One of the main reasons for the decline of urban historic areas in China is the coexistence of multiple property rights.It also deeply affects conservation and regeneration practice.This paper aims to propose a graphical method that illustrates the association between property rights,space,and resident behavior.Based on typological maps and justified graphs,a three-step method was proposed to visualize the relationships between these three elements.The final graph and quantitative data were used to observe the evolution of the courtyard building from a diachronic perspective,as well as to compare the residential behavior in different types from a synchronic perspective.The results show that following the subdivision of property rights,the building layout become more diverse due to various illegal additions,while the residential behavior within different building types tends to be consistent.Moreover,the study observed the traditional Chinese courtyard buildings’adaptability.The findings contribute to understand the evolution of Chinese urban historic areas and internal motivation,and provide guidance for the conservation and regeneration practice.

Imbalanced datasets are common in practical applications,and oversampling methods using fuzzy rules have been shown to enhance the classification performance of imbalanced data by taking into account the relationship between data attributes.However,the creation of fuzzy rules typically depends on expert knowledge,which may not fully leverage the label information in training data and may be subjective.To address this issue,a novel fuzzy rule oversampling approach is developed based on the learning vector quantization(LVQ)algorithm.In this method,the label information of the training data is utilized to determine the antecedent part of If-Then fuzzy rules by dynamically dividing attribute intervals using LVQ.Subsequently,fuzzy rules are generated and adjusted to calculate rule weights.The number of new samples to be synthesized for each rule is then computed,and samples from the minority class are synthesized based on the newly generated fuzzy rules.This results in the establishment of a fuzzy rule oversampling method based on LVQ.To evaluate the effectiveness of this method,comparative experiments are conducted on 12 publicly available imbalance datasets with five other sampling techniques in combination with the support function machine.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can significantly enhance the classification algorithm across seven performance indicators,including a boost of 2.15%to 12.34%in Accuracy,6.11%to 27.06%in G-mean,and 4.69%to 18.78%in AUC.These show that the proposed method is capable of more efficiently improving the classification performance of imbalanced data.

The duality in China's traffic planning has given rise to the basic unit of urban form and function called the superblock,which is defined and bound by an arterial street network.The street network of China's superblock un derpins the coexiste nee and in teraction of global and local movement,the public and daily space,and affects place diversity and local characteristics.However,its configuration remains to be articulated because of the lack of a systematic representation method,and the associations between configuration and performance,cognition and design cannot be determi ned.This study proposes an improved representation method for the street network of China's superblocks based on Marshall's route structure analysis to explore the configurational characteristics and sustainability of the network.To fit local conditions,this study improves Marshall's route structure analysis from four perspectives,namely,the judgement of relative hierarchy,the node construction principle,and the deletion and addition of the original indicators.The improved method is then applied to calculate and compare the depth,connectivity,and complexity of the street networks of 10 sample superblocks in Nanjing,which are classified into six types by construction backgrounds,each having two seenarios differing by the level of publicity.Results indicate that the types formed in accordance with the"The Capital Plan"of the Republic of China,which presents a combination of fine orthogonal grids and radiations,and by the renewal of the traditional street-andlane network,which has the"characteristic structure" defined by Marshall,perform best in terms of configurational sustainability.The an alysis also reveals that the addition of semipublic streets formed mainly from the bottom up narrows the sustainability gap among the samples.This study provides a tool for elaborate urban study and design and provides in sights into the cognitive and practical aspects of China's urban planning and design.

结构与空间的关系处理是既有建筑改造需要面对的重要设计问题。分析了既有建筑改造领域结构与建筑两专业合作中存在的问题及其成因,搭建了“空间改造意向”与“结构改造策略”协同的设计方法认知框架,并在该框架内基于案例研究归纳了针对框架结构与砖混结构建筑的改造设计方法类型图谱。在策略层面为两专业协同设计提供了共通的方法架构与语言体系,为建筑改造实践中跨专业协同机制的建立有基础性作用。

为了加强物质形态与行为活动的关联性分析,本文基于街道、场地和建筑三种形态要素之间的拓扑连接关系,提出量化表述城市街区形态特征的“入径结构”方法。建立了街区基本结构以及互锁、并合、套叠三种复杂结构类型的认知理念,基于图论工具提出复杂性指标体系及其计算方法。以南京为例,通过分析高楼门街区的内部构成逻辑,以及不同时期的三个城市中心区的街区类型特征,验证了该方法在两个尺度上的实用性与有效性。为认知城市街区形态结构的内在组织逻辑提供了一种科学的测量方法,也为城市设计在微观层面的精细化和数字化发展建立了技术基础。

The rapid urbanization process in China has promoted the active state of urban design practice.In the process of solving complex problems,the practical scope of urban design has gradually expanded.This paper took a design institution in Nanjing as a case study and sorted the trends in design project types and themes over the past 20 years,which presented a partial and diverse state of evolution in urban design practice.Concept,technology and management were extracted as the three main dimensions of cognitive urban design practice development.The relative positions and relationships of different types of urban design work were interpreted through mapping analysis of these three dimensions.This study provided a foundation for the practical orientation of urban design in China and a platform for communication a mong managers,urban design practitioners,scholars of related disciplines,and the public.

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial scRNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.

以国家植物园中水杉(Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng)为研究对象,对比根部淹水和非淹水生境中水杉的叶片形态特征、化学计量特征、气体交换参数及非结构性糖类的差异,分析水杉对2种生境的适应策略。结果表明:水杉根部淹水和非淹水生境土壤含水量差异显著(P<0.05),土壤化学计量特征中除C/N比外均具有显著差异。根部淹水生境水杉叶面积和比叶面积均显著大于根部非淹水生境,但叶干物质含量显著低于非淹水生境,这主要通过叶长的增加实现。同一径级内,根部淹水生境仅Ⅰ〔20 cm≤胸径(DBH)<30 cm〕径级水杉叶片净光合速率显著高于非淹水生境;3个径级水杉叶片胞间CO_(2)浓度在2种生境间无显著差异;气孔导度和蒸腾速率在2种生境间均存在显著差异,且除Ⅰ径级的蒸腾速率外均为根部淹水生境显著高于根部非淹水生境。同一生境内,水杉叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率随着径级的增大呈上升趋势,而胞间CO_(2)浓度的变化趋势相反。同一径级内,根部淹水生境水杉叶片有机碳、全氮和全磷含量均高于根部非淹水生境,且除有机碳含量外均存在显著差异;根部淹水生境水杉叶片N/P比、C/N比和C/P比总体小于根部非淹水生境,其中,Ⅰ径级水杉叶片N/P比和C/N比在2种生境间差异显著,Ⅰ和Ⅱ(30 cm≤DBH<40 cm)径级水杉叶片C/P比在2种生境间差异显著。根部淹水生境水杉叶片非结构性糖类含量显著高于非淹水生境,主要表现为可溶性糖含量的升高。综上所述,水杉对淹水胁迫具有良好的适应能力,能够通过改变叶片形态、可溶性糖含量及气孔开放程度来保证正常的生命活动,在今后的迁地保护过程中可通过增加土壤含水量和光照帮助水杉适应环境的变化。
