzing the internal structure of different LIB slurries,it shows that in the case of n_(1)=n_(2)=1200 rpm,a conductive network structure is well formed within LIB ***,in order to determine the optimal time to prepare the composite conductive solution for LIB slurry,nine different t_(1)(t_(1)=0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80 min)are *** analyzing the internal structure of different LIB slurries,a well-formed conductive network structure and a uniformly distributed composite conductive agent are deduced in LIB slurry when t_(1)=50 ***,it can be concluded that the composite conductive agent composed of CB and Gr is able to be uniformly dispersed in LIB slurry by establishing a well-formed conductive network structure under the optimal mixing speed n_(1)=n_(2)=1200 rpm and the optimal mixing time t_(1)=50 min,t_(2)=6 *** kind of the internal structure has the potential to be used to further analyze the dispersion characterizations of LIB slurry under different composite conductive agent and CB/Gr ratios with the aim of improving the final performance of LIB.

Novel wood-plastic composite fabricated via modified steel slag:Preparation,mechanical and flammability properties

A novel method was developed to enhance the utilization rate of steel slag(SS).Through treatment of SS with phosphoric acid and aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550),we obtained modified SS(MSS),which was used to prepare MSS/wood-plastic composites(MSS/WPCs)by replacing talcum powder(TP).The composites were fabricated through melting blending and hot *** mechanical and combustion properties,which comprise heat release,smoke release,and thermal stability,were systematically *** can improve the mechanical strength of the composites through grafting reactions between wood powder and ***,MSS/WPC#50(16wt%MSS)with an MSS-to-TP mass ratio of 1:1 exhibited optimal comprehensive *** with those of WPC#0 without MSS,the tensile,flexural,and impact strengths of MSS/WPC#50 were increased by 18.5%,12.8%,and 18.0%,***,the MSS/WPC#50 sample achieved the highest limited oxygen index of 22.5%,the highest vertical burning rating at the V-1 level,and the lowest horizontal burning rate at 44.2 mm/*** formation of a dense and stable char layer led to improved thermal stability and a considerable reduction in heat and smoke releases of MSS/WPC#***,the partial replacement of TP with MSS slightly compromised the mechanical and flame-retardant properties,possibly due to the weak grafting caused by SS powder *** findings suggest the suitability of MSS/WPCs for high-value-added applications as decorative panels indoors or outdoors.
